The hotel is in a nice area close to the arc and great restaurants. It is not a hotel with a busy lobby. It does have a bar. But in the 20 days I was there I never saw a guest or a bartender. The staff is very friendly. They do not have a concierge. The pool is perfect.

The details here are chef’s kiss: big fluffy towels (not the tiny ones you usually get in Europe), a shower with actual water pressure and perfect temperature, and elevators that don’t leave you waiting an eternity. A gem of a hotel. Ideally located near the arc De Triomphe this hotel offers fantastic service, delicious food and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The reception was always available and happy to help with any requests you may have from hotel requests to sorting bookings for meals and events you might want to attend while in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel for a bit of luxury to enhance your visit.

The Majestic Hotel lives up to it's name with beautiful rooms, passage ways and reception. The staff are very friendly and professional. It's location is a 5 min or so walk away from the Arc De Triomphe, with many small street cafes in the area. The room was immaculate and was everything we could have wanted for a special birthday and 30th wedding anniversary break.

ハウスキーピングのレベルが低すぎます。 ティッシュが空でも補充なし、シャワー時に備え付けのヘア&シャワージェルが空になっていたのは困りました。 さらに驚いたのは、滞在時にターンダウンに来た男性が、バスルームにバスマットを敷く際、床にマットを落とし、靴のままの足で広げだしたのです。 またシーツ類は6泊で一度も交換されませんでした。 ターンダウンがあるとは言え、ベッド上のカバー、クッションは初日以来ずっと部屋内のキャビネットの上に置いたままで、邪魔ですし、ハウスキーピングで補充のなかった物のチェックもなく、ターンダウンの意味がありません。 タオル交換と先述のバスマットを広げるだけです。 ミニバーのチェックは、夜10時過ぎにベルをならされ迷惑でした。 そのミニバーは全く使用せずでしたのにチェックアウト時に130€の請求があり、訂正はされましたが、管理にも疑問がありました。 エレベーターは掃除カートを持ったスタッフと何度も一緒になり、狭いのでこちらが譲ることもありました。 部屋にテラスがありましたが、2日間隣のテラスでの工事があり(窓からは人影も見えます)騒音と粉砕で窓も開けれない状態でした。 日中だけでしたが、その期間はこの部屋の使用は止めるべきレベルですし、最低でも告知は必要でしょう。 他にも不快なことが多々あり、5つ星のレベルではなかったです。

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. All in all, the Majestic was an excellent choice for our family. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was great with tub and shower. We also had great service from the lady who cleaned our room every day and provided us with plenty of water bottles!! However, the breakfast was the worst we've had for a 5 star hotel... Our eggs were cold 3 days out of the 5 days of our stay, and/or the order we placed was wrong. The omelettes barely had any ham or cheese... What a disappointment especially since the breakfast was 38 Euros/person!

La localisation est très appreciable, la décoration vraiment réussie et la propreté irréprochable. Pas d 'isolation phonique donc reveil à 6H du matin par les déchargements et ramassage des poubelles. Le service de couverture était inconnu ! Manque de personnel, procédures non respectées concernant l' acces à la piscine déjà restreint.
La localisation est très appreciable, la décoration vraiment réussie et la propreté irréprochable. Pas d 'isolation phonique donc reveil à 6H du matin par les déchargements et ramassage des poubelles. Le service de couverture était inconnu ! Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

The property was located in a great area closed to the Arc of Triumph so was very easy to walk from and to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, big and with all the needs I expected. The prices at the mini bar were extremely expensive, for example just a tea was 8 euros, which is outrageous The day we did the check in we decided to get breakfast at the hotel, that was a big mistake because was not included for that day, we paid 38 euros per person -the rest of the days our breakfast was included in the rate. The last day we did the check out very early and we couldn't get breakfast but the hotel did not want to recognize that. Overall it was a nice and safe hotel. Well kept and comfortable.

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. All in all, the Majestic was an excellent choice for our family. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was great with tub and shower. We also had great service from the lady who cleaned our room every day and provided us with plenty of water bottles!! However, the breakfast was the worst we've had for a 5 star hotel... Our eggs were cold 3 days out of the 5 days of our stay, and/or the order we placed was wrong. The omelettes barely had any ham or cheese... What a disappointment especially since the breakfast was 38 Euros/person!

The hotel is in a nice area close to the arc and great restaurants. It is not a hotel with a busy lobby. It does have a bar. But in the 20 days I was there I never saw a guest or a bartender. The staff is very friendly. They do not have a concierge. The pool is perfect.

When you stay in a 5 star hotel, certain things are not supposed to fail. This was an exceptionally warm week in Paris and this hotel's air conditioning was unable cope up. Table fans were provided, but were no replacement for air conditioning. Could not sleep for 3 nights. One day the lights in the room stopped working. Took them 2 hours to arrange an electrician. No compensation was offered for this ordeal.
