The hotel was very attractive and the rooms were well appointed, however we had several issues. First, the TV and phone on the room did not work. We had to walk down to the desk to let them know. The manager was unable to get either system working again. Second, there was no soap, shampoo, or cups in the room. We had to go down to the desk again (still no phone) to get some.

Staff were great. Hotel is fairly basic, its an old hotel, that looks and feels old. Bus service to/from airport runs like military precision.

Dirty and sticky spots on the floors, brown and orange ones on the towels and white residue in the shower. Cleanliness was very bad. Some items for Breakfast was sitting out from 3 in the morning. Shuttle was great though.
