Can hear the neighbors across the hall phone ringing and call because the door will not close. Bathroom door had scraps. Manager Mike was not accommodating. Said he could do something next day not sure what. Curtains hanging off the wall. Horrible

They have a security guard on top of it. Unfortunately, at check in, I made my way to a dirty/un made bed. Had to return to desk after hauling my luggage to the room to get another room. Near many fastfood restaurants.

They helped me out when i was in a really tough spot. My flight was cancelled at 2am. My room was great. Checkin was easy. Convenient vending machine so i could get a drink. They helped me get a shuttle back in the morning and the staff were fantastic. I was grateful to them for the accommodations.

When I arrived, the lobby was full of undesirables, hookers and ghetto looking people. the elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. I had to wait about an hour for it to.be fixed. Then I get to my room and the hallway is just a buzzing with doors slamming, people yelling. Then about 10pm a fight broke out in front of my door. The phone on my room didnt work and I didn't have the number for the front desk so I called 911. All night there was doors slamming and people shouting. I swear some people's parents must not have taught them to be respectful of others sleeping. At 6 am I was awakened again and stuck my head out the door and asked them to please keep it down. This place is so ghetto. I won't go back.

Bed sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns marks in them. Top sheets and comforters has unknown stains on them. Pillows were flat. Towels had stains on them. Does chain was missing. Had a dead bolt but there was a large crack in the door frame that someone could have opened door through. I had to push a coffee table against the door for safety.

My first rooms was dirty, didn’t even look like they cleaned it. The sink was clogged, smoke alarm was missing, hair on bathroom counter, floor by tub and hair on bedroom sheets. The breakfast was bad, just had cereal, 1 apple and 1 orange, and some bread for toast. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at…avoid this hotel if possible!

This is where people stay all the time and it is assumed that everybody stay here is dirty. Send somebody from corporate to inspect. Loud profanity, no soap tub dirty, on a cold night and no heat. Dirty, smelly and the pictures are a fake to the public only the local citizens know about this place, the place is filthy and should not carry Red Roof Inn name. I paid for a room through Hotels.com

Smelled like weed. Was a half joint in the elevator. Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Tub hadn't been cleaned. Dirty walls. Hair on bed. We got the heck out of there. Do not recommend.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but with this one I had to, there was no soap in the bathroom, walls and bathroom door was dirty, the bathroom door handle was broken, the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in, there was a homeless man walking in and out of the hotel, I found stains on the bed linens, the tv remote did not work at all, and to top it off I couldn't get a refund, i didn't even sleep there, i booked another room elsewhere and slept there, mind you I accidentally booked at the redroof thinking i was booking at the place i normally do, such a disappointment. And i didn't feel safe there at all sorry to say, this was an accidental experience first time there and the last time, never again.

My stay at the property was amazing. The rooms were spotless, very spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle was also a plus for me. I received great customer service and felt very welcomed.

Despite the non smoking signs, people were smoking in the lobby and my “non-smoking” room smelled like stale smoke. The clientele did not make you feel safe and I was concerned that our vehicle would be car jacked overnight. There were noisy individuals outside at 1 AM and they set off a car alarm 3X. When I work up at four, they had been replaced with a squad car. The room was comfortable and spacious, but wouldn’t be a place I would stay again if I didn’t have to be by the airport for an early morning flight. I didn’t sleep well because of how concerned the place made me feel. My car was in one piece in the morning.

The exterior of the hotel was dirty as there was an overflowing garbage bin together with garbage strewn around the front entrance. The room was clean and front desk reception was pleasant and helpful. There was a lot of noise heard all night wirh persons talking and shouting maybe in the corridors or lobby, I'm not sure. The breakfast disappointing, it was extremely sparse, with plain bread, no butter, no eggs, no yogurt, jus 2 small containers of jam. Limited tea, coffee, juice and cereal.

Sleeping on the floor in the airport would be better than this hotel. Hotel is filthy, smells of smoke. We were awoken 3 times: 2 by the arguments outside and once by the police trying to get into one of the rooms. Stay at your own risk.

First and foremost when I initially went to check in there were no employees to be found, and I stood there for 15 mins. I went back to my car and called RedRoof’s corporate office to try and cancel when I was redirected to the lobby I was just in and was talked to rudely by an employee who had just showed up. There were signs posted everywhere saying “no smoking” but my room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Also, my door would not close all the way, so I had to barricade the door for my safety. In the parking lot I was harassed to buy “health insurance”, and en route to my room the same women were knocking on other guests doors trying to sell this scam.

They helped me out when i was in a really tough spot. My flight was cancelled at 2am. My room was great. Checkin was easy. Convenient vending machine so i could get a drink. They helped me get a shuttle back in the morning and the staff were fantastic. I was grateful to them for the accommodations.

