I have been staying at the hotel since April 27. The first two weeks were generally okay. But the 3rd is a disaster. Indeed, I spent 4 days without having cleaning in my room. From May 8 to May 11, no one took care of cleaning my room, changing the towels, or emptying the bins. And for the first two weeks, I had three days when I didn’t have any shower gel or tissues, and in the meantime, the cleaning service came to change the bathroom linens and they wouldn’t even bother checking if I had shower gel, to fill the tissue dispenser and clean the dust. I had to ask a housekeeper to stock up my room with shower gel and tissues, she just came to put 2 bottles of shower gel and a pack of tissues in my room instead of filling the dispenser. I wonder where is the service of a hotel that claims to be 4-star 😞? And yet on Sunday, May 9th, I asked online via the QR code that I wanted a cleaning service requested in my room. Nothing was done; the same on Monday, and I went to the reception to let them know, and they promised to do what was necessary. On Tuesday, May 11th, when I got back to the hotel after a day of work, I found my room in the same condition: still no cleaning, no new towels, no emptied trash can, 4 days without maid service, something never seen before in a hotel that claims to be 4-star. Just deplorable service 😖
