Hotel was okay. Only 1 working elevator which means long wait at prime times. Hot Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. There is a microwave so you can heat it otherwise barely warm. Received a message 2 days before check in advising that it was $18 a night to park. The fan in the bathroom runs all the time disturbing sleep. No switch to turn off.

Everything was great! The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable ! We enjoyed ordering some food at the grill in the evening, and breakfast was so good, as well. The pool is clean and clear and inviting. All the folks at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room’s look and amount of space. We were not expecting a couch, sitting area, etc. Unfortunately the fridge was not clean and there was a red sauce like substance in the bottom of it. Additionally, one of the elevators was not working and would not go to the lobby. After several failed attempts, I took the stairs at the other end of the hall. I went to the bar to get a much needed glass of wine, after a long day, only to find that their wine shipment did not come and there was not a drop of wine. It was suggested that I walk to the hotel next door. I then paid $3.50 for a bottle of water and went back to my room.

Stayed one night, arrived almost 11pm. Location very convenient as needed to be at airport cargo around 8:30am, so unable to comment on area around the property. Very comfortable bed. Room had that musty locker room smell. Had a nice sitting area, with nice counter space in contrast to the bathroom sink area. Overall very satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The front desk staff were truly great — friendly, helpful, and kind. Shanette’s fabulous popcorn was such a lovely and memorable touch, and Michelle was amazing as well. The breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. This was a great quick stay after a late flight. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Great value for the money. My only suggestion is that the air conditioning/heating unit which came in every few minutes was quite loud and made it hard for me to initially fall asleep.

There were multiple broken doors and only one elevator was operating so waiting for an elevator with a toddler was terrible, on top of carrying all of our things. The options had been that, or to cary all of our luggage to the 4th floor. The front staff was not the nicest and never smiled, they did their job, but that was the minimum. The rooms were clean and the bed was rather comfortable, so the cleaning staff was definitely on point. I was most dissatisfied with the fact that they didn't accept 3rd party payments, and there was no heads up about that on the site or anywhere when making my reservation… which was paid for with a 3rd party card… aka, chime, cashapp, venmo, paypal. Made it very inconvenient when thats the only forms of payment i use and they didn't even take cash in replacement. LUCKILY my husband was with me who JUST opened a major primary account that they accepted. Just ridiculous that we can pay on line with any payment form and its something different when checking in… with NO HEADS UP.

The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful . They didn’t honor their word. One staff member gave me information that apparently wasn’t correct. They denied my 16 yr old son the opportunity to use their phone to call me. They cancelled my reservation after I spoke with a staff member who said that would not happen. I was visiting out of state so I was left stranded. The supervisor told me it’s other hotels I can get in contact with. This took place at 230am.

Waited in the cold over 40 minutes for the shuttle from ATL, despite calling twice. Other families were left waiting as well. Many other comparable hotels had shuttles come by 2-3 times during that time. Finally, we just took an UBER. Hotel desk attendant offered us free water? When asked if they could comp the UBER, she said that she would talk to management, but I still have heard nothing.

Flying in on a heavily delayed flight and booked this before i boarded my flight to make sure i got a a room while i was stuck in ATL. Flight landed just after midnight and the room was canceled because i didnt check in by midnight. I didnt know this until inwas already on the shuttle. I contacted them and they said i "should have called to notify them". How am insupposed to call when im 30,000 feet in the air? I explained this and they said it didnt matter as they sold my soom again and had nothing left.

We arrived, had good service. $18 to park when you're a paying customer is in my humble opinion, offensive! We ordered chicken nuggett and fries, took 40 minutes. These baby's were obviously the last in the bag, old, dry etc........ The small fries were actually good, with catsup. Breakfast ran out of coffee... Need I say more... The room was the only redeming factor of this stay. I stay again if i didn't plan to eat there.
