The room was nice and spacious, beds were comfy. We found empty Gatorade bottle and small garbage under the bed. Hot tub was hot and relaxing but couldn’t figure out how to turn on the jets. Loved the fire outside! Overall great stay!

Tv was old and had a black spot. Cable was obviously shared so the quality was poor. Breakfast was sparse as were the rooms. Uncomfortable bed, chairs. The pool had not been cleaned or skimmed recently. Had a greasy film on the top of it and not been chlorinated. No towels at the pool either and they only give you 2 towels in your room. The decor and furniture has not been updated and they used vinegar to clean the towels so they smelt funny. While everything was clean, a deep clean has not been done in quite awhile. Air conditioning and hot water all worked well.

It was good the money, there were no ice machines, the pool and breakfast area had a lot of debris/boxes. The shower needs recaulked, and it didn’t drain well. Employees were all nice, they were cleaning often but some things just need replaced our blankets had holes.

it was good overall, they are renovation parts of the hotel so it was not fully functional. the pool was not heated and felt like ice. the room overall was good, slightly dated but unsure if the room we stayed in was updated or not yet.

I was aloud to check in early. There was no trouble having a late 12 o clock check out which was great. The place is going under renovations currently. In the few days I was here they did a lot of work already. I’ll probably stay here next month and I’m sure the renovations by then will make this place even better. The pool was perfect

Remodeled lobby and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and linens. Tropically warm indoor pool. Breakfast. Very convenient to I 90, 2, 80, and on rt 57 to head in any direction. Restaurants, grocery stores, Lowe's, gas station all hear.

No ice machine, no side table by chair, bed made noise, and extra safety lock was broken. The sheets was clean and it looks like they are remodeling in different area's, because of stuff in different area's on the floor.

Pictures can be deceiving, the photos online looked very nice but upon arrival the whole place was rundown. The room was spacious but had hardly enough furnishing to even set bags down on and the ones that it did have were covered in cigarette burns. The continental breakfast can hardly be called that. A gas station has more options than this and had no options for dietary restrictions. The amenities offered online were not functional, the vending machines and ice machines weren’t working. Would not recommend.

Let's first talk about what went well. The rates were great, BUT you get what you pay for. The location was superb, a lot of restaurants and shopping quite close. Now, what didn’t go well. The overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke was horrendous. Staff allows people to smoke in their room. I'm guessing it is people who live in the hotel and/ or family/ friends of the owners. I heard people speaking in the native tongue of the owner which is from India. One of the owners had the audacity to tell me the cigarette smoke is from when people go outside to smoke then when they come back in the smoke smell that sticks to their clothes is what causes the smell. No, it wasn't. I have a photo of empty cigarette packs and I saw people smoking in their room, and in the halls. The entire hotel needs an update. They do have a washer and dryer but one of the owners decided to hijack the washer I was using to wash her own clothes, with mine. They ended up in several trash cans. The ice maker on the first floor is still broken; it was broken in April. My husband stayed one night so he knew it was broken then. Someone who lives there loaded up on breakfast foods and left none for anyone else, as the staff watched her do it. The police were pounding on the door across from our room two days in a row looking for a male. He was in the room but he refused to answer the door. They say they are pet friendly but there were no trash cans outside to throw away their waste. Don't stay here!!

Pictures are not current. I walked in and about walked back out but I stayed because I realized I wouldn’t be in the room just to sleep. The room was not very clean. I had to wear my sandals when I went from the bed to walk in the room. My husband did not until he noticed the bottom of his feet were black from the floor! Luckily I had Lysol wipes and wiped areas in the room including the bathroom/tub. It looked dirty but it was wear and tear as this hotel is older and needs upgrades. The bed wasn’t bad thankfully. The free breakfast was eye opening. Very limited and hard boil eggs in water that look green. It’s cheap but that is my last time for me!

The floors in the building were dirty. Stairs and halls had carpet and it seemed they had not been vacuumed/cleaned in a long time. The suite smelled badly. The bathroom smelled like pee, we think it was the curtain. We were happy to find out that the sheets on both beds were clean and towels were also clean. What bothered the most was the smell in the bathroom, it seemed clean, the smell was bad.

We attended a wedding in the area so we booked a room here so that we didn't have to drive an hour back home. The staff was very friendly and the lobby and room were clean and comfortable. We didn't partake in the breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was huge, but lacked furniture to fill it. It would have been nice to have a small couch or desk to fill the space a bit. And our AC unit was a bit finicky but we dealt with it

Their staff was friendly and made sure I knew if I needed anything just ask. Check in was fast and easy and the man at the counter was so nice and welcoming. The suite I got was spacious and clean. It looks like they’re remodeling parts of the hotel so some parts are not as pleasing but the price makes you over look that.

Good afternoon! The room was nice...simple and comfortable. I didn't have much luck with the TV remote since all the channels have numbers followed by a period with another number, and the remote doesn't have a button for a period. So I couldn't get the channel I wanted. Also, the walls are paper thin and my next door neighbors (117) were a family of screaming kids and even louder adults screaming at the kids. The male voice sounded so angry that I was concerned where it was heading, but amazingly, the room got quiet around 11pm. On a 1 to 5 scale, I would give it a 3. You can't control your guests' behavior, but better soundproofing would help nullify some of that.

The smoke detector in the room was disabled and the towel bar by the sink was missing. The windows did not insulate from the heavy traffic noise and there was a sizable gap under the hallway door so a lot of the hallway noise was also in the room.

Room was recently Renovated, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and offered complementary water. Motel itself was quiet but the nearby street was pretty loud and busy- maybe because it was a Saturday night.

