Beautiful Courtyard. Most amazing breakfast included in your stay. Great location in the center of everything - Easy to get to/from. Helpful 24 hour staff. Clean but small rooms. No microwave but there is a mini fridge (stocked if you want to purchase items) or keep some small items cold. Great shower. Fairly comfortable bed. Private terrace. Internet room and also strong wifi throughout all parts of the hotel. They also say they have a bar/restaurant which is in the courtyard. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The taxi to the NAP Airport is only a 15 minute ride. No complaints. We were very happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

This is a well located hotel in the historic centre of Naples. Located in an old palazzo it has been creatively modernised. It has a lovely bar/lounge area between the wings of the palazzo. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was effectively a small apartment with a well equipped kitchen area which in the event I didn’t use. I was only there for two nights but the room wasn’t serviced.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Breakfast buffet has lots choices. We had some rainy days and found retreat in the covered courtyard, where you can order drinks and snacks.

Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. The room was adequate, smaller than what we experienced in the other big cities like Rome and Florence, but it did the job. The breakfast is amazing!! Made to order coffee's, plenty of variety for all tastes - yogurts, baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. The best hotel breakfast we had in all of our travels through Italy. The Piazza Bellini neighborhood is lively with plenty of great places to eat right outside the door and within a 5 minute walk. About 25 minutes from the Napoli Centrale train station and about 20 minutes from the port so good central location to use the transit.

Only stayed here 1 night. The courtyard was lovely - a little oasis. We enjoyed a light meal and wine. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. The building has lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax in. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a great area to walk. Very close to archeology museum and Starita Pizzeria! The hotel staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful! Excellent attention to every detail of our stay! Beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy an aperitivo. Lots of little restaurants a short walk down the sidewalk. Bravo!

We only stayed one night and were pleased with the stay. The double-bed room was big, beautiful, and clean although the bed could be a bit more comfortable. There was a great view from our room as well. If you are able to, please try their breakfast! There was a variety of fresh and baked goods, cereals, coffee, juice, and tea. The staff was extremely pleasant and eager to help. They assisted us with ordering taxis both to and from the train station and even held our luggage as we had a few hours between check-out and our departure from Napoli Centrale. The location was convenient and within walking minutes from restaurants snd bars, and only a 10 minute drive away from the train station. We will return on our next trip to Naples, Grazie to the Hotel Piazza Bellini staff!

We enjoyed our stay here. In such a hectic place as Naples, this was a welcoming quiet place. Our room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellini. The overall location and accommodations were suitable to a family or any Traveller. There were some cleanliness issues here and there but we were overall comfortable and happy.

The rooms are showing their age, with odd furniture. The shower was extremely mouldy inside, around the back of the door, where you can’t see it unless you are inside the shower.

I chose this hotel because it was recommended on online travel forums. The location is pretty good, and the decor is trendy and appealing. A very nice breakfast was served, too. My room could have used some renovation- wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the room was a little dark and featureless, with only one small window. However, my sister stayed in another room, and hers was in better condition. Having the markets nearby was the biggest attraction.

Really lovely hotel in a very central location nearby lots of fabulous restaurants. Safe area. Would definitely stay again. The only criticism I have is that there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Everything else was perfect.

This was a great place for me, my husband, and two daughters (ages 6 & 7) during out stay in Naples. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the superior apartment (aka value apartment), and it was huge! My daughters loved that there were bunk beds, and the staff even left two small teddy bears for my girls, which they loved! The location was great for walking to so many different restaurants and was only about a 25-30 min taxi ride to/ from the airport.

