The staff upon checking in was super helpful and welcoming! Our room had a patio right near the pool and hot tub which were amazing! No chlorine but saltwater instead which was a pleasant surprise! Thank you! ☺️

Overall, my stay was just okay. The location was good, but I was disappointed that the Hotels.com listing did not indicate that not all rooms were renovated. The photos gave the impression that the rooms shown were representative, but my room was clearly not renovated. Breakfast had several options, but the quality was underwhelming. The first morning, the hot meat option was small, lunchmeat-like slices of ham. There were also two waffle makers, but no instructions. Several guests, including myself, had to experiment to figure them out, and the waffles weren't very good. There were also maintenance concerns. The ceiling near the elevator on the second floor looked like it had leaked and appeared as though it could crumble. After my first night, I called to ask if I could move to a renovated room. I was told renovated rooms were only on the first floor, although I had never requested the second floor. Before answering, I was also asked how many nights I planned to stay, which left a poor impression. I would have considered extending my stay another two nights, but instead checked out after my two-night stay and went elsewhere. I would stay again if I could confirm a renovated room was available. I just wish the listing had been clearer about which rooms were renovated.