My grandson was in a wheelchair and could not fit it thru the passageway to the beds from the sitting area. Also, the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible…1 bar only and kept dropping service. We left a day earlier than planned and lost our money for that nights stay.

I asked at 7am for my room to be clean and told them I was going to b gone until 11am I got back at 12pm to find out my room was still not clean. We left again and asked them to please clean the room while we were gone, came back at 3pm to find a dirty room. Terrible service! 3 days without a clean room.

The very friendly staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and cared for. They even went over and above to contact me when they realized I had left something in my room. We had a great night sleep as it was so quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. When I arrived, I waited several minutes before anyone appeared at the front desk. Once inside the room we noticed the bathroom was extremely small. The tub had dark marks that made it look dirty. We were only provided with a two single roll of rough toilet paper for a 4day stay. The room felt more like a dingy motel than the “nice” hotel advertised. Throughout the stay, no one came to provide the room service that was listed. I had to request extra toilet paper and towels myself. This hotel did not feel secure. The back door, located on the 1st floor near the garbage area, was propped open with a door stopper during my entire stay. This allowed anyone to enter the building at any time. The front desk staff were rarely present. Graffiti on the stairwell gave the impression that people who didn’t belong there were hanging around. Some guests appeared questionable, further adding to my concern. On the last night, we were unable to sleep due to a man upstairs who kept screaming and crying “don’t hurt me” from 1am-3am. Unfortunately, not a good experience. When I arrived, I waited several minutes before anyone appeared at the front desk. Once inside the room we noticed the bathroom was extremely small. The tub had dark marks that made it look dirty. We were only provided with a two single roll of rough toilet paper for a 4day stay. The room felt more like a dingy motel than the “nice” hotel advertised. Throughout the stay, no one came to provide the room service that was listed. I had to request extra toilet paper and towels myself. This hotel did not feel secure. The back door, located on the 1st floor near the garbage area, was propped open with a door stopper during my entire stay. This allowed anyone to enter the building at any time. The front desk staff were rarely present. Graffiti on the stairwell gave the impression that people who didn’t belong there were hanging around. Some guests appeared questionable, further adding to my concern. On the last night, we were unable to sleep due to a man upstairs who kept screaming and crying “don’t hurt me” from 1am-3am. He didn’t sound like he was in danger. He sounded very intoxicated with alcohol or drugs. Location is excellent off of the expressway. Check in was awesome. They were very nice. The beds were great although I think they were only full size but we had got a suite with two beds and the couch. I would definitely stay here again passing through town it was comfortable, clean and safe for an overnight. The breakfast was decent. Something to get you on the road something warm, hot breakfast and cold breakfast. The hotel was very clean

This was unplanned. I developed car trouble on the turnpike and had to stay overnight. I was pleasantly surprised. The property was clean, The rooms nicely decorated. It has the usual continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby. The area is safe and convenient to the turnpike. The price is good. This is a good property and a good value

A little further from Cedar Point than I thought however I saved between $150-$250 dollars for 4 day stay. And it was a better area than directly around the park.

Tv was old and had a black spot. Cable was obviously shared so the quality was poor. Breakfast was sparse as were the rooms. Uncomfortable bed, chairs. The pool had not been cleaned or skimmed recently. Had a greasy film on the top of it and not been chlorinated. No towels at the pool either and they only give you 2 towels in your room. The decor and furniture has not been updated and they used vinegar to clean the towels so they smelt funny. While everything was clean, a deep clean has not been done in quite awhile. Air conditioning and hot water all worked well.

Came into the hotel. There was construction going on or remodeling. Wall paper was pealing but other parts seemed new. Carpet was clean and new in the hallway. Had some nice stone that was being placed on the walls next to the elevator. Most construction looked undone and seemed to be getting done by owners. Maybe not professionally. When we got into the room it was big with decent space. Vinyl oak color flooring, mismatch furniture, smaller tv ( had many cable channels ). After doing a bed check we realized the beds sheets pillow cases and comforter had stains on them. All others items were dates but room over all had plenty of space. Tile in the bathroom was dark to dirt in the grout. Had pumps for shampoo, soap, and lotion. Water pressure was good and planets of hot water. A/C unit worked well. Had an iron and board. After telling front desk (who I assume to be the owner) about the stains they immediately replaced the sheets and comforters with brand new ones. Fresh out of the package. Also they checked several times how we were doing and if we needed anything. Overall the hotel was dated. Old red roof inn, but the rooms were large and the customer service was good Breakfast was a cheep very limited continental breakfast. The coffee was instant and not fresh brewed.

Pictures are not current. I walked in and about walked back out but I stayed because I realized I wouldn’t be in the room just to sleep. The room was not very clean. I had to wear my sandals when I went from the bed to walk in the room. My husband did not until he noticed the bottom of his feet were black from the floor! Luckily I had Lysol wipes and wiped areas in the room including the bathroom/tub. It looked dirty but it was wear and tear as this hotel is older and needs upgrades. The bed wasn’t bad thankfully. The free breakfast was eye opening. Very limited and hard boil eggs in water that look green. It’s cheap but that is my last time for me!

Pictures can be deceiving, the photos online looked very nice but upon arrival the whole place was rundown. The room was spacious but had hardly enough furnishing to even set bags down on and the ones that it did have were covered in cigarette burns. The continental breakfast can hardly be called that. A gas station has more options than this and had no options for dietary restrictions. The amenities offered online were not functional, the vending machines and ice machines weren’t working. Would not recommend.

We stop here to sleep. We got room 102. In the middle of the night, we have so much noise and stomping on the ceiling! We complained at the front desk, but we didn't get satisfactory relief. If we stay this place, we makes sure not get this room!
