The hotel is a five star hotel and haven’t 24hours room service, the kitchen close 22:00 and in the bar too. There is no concierge in the hotel and the employees of the reception don’t know any thing about the city, restaurants and information. They was nice and polite but they don’t know about the city. Weiß ich nicht ob es eine Sparmöglichkeit von Hotel ist-gab keinen complimentary Flaschen Wasser in Zimmer zur Verfügung(musste eigenen Wasser mitbringen oder von Faß trinken(die kein schlecht variante ist aber trotzdem). Fint hotel. - Ikke det bedst jeg har boet på i Wien, men det har helt sikkert alt hvad du har behov for på din forretnings rejse, eller et hyggeligt weekendhold sammen med konen. Dog så syntes jeg at musikken i bar/hygge område er ALT for høj. Har nu boet på dette hotel nogle gange, og selvom musikken er for høj. :) Så vil jeg stadig benytte dette hotel, på mine forretningsrejser til Wien.

The Hilton Vienna Park was an excellent value; great location, beautiful park views, excellent breakfast and great service. Our king room was on the 11th floor overlooking the park and the city and I thought the price was excellent compared to some other hotels I looked at. Very clean and very new also!

Hotel easily accessible from train station. Interior design and size of room was great. Room was very quiet. Air conditioning was good. Disappointed in house keeping (bin was not emptied daily, tea/coffee/milk was not replaced at all during our 3 nights stay). Others in the hotel corridor had left bins and rubbish out in the corridor that was not picked up for 24 hours plus. Glasses and mugs were not replaced (they had been washed in bathroom sink and left to dry on a flannel). Experience at reception was not great. Another traveller interrupted during our check-in process and was prioritised. We had booked a king corner room with rollaway bed for family of 3. On arrival, we were asked to upgrade to a twin family guest room for 20 Euros per night to avoid having the roll away bed. We did not agree. When we got to the room, there was only a double bed and the room was set up for 2 persons only (only 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs etc.). We had to return to reception to request the rollaway bed to be added to the room. Not enough glasses or mugs for all 3 travellers. Disappointed for the price paid, below expectations.

Mon amie et moi sommes restées au Hilton Vienna Park pendant six nuits, et nous avons simplement adoré. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare et d'une grande station de métro, ce qui est idéal lorsqu'on arrive de l'aéroport et lorsqu'on souhaite visiter la ville. Le bâtiment est toutefois bien insonorisé : on n'entendait pas du tout les autos ou le bruit extérieur. La chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée en matinée : elle était très spacieuse et propre. À notre retour en soirée, nous avons reçu un cadeau de bienvenue de l'hôtel. Chaque jour, la chambre était rangée et les serviettes changées, ce qui rendait notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il y avait d'ailleurs toujours une odeur délicate épicée (ressemblant à de la cannelle) à notre retour. Les commodités hygiéniques sont un plus : le gel douche, le shampooing et le revitalisant sentent très bon. Il y avait également des ensembles de rasage et des peignes, mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Les réceptionnistes étaient courtois et serviables : ils nous ont d'ailleurs informé sur les magasins louant des robes de bal, ce qui fut très pratique pour mon amie. En somme, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

Generally the hotel was a good choice; great location, nice size room, clean hotel. Unfortunately our check in process wasnt great. The gentleman who checked us in was not very welcoming nor did he talk us through the hotel such as where the lifts were, the breakfast and restaurant options, the 247 drop in shop. He asked if we wanted to put a deposit down without explaining why we may need to. And when i enquired his response was "its either a yes or no" i decided no and then asked about the shop and he said we need a deposit to shop there which was inaccuarte and later purchased using our card because the room charge did not work. Overall not a great first impression but the rest of the hotel made up for it.

Checking-in was really slow. I arrived at 21:00 and there were approx 6 ppl waiting to check-in. I waited almos 30 min to be served, 15min to get my room, and I got the wrong room (twin bed instead of King size bed). After arriving to my room, I contacted reception and they changed my room to what I paid. It took me 1.10min from arrival to get my room. Very tired and not something I will expect when paying £240 per night!

However, the front desk staff were kind enough to offer us breakfast for two, on the house. The breakfast while good with plenty of choices, was very crowded with a very large group of tourists, which spoilt our experience. I don't think the hotel could have done much here.

Service was hit and miss Chechin wasn't easy, had to fill a lot of personal info. Booked king-size bed and asked for a room furthest away from elevator, but got two singel bed and nearest to elevator. Luckily the next person fixed it. Also had to wait a long time to get my luggage, but the girl appologized for wait time. Seems like the guys wasn't the best, but the girls gave best service. Location is great! Rooms.wasnt notice free.

I highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Vienna. This was my second visit to Vienna, and it's located right in front of the station with good access from the airport, so there's no problem with security. If you can walk a little, it's about a 10 minute walk to Stephansplatz, the tourist center.

I have stayed at this Hilton many times over the years. I travel to Vienna for business, and the hotel is very conveniently located near public transportation and the inner city. The views from many of the rooms are spectacular. There are several downsides to this Hilton, however. The staff are neither especially friendly nor efficient. The hotel management is focused on large (and lucrative) conferences, and not on individual business travelers or tourists. The breakfast offerings are good and plentiful, but the organization of the space is poor, and it difficult to navigate the buffet areas when the hotel is crowed, as it almost always is. This hotel claims to be "very ecological." That's simply not true. The recent renovations tore out almost the entire interior fabric of the building, which was hugely wasteful. The hotel also overheats its rooms in winter. The new decor is, even by large hotel chain standards, remarkably tasteless. The lobby looks like a giant American "fern bar" of the 1980s, and the "art" in the rooms and corridors is breathtakingly bad. Puzzling, too, is that the restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays, and lunch and dinner on Mondays. For me, as a longer-term guest, this very inconvenient. This is not at all to international standards. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It couldn't be better. If the management just showed two grams of interest in ordinary travelers, the experience would be much improved.

Vien Mitte駅前の立地だったので、23時過ぎに空港に着き最終のCATに乗れ、何とか日付の変わる前にホテルに到着でしました。持ち帰り出来るピザ屋やケバブ屋もあり、遅い時間でも安心です。朝食は、種類が豊富で毎回楽しかったです。滞在中、数回ホテルを変えましたが、1番美味しかったです。サラダもあり、ホットミール、パン、スイーツ、ドリンク、種類が多く飽きず、楽しかったです。バスタブも確約ではなかったのですが、ご配慮いただき、身体が不自由なので大変助かりました。また利用したいと思います。
