Ideal for a sleep and go, quiet area car park good size. €12.50 for a cold meats continental breakfast gave it a miss both mornings

It was very nice staying at your hotel..its conveniently located in a good atmosphere..and the staffs are very good and friendly. Just i want to add one requirement to the management team that could you please include the breakfast in your hotel with the same price. Stay away from this hotel unless sleeping on the street is your only alternative. Hotelux near Amsterdam Airport was without doubt one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting from the moment I walked in. No bathrobes, barely any proper bathroom essentials, and towels that smelled damp, moldy, and unwashed. The bed sheets had round yellow stains that looked like they had not been changed properly. It felt dirty, neglected, and completely unacceptable for any paying guest. They also demanded a €50 deposit on arrival, something that was not clearly stated on Hotels.com or during booking. It felt like a trap to take extra money and then look for any excuse not to return it, blaming guests for smoking or other random charges. The room was in terrible shape. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, which is both dangerous and shocking that it is allowed. Basic maintenance clearly does not exist here. They advertise Wi-Fi, but that is misleading. It only worked in the lobby and was useless in the room, making the whole claim false advertising. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like guests were a burden rather than customers. Any request was met with attitude and zero professionalism. This hotel is not a hotel experience — it is a warning. I have stayed in cheaper places with far higher standards, better cleanliness, and kinder service. Save your money, protect your peace, and book literally anywhere else.

Was very basic, if you want to save some money and splurge on activities and food etc then this is perfect for you. the hotel was quiet didn’t have much going for it, asked for some hand soap since they didn’t have any at the room only shampoo and body wash, didn’t receive any after asking which is fine. I do want to mention that when taking showers, at least in our room, the section to close off the water from overflowing the whole bathroom floor doesn’t exist, so you can just see the water pooling everywhere we had to put towels everytime we showered to make sure the water doesn’t go everywhere. the beds were comfortable, TV worked, air condition/heating was working well, not very noisy, didn’t have any problems with locking the door.

Don’t be fooled by the name the hotel is a good distance away by train and then by taxi from the airport. We found the property very tired. Walls dirty holes in walls the bathroom floor flooded every time we had a shower and there isn’t much sound proof at all. It’s very much done on the cheap. We enjoyed the city but would stay a lot closer next time to the airport and city
