The hotel was almost perfect! Very well located in the heart of Vienna. Easy patking close to the hotel.Front desk have discounts for it. Hotel is super clean. Breakfast is really ecpensive. The room can be very warm (our trip was in late november) and we didn't manage to stop the heating system

We were surprised that there was no ramp and to get to the elevator we had to haul our large suitcases up a flight. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. The hotel had an amazing all-you-can-eat breakfast spread with around 70 items. Centrally located, it made sightseeing easy as many museums were within walking distance.

Great location close to Stepenplatz and the Hofburg. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Even though temps were 90sF during the day, the ac kept the room cool (we were on the top floor as well). Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Pleasant bar to sit out in the evening and enjoy a nightcap. Very reasonably priced

The hotel is in the city center, next to a busy street with fancy shops. The staff was quite nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel and room itself are old, the ac machine was so old that we didn't understand how it works. The room could have been cleaner, there was dust on the tables. Otherwise the room was pretty nice. Would stat again based om the location!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day.

Helt ok hotell. Beliggenheten er veldig bra på mange vis, utrolig sentralt og kort vei til alt, men det er mye bråk om natten, i hvert fall i helgene, som var da vi besøkte Wien. Flere av vårt 6 manns vennelag slet med å sove pga varme rom og for mye støy til å ha åpne vinduer. Et rom måtte byttes pga helt elendig lydisolering. Frokosten er ganske bra, bonus å kunne få omelett og eggs made to order. Service i resepsjonen og ellers var helt ok.

Excellent location, perfectly situated for walking around the city centre and for public transport/Hop on Hop Off buses to further explore Vienna and for travel from/to the airport. The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food and beverages to set you up for the day, I looked forward to it each morning. My room was on the 8th floor with a great view over the street and Donnerbrunnen fountain. It was quiet (once I found the control for the air conditioning and switched it off as it was very noisy) , other than the 7am cathedral/church bells common to many countries and actually a rather nice way to be woken up.

I liked the central location--can walk anywhere. We had a huge room overlooking Kaertner Strasse. I liked being able to open the windows if I wanted to. The 25 Euro breakfast is a little expensive so we did not that but had the coffee provided in the room and walked to the Billa Convince store 200ft. away. The staff at the front desk was very very nice.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to via subway. Staff was ok but lacked local knowledge. Hotel is a little dated and biggest concern was the towel quality. 1st time in Austria so not sure if this is typical but extremely thin and rough. Lastly, the bathtub height is dangerous and easy to slip even for a young person.

If you need to iron clothes and I assume you do bringing clothes in a suitcase, they don’t have irons, you have to go to another floor and get into a tiny closet where they have an iron for everybody to use. It was kind of scary the place. And the people at the front desk were snobby.

Excellent central hotel with fantstic staff. Upon arrival we were greeted well and checked in easily. We went to our rooms which were clean and spacious with views over the public square. We were in vienna for christmas day and i hadnt bked anywhere for dinner so i went to the front desk and spent nearly an hour there with one of the ladies who rang and checked in with a number of restaurants, left messages with some, and recommended others. Most were bked but that did not deter her and she finally found a fantastic top floor hotel with magnificent views and excellent menu overlooking the city. We were very grateful for all her efforts as we had a wonderful christmas dinner. The front desk staff also bked some tours for us upon request and some restaurants. The good thing about them doing it for you is they speak the language and thus were able to discuss options and get the best deals. the small cosy bar on the opposite side to the reception desk was an absolute treat and we ended most evenings in there with a hot chocolate and our tourist maps plotting our adventures for the next day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great range of choices and whilst they didnt do dinner on site they were more than happy to find places for you and of course you could always get fresh apple strudel from the bar. I highly recommend this hotel and will be bking it again when next in vienna.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna.

Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!

We stayed for 5 nights during late March and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazingly central and close to so many shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was a good size for 2 persons, the bed was slightly bouncy when the other person got up, but that deter a good night's sleep. Overall it was good stay and can recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in central Vienna.

This hotel is situated close to the major attractions and one street over from the major shopping street. There is a large grocery store within steps so it was very convenient to purchase baked goods, fruits, and drinks to have in our hotel. Because the hotel is very central, it can be quite noisy at night with people talking in the square, traffic, etc.

This is the most amazing location for visiting the sites in Vienna. It is directly on a historic square within easy walking distance of every major historical site. The hotel arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and as it’s in a largely pedestrian area, I was grateful to not have a car. The staff was friendly and helpful with every need. I visited in September and the only fault is that they had turned off the air conditioning but it wasn’t disclosed. While trying to get the a/c going I only accomplished turning on heat, making an already stuffy room more uncomfortable. A small partial window opens to let in fresh air but the downside is voices from the street below. The lack of a/c is a minor inconvenience and I would absolutely com back to this location if traveling to Vienna again.

Very convenient location close to both Opera House and Stephen cathedral, also a few minute walk to a subway station. Plenty of choices for shopping and restaurants. Clean room and nice amenities. Beds are comfortable. Friendly staff.And reasonably priced.

El desayuno no fue de lo mejor, las cortinas de la habitación estaban viejas y en mal estado. La habitación era grande y cómoda pero bastante antigua, es un buen hotel y su personal fue amable pero no recomiendo desayunar ahí. Hay muy buenas opciones alrededor por la mitad del precio.

This property is very conveniently located to many major historical and architectural locations of interest. It is also right in the middle of a shopping district and is close to several Christmas markets. Breakfasts are great! We were a little surprised to find out that there was no room service or any food served at the bar.
