The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very compact however, perfect for an early morning flight as positioned inside the South terminal. Good shower and would be happy to stay again. Would be worth spending a few extra pounds for a window. No frills, clean,comfy bed and an amazing location.

We regularly book this hotel whenever we travel because of how convenient it is being located directly at the airport, and we have always had a good experience in the past. Unfortunately, this time the cleanliness was very disappointing. When we arrived, the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned properly. The sink was dirty and had what appeared to be dried boogers on it. The toilet had not been flushed properly, and the toilet roll had not been replaced. When we went to replace it ourselves with the spare roll provided, we were disgusted to find what appeared to be a faecal stain on the spare toilet roll. As regular guests, this was particularly disappointing and definitely not the standard of cleanliness we are used to from this hotel. The bathroom should have been properly cleaned and checked before the room was given to another guest.
