This is our second time staying at Palm Beach Resort! It is our go to and most recommended spot in Orange beach! Quiet hotel, clean, and accommodative! We cannot wait for our next trip!

Everything would’ve been OK but as soon as we came in the door, the slide door to the balcony was unlocked. It was unsafe couldn’t go nowhere that first night because it will not lock. I tried to reach out to maintenance. They didn’t come to the next morning, really that evening or midday and it’s just was overall bad situation. It was bugs in the bathroom as well.
