I liked the location of the property. Very central to us and also quiet. The room and grounds are maintained to a high standard and there is parking.The jacuzzi was not working which is a shame. Staff were pleasant. The food menu had a lot to offer, and I enjoyed the food including the continental breakfast. Would visit again.

The people at the reception were a nightmare. Unfortunately, there was no Chance to get a Drink in the evening, no bar, breakfast a bit pole. Good and Save parking Place, nice Pool.

I enjoyed relaxing in the oval pool near my room. Food in the restaurant was excellent, although a few items listed on the menu were unavailable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too firm and dense for my liking. Landscaping was amazing, especially the large tree near check-in. The porch had been built around it, from the floor and through the porch roof.

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful! While we found the rooms a bit outdated, everything was kept neat and clean. It was also a bit disappointing that the poolside bar was not actually usable. The food was also very good and would’ve loved the option to have all meals inclusive not just breakfast.

May 8th to12th may. First let me say, my stay was lovely I had my daughter with me and we both had a great time, lovely breakfast dining except breakfast was quite repetitive every day if you don’t pay for additional breakfast.The hotel grounds was lovely and well kept the pool was fantastic very clean and fresh every day. One complain my daughter have really sensitive skin and was bitten by bed bugs very badly. I had to take her to the pharmacy and get her medication. Since we returned it has got better but she has light skin and she is now covered with very dark spots all over. This was not mosquitos the way the bites was on her skin was definitely bed bugs. We were in the same room and my bed was fine. I sat on her bed the first night and felt a sting but I ignored it the second day I thought it was mosquito bite then I notice there was hardly any mosquito in the room. Please get this check out. The hotel is beautiful and I wouldn’t want any one else to experience this especially children. Overall the service was great everyone was friendly. I hope I visit again soon 😊

I was awaken by persons using the pool at 11pm making alot of noise right until 2pm . Also the room was not clean i would reder to get a refund . Seevice poor . Bed uncomfortable

This property was dirty. They had other customer playing loud music after 10pm at night . no one could sleep . Had two adults only one face cloth. Took two days for nthem to get it right. The tub had broken fixtures and dirt and mold all around. My suggestion is nto run far away fronm this hotel

Anyway, all the staff were kind. The hospitality is wonderful. The place was not very convenient. The surrounding area was an up-down slope. It's safe as long as you can take a taxi. It seems that the room was an expansion building. I was worried about the noise. I can hear the sound of the next room. This is not good.

This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!! Breakfast is always really good. This used to be my go-to hotel but I started staying at another hotel because I do not like the color of the comforters. I really hope they upgrade them to white to give the place a more modern feel. Outside of that, I love this place. It gives a nice outdoor feel as well. I get to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

An oasis in Kingston Jamaica. Lots of well kept manicured trees and grass all over the property. The rooms are not newly refurbished but they are up to standards, I will most certainly stay there again and the price is very reasonable.

This was an emergency booking. The staff was very helpful, since bookings done through Expedia take 24 hours, and I made the booking 30 - 60 mins before getting to the hotel. The FDC Andre got that sorted for me, which I appreciate. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly. My room was at poolside, so the foot traffic was louder than expected. I got to hear some rando talk about a million dollar deal whether I wanted to or not. And there has to be a school near by cause all morning I hear children shouting.

Location seems to be close to Half way tree and within walking distance of a few places. Rooms are small.and seem dated with fixtures, fittings and overall decor. No information provided at checkin or in rooms about restuarant menu. Wifi was also spotty. Nice mango trees. Room was close to the jacuzzi.

Beds are extremely hard. Maid service was great.they checked every day to see if Ineeded anything. Most of the wait staff in the restaurant were unfriendly and lazy. I only had 2 friendly waitresses in 5 days. Only 2 nice people behind the lobby counter. Orlando was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Coffee choice if juice 2 pieces of wheat toast a few pieces of fruit , 1 egg cooked as tou choose and a sweet treat. Cost for thevroom was reasonable. The grounds were beautiful with trees and flowers.

Rooms were cleaned, beds and linens were cleaned. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every staff at Four Seasons, the kitchen staff, the front desk staff , the room service staff and the ladies that kept my room spotless. I was in Jamaica for 10 days because I got stranded due to hurricane Melissa and even though I wanted to go home the hotel staff was amazing. I felt appreciated and they did an excellent job. Big up! This was my second visit to the resort. My initial stay was very pleasant, however, the second time was disappointing. The young ladies on the morning shift at the front desk are very hostile ( a course on customer service will boost the ratings of the hotel ). In addition, there were days when we had no running water for over ten minutes . I could go on and on…but I hope Four Seasons clean up their act.

The entire staff is amazing. Joy in the rest lays has a smile and is professionally attentive. Jada at the front desk is always eager to help when asked. Just a stop over due to late landing at Norman Manley Airport, after a long flight from UK. Close to airport and in the centre of uptown Kingston. Extremely good value, lovely size room, free onsite secured parking, restaurant available serving up local dishes. Not our first time and we are certain will use again in the future.

I love everything about this place. If I ever go to Jamaica again and I am visiting Kingston I am definitely staying here. It is very homely, it don't have the feelings you're in a hotel, the environment is so clean. I was a little sceptical initially when it was recommended by a friend, but as soon I stepped in, I was glad I made the choice. Easy access to key tourist attraction.

I booked this Hotel because their website said breakfast included but was told by the receptionist AFTER check-in that continental breakfast is only toast and eggs and that I have to pay extra for Jamaican breakfast. DECIETFUL practice. The bar by the pool was not open during my stay. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. You have to pay extra for a microwave in your room too. The housekeeping staff is very pleasant and kept the room clean. Convient location but it is not worth the price and I WILL NOT book here again.

the property was satisfactory. rooms were clean & well equipped BUT breakfast was very STINGY !!!!!!! they serve only toast & butter with 2 pc of very small sweet bread. NO eggs, ham or sausage!!!!! we expected a better breakfast. if you want protein for breakfast you have to pay for it ! how much does eggs cost in Jamaica ? very very cheap and the hotel cannot even include it in their breakfast even though they charge more on room rates
