Ink stains on the sheets, marks on the walls, hallway smelled of urine one day, bathroom shower needed some minor mold removal (smell) My personal biggest problem was the gym was advertised as working and the one multi purpose machine was broken (I choose the hotel cause it had a gym)

The reception was friendly and the property was close to the train/bus station. However, there were some miscommunication as we were under the impression that the laundry and dryer cost EUR5 in total, but was charged EUR10. The worst part was that the dryer did not work as our clothes were still wet after the dryer cycle. It was already late (around 11.30PM) and we were rushing for our trains the next day, so we did not complain this to the reception. It would be great if this is communicated upfront to other users of the laundry service going forward.

The hotel was located close to the bus and train station that will easily take you anywhere you want to go. The room was clean and spacious with the basics provided and a functioning kitchenette. Hotel has a washer and dryer on site that you can use but must go through the front desk first to be able to get tokens for use which to me is a small inconvenience vs walking outside to a separate laundromat. Staff are all welcoming and great. A little tricky to get to at night using google maps especially if you take a wrong turn. We had a not so pleasant hike by the highway with our luggage but that isn't the hotel's fault...we did let them know about it.

Great location for easy access to bus or train into Venice. Great breakfast. Front desk people were also helpful. Parking in the garage at the hotel is not an option. You have to either find a spot outside or use a nearby garage which can be expensive. I would stay there again

Everything was great. The place didn’t have onsite parking, so I parked at Parcheggio Saba Stazione Venezia Mestre for discounted rate. It was a bit far, but they allowed me to unload and load in front of the registration.

Overall the size of the room was good. BUT AC did not work, electricity only worked when room key was inserted as you walk into the hotel, every night we were dying of heat while sleeping. Elevator was soooo slow, almost missed our train because it was taking so long. The location is great & everything’s modern but the AC not working ruined it for us. our devices did not charge when we left the room as the electricity turned off every time the key card was pulled out.

The perfect place to stay for visiting Venice low budget.Nice place,close to train station and transport to airport,kitchen, good beds and shower. A good thing is it has laundry room for a token.The bad side is that most of the machines were out of order. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The gym is a little small

We rented it for the convenience of the kitchen but the microwave oven didn't work, they said they would send maintenance out the next day, only to be told it didn't work. The bathroom had a leak and it smelled horrible. They offer a laundry room that was not useful either.

This was great access to transportation 2 min away 1 bus ride 15 min to Venice. Supermarket 3 min away. The only thing was during my stay the laundry room was being worked on and I had to go outside to a laundry mat and they do not take credit card cash euros only...so a little inconvenience. Other then that great place.

I debated on this property vs the brand new family style hotel next door for my family of three young children and husband. After reading the rave reviews , I went with Staycity and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms full of mildew with water flying everywhere during a shower, the window wouldn’t close/seal properly so the noise from the train station and traffic was incredibly loud. I can’t understand how it was rated 4 stars. The condition is far from it. My children and I all woke up with allergies from the ac, there were stains on the towels, nothing seems well maintained at all for a five year old property. The only silver lining was Rose who checked us in and was so very sweet and helpful. Other that that I would definitely never return to this property.

I never been to any place this dirty. There are hairs on the bed sheet and blanket when we checked in. We asked for new blanket and ir is even worse, inside the duvet, there are more hair( straight and curly hair) if you know what i mean.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, comoda alla stazione per accedere ai treni in direzione Venezia. La struttura è nuova, localizzata in un nuovo complesso molto gradevole. La stanza è confortevole, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Mi dispiace solo che nonostante sia recente non è ben tenuta, con i muri non puliti e la doccia non ben pulita. In più suggerirei più attenzione alla pulizia degli asciugamani e della stanza in genere. Il personale della reception ineccepibile: molto gentile e cordiale.

I just checked out of this hotel and unfortunately, I can’t recommend it. The room was very dusty, and the sheets had an unpleasant smell, like unwashed hair. I requested extra pillows and never received them. The neighborhood felt sketchy and unsafe, especially at night. The only good thing was the proximity to the metro, but honestly, the overall experience matched the low price. You get what you pay for. And the breakfast was terrible!

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa . Aposentos confortáveis , com equipamentos. Manutenção precisa ser melhor : os chuveiros estão mal fixados , vazando e espalhando água . A limpeza do quarto não é adequada: ao levantar parte do colchão para procurar um objeto que havia caído , percebemos a enorme sujeira sob a cama , muita poeira, papéis e até ponta de cigarro. Precisa melhorar.

If you are visiting Venice and don’t want to deal with luggage in Venice (look it up), this is a fabulous option. Great staff, cleaned very well. Very well soundproofed. Ok, the elevators aren’t the best, but you’re on vacation. Small price to pay, especially since this is a great deal.

Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory of Venezia!!!

Check in staff were very short and not friendly at all. Starting with the fact the Key cards to the room were used, and dirty. We had to make our own bed because housekeeping staff goes home at 4 PM, that was mindblowing!

El lugar muy bien, la chica que nos recibió el recepción no nos explicó bien acerca de l salida un poco más tarde y confundió el horario y nos dijo que podíamos salir más tarde cuando no era posible y cuando llegamos al hotel pues los tocó literal pagar una noche más y uno de las personas que estaba ahí me gritó y trato súper mal en la recepción. Lástima la mala atención del lugar.

Was good for the night. Nice king bed but room was a little tight and hot upon arrival. AC was a little tricky to operate. Location is convenient being close to the train station but not a great area to walk around. Dining options were limited and fair.

Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't).

The hotel is very good, simple and moderne. Not so far from Venise and the area has many commodities. The room was good, maybe it needs to be cleaner in some areas and it’s unfortunate that some things are messing as a sponge to washing up but overall it’s great.

This is a good option for families, especially with younger children. The two pull out couches converted into small, twin beds, a little difficult for my adult children However, the reception is very efficient, friendly, and speaks English. Additionally, having laundry services on the premises was a great benefit One thing to note is any snacks purchased in the lobby are extremely expensive. The hotel is well situated to the train station and bus area.

Fantástico aparthotel, muy moderno y limpio, los empleados en especial Anduan, habla español y es muy servicial, el hotel a 5 minutos de la estacion de tren y bus que te deja en Venecia, el desayuno bueno, solo le faltaría un tostador para tener el pan caliente.