I did not mind waiting, but also paid full price to check in a few hours early and then ended up waiting over an hour to get into the room. Once in the room, it was a horrible smell - clearly they have tried to cover up smoke smell with layers of cleaning spray - horrible, medicinal smell. I did get a nap in when I finally got into the room, then when I woke up I tried to get some work done, but the wi-fi would not connect. Desk staff was quite rude and continually addressed me as "baby girl" and eventually said the wi-fi was not meant for laptops, only cell phones. When I stated that I could not use it on my phone either, I was told it gets that way when a lot of people are logged in. If this is the case, the property should advertise limited wi-fi, not full wifi in rooms. Then the desk person proceeded to hang up on me. Orbitz customer service was not helpful either when I called requesting a partial refund. The rep called the hotel, they said they would look into it and that was all the "help" I got. Still ended up not being able to be online, so not being able to accomplish the work that I had planned on doing at the hotel. So, between smells, cleanliness, rudeness, and lack of advertised amenities, this was a pretty bad experience and would not recommend for any business travellers.

Do not stay here , rooms are dirty , rude staff , had to change rooms 3 times because of the condition I stayed 3 days nobody cleaned nor changed the trash for the room , when I asked for towels & wash cloths I was told no & I had to use what I had. The clerk had a very thick accent and was extremely hard to understand. The smoke alarm was ripped off the wall and several of the outlets in the room didn't work. The rooms and the hallways were in disrepair. There were always 5-6 people always hanging out in the lobby and outside the building. Even though there were no smoking signs all over the building and outside the entire place was covered in cigarette butts and everything smelled of smoke. We were awakened in the middle of the night by several loud people in the hallway and the strong smell of pot. We stayed 2 nights and this happened both nights. There was good dining about a block away that was easy to walk to. However each time we walked to these restaurants, we noticed the same people that were hanging out at the Red Roof were also hanging out around the other hotels in the area. Suspicious of drug and prostitution dealing. I don't think any of the hotels in the area are safe.

We did not stay here because the area was so bad. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and there were so many people loitering. The area was very dark with no lighting. We were followed into the parking lot by a man loitering on the street. We did not feel safe so we left and went to a different hotel.

FYI this is NOT college park, the area is called “old nat” and is well known by the locals as a bad part of town, While we had no problems with the “patrons” there is definitely a prostitution ring running out of here as well as the other hotels in this area, while other Expedia reviews have responses from the owners stating “we will look into this serious matter” it’s clear the owners and staff get a cut from allowing this prostitution ring to operate, staff allow what we assumed to be the “pimps” (since we witnessed ladies of the night handing off money to them many times) to sleep in the lobby overnight. A colorful cast of characters indeed. The room next to us clearly was some sort of central hub and they smoked in the room as well. Bed was at least clean. Airport shuttle i suppose was a bonus. My husband and i are pretty accepting of all walks of life and the regulars were nice to us without issue. But that said, anyone else should probably avoid staying here or in this area at all. News articles i read after we left include a double homicide in this hotel, homicides and drug trafficking at adjacent hotels, and many more stories i will let you find for yourself when looking up “hotels in old national Atlanta”. Like i said, everyone was pleasant with us but if my husband were not 6’6 or in most other situations i wouldn’t feel safe here in any way.

Unsafe to leave property at night for sure, during the day was sketchy too. Was not sure what was staining the curtains but it was a large black stain of some kind. Could have been cleaner in the bathrooms and did not clean rooms at all unless I was present and asked for it and clean towels etc.

My first rooms was dirty, didn’t even look like they cleaned it. The sink was clogged, smoke alarm was missing, hair on bathroom counter, floor by tub and hair on bedroom sheets. The breakfast was bad, just had cereal, 1 apple and 1 orange, and some bread for toast. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at…avoid this hotel if possible!

Towel was nasty and they didn’t have breakfast for real apple juicy water down I think this place should be a extended stay hella teen kids like they in some apartments the staff is tight with everything don’t want to give towels or cups like they tight with everything when I got in my room I had two towels and I put that it’s me and my kids then when I went to get more told me they can’t it’s ratchet here lol

The exterior of the hotel was dirty as there was an overflowing garbage bin together with garbage strewn around the front entrance. The room was clean and front desk reception was pleasant and helpful. There was a lot of noise heard all night wirh persons talking and shouting maybe in the corridors or lobby, I'm not sure. The breakfast disappointing, it was extremely sparse, with plain bread, no butter, no eggs, no yogurt, jus 2 small containers of jam. Limited tea, coffee, juice and cereal.
