Nice room, 5 mins from Gatwick. Lady at check in area, not particularly helpful as we couldn't check in on do it yourself screen. Seemed like too much bother to help us 😞

Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Room did smell musty and damp. But otherwise a good place for the price

The room offered was down a dark and dated corridor, the room was damp, cold, very strong smell of mildew. A plug-in heater was provided, which helped, but I couldn't sleep because of the overbearing smell. The room had everything available, accessiblity etc taken care of, it was just not used, or not heated enough to keep the dankness out of it. Very disappointing.
