We booked a room for 4 people knowing two would sleep on the pull out sofa. There was not enough bedding or pillows. Only two towels in the room ant check in and front desk did not have any others to send up until the next day. Bathroom amenities were empty or missing. Room could have been a lot cleaner and the pool was very dirty.

The staff are excellent! Very responsive. The pool could use a little heating … it’s ice cold even when the weather is 80+ degrees. Not fun. Breakfast is great!! Staff are great again.

WHY WAS THIS MEDIOCRE HOTEL $393 FOR ONE NIGHT???? Absurd. Pool was closed, TV was impossible and attendant was alone and couldn't help.

The towels were scratchy and pretty worn.Should be replaced. Elevator was not working properly. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, but there were no safety bars in the shower. Room air conditioners blew on us. Hard to keep the air stable.

Truly bizarre that two Best Westerns are next to each other - I almost went to the wrong one. Friendly staff - clean rooms, pool was super cold but jacuzzi was nice and hot.

The room had a very unpleasant smell kinda like urine. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat wobbly ( the latches that’s supposed to hold the seat had been removed). Good thing we were there just for one night. I would not stay or recommend it to anyone. The only positive thing was the staff! They were friendly

Our room was SO HOT. Nowhere in that area keeps their rooms cool but they usually cool down within an hour or two. This one did not. The room never got below 80 degrees. It was 94 when we checked in, which is just too hot. Leaving the AC set on at a high temperature like 80 or 85 would at least help with some air flow. The room was EXTREMELY old. I wouldn’t have minded if it had been clean but it wasn’t very clean. I definitely would not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it. Breakfast however was delicious and the front desk attendants were all incredibly nice and helpful.

First time at this property. It’s pretty well appointed, but a little rough around the edges. If you don’t care about the paint job, or cracked tiles in the bathroom you’ll be fine. Everything was clean and the staff delivered an extra blanket late one evening of our stay. We had a suite with a pullout couch. The “living room” was large and had a fridge and Keurig style coffee maker. Even with the pullout couch fully opened there was plenty of room for people to move around the room. My son said the pullout couch was comfortable for the two night’s we were there. The bedroom is large with a comfy bed. The A/C system was weird so we were pretty warm at night, but we managed. The bathroom is small and has an awkward layout, so only one person can really be in there at a time. Breakfast was cereal, muffins, a waffle station with warm sausage. There were apples and banana, and yogurt in a small fridge. Lots of hot drink and juice options. It was ok to get us going in the morning. Our overall stay was nice. The neighborhood is quiet at night so we slept well. I’d stay here again.

Good basic room. Just an overnight stay. Room is moderate size but adequate. bathroom was large but basic. Nothing luxurious but good standard room. One plus was a ceiling light fixture that lit up the room with one flick of a switch. Thought California had outlawed the little shampoo/conditioner amenities but they had them. Only one small bar of soap and two sets of towels in the room. Many rooms have the under window A/C units, this one was quiet.

The room was so hot, there was no way to get air in the rooms or open a window. We were up all night trying to cool down the room. The area seemed to be unsafe with bars on the windows of all the ajoining properties. I can't believe what I paid for one night there even though it was New Years Eve. I'd really like my money back. Absolutely awful hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Seamless check in and out. What I disliked was the paper thin walls. I could hear the neighbor snoring so loudly , I even thought about moving the bed to the opposite wall but didn’t. The noise from the surrounding streets and traffic was so loud with the walls. I could hear EVERYTHING that happened near my room. I could not fall asleep until 4 AM. This was an unfortunate situation for me since I had to take an exam the very next day.

Manger was only full of reason'S WHY she could not help. ONLY IF THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA 35 DOLLARS. this happened to another customer. Not myself. I just was offended by the lack of customer service.

I have stayed at this property for years. It’s aging and needs fine tuned. It must have sold again . Young man at check in was very abrupt ( I believe a family member) never offered waters or anything. Refused allowing use of restroom. I’ve used it many times over the years after four hours on the highway. ETC. They have lost my business.

Very nice stay. We we so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone working at the hotel. Best ever. The rooms were up to date, attractive, and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was a surprise, and the woman working that area was so welcoming and cheerful. Just perfect for my daughter and I.

Was disappointed mgr didt allow early checkin@5am &explained but she refused without a $35 fee & since I am focused to save my daughter, cldNOTspend an extra $35 although I greatly needed it. as a former CEO I would have made sure to make customers comfortable especially 1stinteraction & would never have a $35 fee for checking in early, would have it like we did long ago and whenever people arrive they're able to check in and there can be a checkout time for 12 with late checkouts till 6pm if requested. would charge same price no matter how many rooms were already filled and NOT extort as much as possible. The bed was really comfortable except for the fact that when I got in and out of the bed it evidently had a problem and it was painful because the bed edge was too damaged by too much use.

Upon checking in asked the front desk check in person could I have a i hour late check out for Sunday morning the hotel was barely at 10 % capacity . She gave me 1/2 hour .

The hotel is situated in a not so nice area. Was very scary getting out of the car late at night. Parking spots are very reduced and would definitely get door dinged if your car actually fit in one parking stall. I took up 1 1/2 stalls. The room had an oder when we walked in. Needs updating

Everything was great except the breakfast was a disaster, the hotel workers and or manager did not enforce the no taking food to go policy and a guest packed up a very large amount of food and depleted the whole breakfast, another guest complained to the staff and manager to replenish the food but was denied because breakfast ends at 9:30 am he then got to a shouting match with the manager I think 🤔 . It was 9:25 when we got there and the food was gone 😡 Management could have handled the situation better.

The property was good and the lady at the breakfast was amazing. I am not sure if this was true or not, but the guy in the front counter said all the rooms were sold out when they were not and right when I was taking to him on the phone it was all marked as sold out and in 5 mins they were all back. I found that a bit suspicious.

The service at the Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. There are several Restaurants Just around the Corner so you dont need to get into the car again after a Long day. The room was big and comfy. Breakfast is ok for one day. There is Always an Egg dish and potatoes. We Had little sausages too. And there was a Waffel and Pancake maker for self use. I Loved the waffles. See you next time for Sure.

Smallish BW but staff were welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the lady managing the kitchen was really sweet and welcoming. The luggage trolley that I used to take bags up to my room, had a loose/broken wheel that came off while I was heading to my room! So that was challenging! Other than that everything was great!