I’m rating this poor due to lack of air conditioning. We did not sleep AT ALL. The system was LOCKED. By the time we determined this, it was midnight, two were sleeping (until they woke up sweating). Ridiculous. Not sure why system was locked, but should automatically be unlocked at check in. This was a quick overnight to catch flight early next am Otherwise, the hotel was a gem in a not at all desirable area.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel and I find the positive reviews to be inexplicable. I arrived late in the evening after a 12 hour train journey. My room had an overbearing smell of sewage and the level of cleanliness and overall condition was such that I couldn't stay there. I found the hotel management to be unsympathetic. After complaining, they did transfer me to another room for the first night. This room was far from ideal, but in better condition. However, they stated that I would have to move back to the original room for nights 2 and 3 because they didn't have any space. They were not prepared to refund me for those nights so I could make arrangements to go elsewhere. After a long, late evening conversion with hotels.com customer service, they eventually issued me with a refund for nights 2 and 3 by hotels.com. I was then able to book another property a few minutes walk away which turned out to be great. After this awful evening of arguing with the hotel and being on hold for nearly 2 hours with hotels.com, the breakfast the next morning was better than expected. The quality of the food was average for Italy, but there was a pretty extensive selection.

After a long, late evening conversion with hotels.com customer service, they eventually issued me with a refund for nights 2 and 3 by hotels.com. I was then able to book another property a few minutes walk away which turned out to be great. After this awful evening of arguing with the hotel and being on hold for nearly 2 hours with hotels.com, the breakfast the next morning was better than expected. The quality of the food was average for Italy, but there was a pretty extensive selection.

This was a great place for me, my husband, and two daughters (ages 6 & 7) during out stay in Naples. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the superior apartment (aka value apartment), and it was huge! My daughters loved that there were bunk beds, and the staff even left two small teddy bears for my girls, which they loved! The location was great for walking to so many different restaurants and was only about a 25-30 min taxi ride to/ from the airport.

Upon our check out, we were told of a train and bus strike. We were heading from Napoli to Rome by train. Asked about alternatives, and was told to go to train station and grab a cab. We took a cab that was ordered to go to train station. He agreed to take us to Rome for 500.00 euros. We thought we had no choice. Hotel should have helped us since strikes are frequent they had no clue about private busses to go to Rome for about 60.00 euros. Very disappointed in lack of knowledge or trying to help us in anyway. The hotel in Rome couldn’t believe that this hotel could not provide us with alternatives. No initiative. Very disappointed. We over spent because hotel gave us no options. It would be nice if hotel offered us some compensation.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices, in a lovely courtyard, and the staff there were great. The courtyard felt like an oasis after being out in the crowded center. After reading about a lot of other hotels in the center being in not so nice areas, the hotel is in smaller but lively piazza, with several cafes and live music at night. Yes there is some trash and graffiti, but it's still a nice area and I felt quite safe there. There is not a lot of shopping right in the piazza, but it's not that far away from shopping areas. It was fairly easy to walk to most of the center as well. I would absolutely stay there again!

We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. The room was adequate, smaller than what we experienced in the other big cities like Rome and Florence, but it did the job. The breakfast is amazing!! The Hotel Piazza Bellini has alot going for it, great location, friendly staff, clean and very functional with many places to sit. Only down side is the neighborhood parties until early in the 3:00 am. But it is very convenient to many attractions.

Hotellet ligger veldig godt til midt i gamlebyen og det er enkelt å komme seg til alle steder i byen herfra. Bra hotell, god pris og veldig hyggelig personale som gjorde sitt beste for å ta vare på meg som gjest. Anbefaler virkelig å bo her når du er i Napoli, og jeg kommer definitivt tilbake selv neste gang.

Beautiful Courtyard. Most amazing breakfast included in your stay. Great location in the center of everything - Easy to get to/from. Helpful 24 hour staff. Clean but small rooms. No microwave but there is a mini fridge (stocked if you want to purchase items) or keep some small items cold. Great shower. Fairly comfortable bed. Private terrace. Internet room and also strong wifi throughout all parts of the hotel. They also say they have a bar/restaurant which is in the courtyard. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. The taxi to the NAP Airport is only a 15 minute ride. No complaints. We were very happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

Es un buen lugar B&B. Limpio, ubicado en la zona histórica. Podrían mejorar el desayuno para crecer en una experiencia diferencial. Las habitaciones son limpias. This is a great hotel! A really good location, friendly staff that are super helpful, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and pizzerias very close. We enjoyed our stay here. In such a hectic place as Naples, this was a welcoming quiet place. Our room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so nice and helpful.
