NO AIR CONDITIONING! We stayed 3 miserable nights at this hotel. It was extremely hot in the room and in the entire building. There is a ac unit in the room but did not work. When I contacted the front desk the staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel turned off the ac for the entire building and we were not informed of this. If I had known of their policy I would not have booked this stay.

Confusion on arrival as the name of the hotel had changed. Lift was out of order on arrival and only fixed on last day. Bed was comfortable. Good places to eat breakfast nearby as breakfast at the hotel was minimal. Bathroom was clean. Lots of early morning noise outside our window.

There were building works happening when we stayed, and the work was right outside our room at 7:45 am, when I raised this with the front desk, they seemed more interested is saying something that would get rid of me than doing anything about it. Works included installing a wifi Access point in our room, but this had very visible lights on it flashing all night.

No air-conditioning in the room which made the room hot at night, even in the midst of autumn/winter. This is despite the hotel page indicating that there is air conditioning available. Room was basic, with basic amenities provided such as towels and coffee/tea. Beds were comfortable.

Unassuming outside but lovely rooms inside. Staff were helpful. Only downside was air conditioning only pushed the warm air around the room. Did not cool. Walking distance of the train station and many key sites.

Good location near subway and bus stops, shop and supermarkets. Great stay, wonderful services and staff. The only problem was with the air conditioning that was unexplucably very weak in certains moments of the day even at the lowest temperature. We asked for help from the staff who promptly solved the problem even if it presented itself again after only some hours of cooling down. Please check for the air conditioning in the room 2105. Thanks.

スタッフさんがフレンドリーかつテキパキしててとても効率がよかった。ダウンタウンまでクラシックな街並みを10分ほど歩くだけ。最寄り駅なら徒歩1分。周囲には土日もやっている飲料品店、アイスクリームショップ、シュニッツェル屋さん、ケバブ屋さんがあり飢えずに済むのは超重要！ただし、ホテルは改装中で、きっと高くなるから行くなら今すぐ。
