Very poor hotel room. The bed is too soft, the bathroom smells disgusting, and the shower is broken. The furniture in the hotel room was also damaged and in poor condition.

I advise people to read the rating on Google Maps. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. First of all, this is not really a hotel as advertised. It is simply a collection of apartments in a residential building, which is very misleading. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong smell of dampness and mold. There were visible signs of moisture and mold on the walls, making the room feel unhealthy and unpleasant. The shower barely worked, and the air conditioner did not function properly, so the room felt like an oven throughout my stay. To make matters even worse, there were countless ants all over the room, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relax. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There is no breakfast area inside the building they call a hotel. Instead, guests have to eat at a small place next door that is more like a bar than a restaurant. On top of that, there was no open buffet as advertised, which was yet another example of how the property’s description does not match reality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The property is misleadingly advertised, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the basic facilities are poorly maintained. This was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

The hotel shouldn't be a 3 star. The toilet flush button in our room was missing and we had to pull a lever in the wall. One of the shower doors had a full thickness crack in it, meaning that water leaked on to the floor. There was no toilet seat. The door to the room only stayed closed if it was locked. The receptionist who checked us in was abrupt. The hotel was noisy, with talking and footfall during the night, this was amplified because there were no carpets to soften the noise on the corridors. The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient. The included breakfast, from the cafe next door, was simple and good (a hot drink and a croissant of bioche bun). The cafe staff were pleasant and efficient. We did find that this was a good place to explore the old town of Naples.
