Very conveniently located across from the train station, and a 5-minute walk to the Airport Express bus. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Basic gym, but good enough. Hair dryer broken, no hair conditioner in shower. Comfortable bed!

人の髪の毛が落ちていてちょっとギョッとしましたがまあ気になる程度ではなかったです。カードを差し込む場所が見つけられずに困りましたがフロントに言えばすぐ対応してくれました。エアコンから水が滴って床がびちゃびちゃで困りましたがフロントに言えばすぐ掃除してくれたのでよかったです。ジムは設備としては貧弱で10キロのダンベルが最重量でした。

Our room had terrible mildew smell and I am allergic to mildew mold smell. We asked to be put in a different room and we were told that they will send somebody to investigate. They never got back to us so we had to sleep in that horrible very unhealthy condition for two nights. Our standup shower was very small and even though we are pretty skinny people, we barely fit in there and the door was difficult to close in the shower and the bathroom had no place to put any toiletries just a small sink. The included breakfast was not good quality and when we asked if we could have fried eggs the said it would be 18 Euro.

Great hotel to stay in Mestre, very central and right by the train station (no noise). Stayed here once before. The rooms are very clean and well equiped for what you need. The breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was very quick. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel meets all my needs. It’s very close to the train station. It’s safe, spacious and comfortable. The only issue I find is that it’s not completely clean: some hairs are left in the bathroom floor.

Was only here overnight and arrived late. Ate at the restaurant, which was good. It’s about 17 minutes from the airport, which is not too bad. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is convenient to the Venice Mestre station, which makes it ideal for jaunts into the city without the expense of similar facilities on the island. Rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed. The only things preventing a really excellent rating are the patchy quality of WiFi is some rooms and the lack of variety of items in the restaurant.

The Hotel is pretty ok, very close to the station. The only thing that happened is that it was a hot day, and the air conditioner was turned off. I asked the receptionist to turn it on (as there's clearly the AIR CONDITIONER option when we do the reservation) and he told me to open de windows. That just not make sense.

Service was excellent and the room was great…for tall guests. I am 75 and very short. The bathtub was to high that it took Mr a while to figure out how to get in and out. Soap/shampoo dispenser was too high, I never reached it as well as the hair dryer.No toiletries available, only soap. Location is great.

Location of the property is awesome, right across the street from the Mestre train station. Restaurants are a very short walk away. Check-in was very fast and courteous. The room itself was outstanding - very roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Not once did I hear any train noise. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Only one thing I didn't like: Our room faced the side street next to the hotel (vs facing the train station) and there was very bright light shining thru the window in the bathroom (which cannot be covered). You had to shut the bathroom door at night, or the room would be very bright (and we like it to be pitch black). Other than that, we thought this was an outstanding hotel and highly recommend it.

Overall was fine but unfortunately the rooms arent very soundproof so could hear neighbors talking, using the bathroom and closing doors which woke us up very early. Aircon did not work at all.

A nice property right across from the train station in Mestre. One stop and you are in the heart of Venice. Great hotel. Has everything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice selection. Will return again.

The staff were unhelpful. Almost all the clothes in our luggage got soaked by the staff, and no one could tell us whether it was just water or something chemical. Their only response was to send a guy who said he was actually off duty that day when we asked about our water-damaged photo book. Very disappointing experience.

It was as good as expected. I prefer modern and clean instead of rundown and historic. That’s why I didn’t stay in the center of Venice and have chosen a respectable spot around train station. The staff was very helpful. Especially the gentleman was extremely polite and took his time to explain what we might needed to know. However, we left our luggage in the hotel to pick it back up, with the haste of the moment, the gentleman didn’t provide us a ticket for the luggage. He was busy grabbing us some water. We thought that wouldn’t be a problem. When it was time to pick our luggage, the gentleman was not there, but the lady who has seen the interaction made a big deal out of it. I understand this is for security reasons, but even though we have explained that they were the ones didn’t provide the ticket. She insisted that it was our fault to lose the ticket and we were lying. She didn’t say we were but made us feel and acted in the way you know how. This was the only downside so far.

Love this place it was clean and easy to get everywhere. However, I always made sure I got back before 10pm at night because there are Nigerian drug dealers every night at every corner across the hotel. Definitely not a place where you want to take your family.

Excellent location. Across thr street from Mestre Train Station, ATVO bus to the airport and bus #2 to venice. We took Regional trains to venice (1.50 Euro one way) Mestre is quiet compared to Venice with no crowds. Staff at the hotel very helpful

Location. Being right across the street from the train station is the best attribute. Neighbourhood is a little uneasy, but just do all you want in the islands and go back there to sleep. Team was vey polite and helpfull.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Lovely restaurant and good food. Nice bar. Gorgeous bathrooms. Strange lighting in the rooms - hard to figure out. Good location from standpoint of right across from Mestre train station and near the bus to the airport. But there were a lot of people just hanging around the area who looked a little sketchy. I had my wallet stolen in the train station restaurant area while I was trying to buy coffee at a self service kiosk. You have to keep your attention on everything at once!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a very short walk from the train station, which made getting around so easy. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food choices within steps of the hotel. Trains to Venezia Santa Lucia run every 10 minutes and cost only €1.50 one way, making it extremely convenient to get into the historic center. I’m so glad I booked this hotel instead of one near Venezia Santa Lucia—it was so much more convenient and enjoyable!

The hotel was great! And the bottle of Prosecco waiting for me in my room was lovely! The only issue I had was with the restaurant staff. I went down early for dinner (they were open), and the staff looked so inconvenienced. They sat me down in the restaurant (great food, by the way!) and disappeared. I was the only one in the restaurant (and there were only maybe two tables occupied on the patio). No one reappeared for 10 minutes to even take a drink order, and when they finally did come back to take my order, all my food arrived before I even received a drink (I simply ordered a soda). Aside from that experience, the hotel itself and its staff were wonderful. The location couldn’t have been more convenient directly across from the train station for those who didn’t want to stay directly in Venice (it’s a quick 10 minute train ride there). I’d stay here again!
