Staff were exemplary, very warm and made us feel at home immediately. The room was very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay at The Russell Hotel again. Only negative was the lighting in the room, which was not bright enough to read by, only a very small negative.

Nice staff, very good fresh breakfast. Short walk into top of town. Rooms and general building "tired" and could with update but given the low price to stay no complaints
