the beds are comfy, the staff were not as friendly or well trained as I thought, It took the girl at least 5 minutes trying to locate my booking. And she told me that she could not find my findings. I have to tell her to search based upon last name and she suddenly found it. But, it took like 5 minutes. Very limited parking space and the garage downstairs space very tiny. It''s very easy to scraped the cars. Breakfast is ok.

Good, safe, and convenient location with easy access to public transportation (bus stop) just a minute away by walk. We took the Salzburg card and rode around (mostly lines 1 and 8). We drove from Munich and needed to park our car. They have parking right outside the hotel but the spots could get filled up quickly. The other option is to park in the garage which isn't free. The room was clean and spacious with modern amenities and we were well-rested after a full day of sightseeing. Not the best value and prices are a bit higher but we still went with it for the Fourside brand as it was our first time in Salzburg. Overall, we had an lovely stay!

Waren für eine Veranstaltung in der Messe Arena in Salzburg, diese ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es kann auf dem Messegelände geparkt werden und der Parkschein wurde beim Portier entwertet. Der Europark ist 8 min vom Hotel entfernt und auch die Stadt Salzburg in ca 15min mit dem Auto, neben dem Hotel ist auch eine Bushaltestelle wenn man lieber mit Öffis fahren möchte. Ich werde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. Ich fand alles Top.

Kurzes Zwischenstopp, Top Zimmer, sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Bin zu spät am Abend ins Hotel gekommen, Küche war schon zu, aber Koch noch da - Kellner hat den Koch überredet, mir noch was kleines zu zubereiten…. War sehr dankbar! Sehr empfehlenswert, ganzes Packet, Freundlichkeit , Service, Sauberkeit! Gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes Hotel, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die große und gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider in 3 von 4 Nächten Feueralarm (Rauchmelder in einem der Zimmer defekt oder zu sensibel), was die Nächtliche Ruhe etwas gestört hatte. Ansonsten würden wir das Hotel gerne wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen!

Leider waren bei der Ankunft die Betten nicht neu bezogen. Unter der Bettdecke waren Haare der Vorgänger vorhanden. Das Personal hat frei slich reagiert und uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dies war sauberer, aber immer noch ausbaufähig. Abends hat es im Gang immer sehr nach Cannabis Konsum gerochen. Teilweise so extrem, dass es bis in die Zimmer durch die Tür gedrückt hat.

Breakfast options are limited but very healthy foods. Rooms were spacious. Only thing noticed is bathroom doesn’t have a lock. Stayed here with my family. Appreciated the larger room size and the price point, but the room and hallways were carpeted with very old, worn dusty carpet. No hot water kettles in the room, which is atypical in Austria. The mini-fridge didn’t seem to keep our food very cold. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, so easy to get to other parts of Salzburg. Remember to ask the front desk to print a free transport voucher, valid for all travel within Salzburg province (even on regional trains)

Nice hotel with helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was in a room facing the street. A festival, think Oktoberfest type, was ongoing just at the end of the street. The street noise was very loud as lots of people were walking to the festival, as well as cars driving by. This lasted until late at night. The a/c had not been turned on yet, so I had to keep the window open for air, so the noise was a big issue.

I made a reservation with Breakfast included no one gave me any information about the breakfast and when i stand to ask reception where is the breakfast area they asked me if i have the breakfast cards i said no the one who was at the reception yesterday did not mention about it probably forgot or did not notice i have a booking with BB. Morning receptionist both of them keep telling me that i have room only! 3 times i said that hey i have a booking with Breakfast included please check Expedia after a few minutes finally found out that my booking was with BB. It was not really good experience that i was standing at the reception to convince them i have a booking with BB! My messages in here people needs to be careful when they book to this hotel if they have BB so they should have to mention about it otherwise they don’t give you the breakfast!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man kommt mit der Buslinie 1 und 8 sehr praktisch in das Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel macht innen einen schönen und sauberen Eindruck. Wir hatten per se nichts zu bestanden, außer dass wir einmal sehr früh morgens gestört wurden trotz dem Hinweis nicht gestört werden zu wollen. Im Badezimmer war das Abflussrohr der Dusche etwas verstopft, was leider zu einer „kleinen“ Überschwemmung im Badezimmer führte. Allerdings wurde dies am nächsten Tag direkt zu unserer Zufriedenheit behoben. Wir empfehlen das Hotel daher auf jeden Fall weiter.

Lovely place to stay. Has an on site restaurant and easy access via a tram stop at effectively their front door makes for easy access to the city. Wished I had booked here first versus a pricy hotel near the train station.

Bel hôtel, chambre familiale agréable, literie du lit principal parfaite, le tout avec un design industriel sympa. Petit déjeuner tres varié et qualitatif ! Seul bemol le quartier assez isolé pour dîner et loin des magnifiques batisses de la vieille ville. Les tarifs restent tres élevés mais ce sont les prix a Salzbourg apriori 😉

Ein modern und schönes Hotel, Preis-Leistung war gut. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Nur Frühstück war für (ich glaube) 22,90 Euro etwas übertrieben fanden wir, wir haben uns entschieden woanders zu frühstücken.
