Very nice clean place. Very large room. Couldn't hear neighbors next door. Very good hot water pressure. Had my service dog with me, had a couple good nice grass spots he could go outside on.

Good room. They could keep the bathrooms by the office downstairs clean. Not only did the toilet not work but the faucet to wash hands did not work! Basic fixing! Otherwise room was good. We stayed only for one night.

Very nice hotel. Great hot breakfast However, being a pet lover, but don't like necessarily staying & the possibilities of them getting on the furniture, beds,,floors & than me walked or using it afterwards. There should at least be a weight &/or size limits. Beware This is a pet friendly hotel, as most are anyway. Hard to find one that's not "Pet Friendly "

Our trip started rough with some issues with our room. The management staff did an outstanding job of addressing our issues and concerns. It would be nice if the treadmill worked but after a rocky start their staff did an excellent job ensuring we had a positive stay. We are staying there again in a month and would recommend.

Not up to hilton standards especially outside around pool. Spider webs on doors that were not recent. No box to access entry from pool. Had to go around building to front office to get back in building after swim Not convient at all

The hotel need a lot of work. The room was not clean or kept up . The bathroom 🚽 seat 💺 was broken and to small. The bathtub 🛀 was a big brown spot in side the shower was hanging down. And there was bugs 🐜 in the bathtub. Housekeeping slam doors all morning long. 229 had a smell. The hallway by elevator was blue tape on the floor and wall 1st floor and 2nd floor. Just not clean.

When we arrived the room temp was on 78. We lowered it to 68. Left for a few hours to arrive back to room temp of 79. Called front desk and told him the ac was not working. He came and checked and said only the fan was running not the floor unit but the controls were in the wall. Said it should start to cool. 3:00am still 78 on the thermostat. Never had this problem before. Why would you have thermostat on 78 when offering this room for stay?? Ac should have been checked prior to us checking in

Property is just average. Location central in an average area. Property a bit setback and secluded at night. Beds were a bit lumpy, pillows flat and breakfast ok with waffle machines not fully functional. Stayed there twice in the last couple of years but will probably stay at another location on my next visit.

Requested a two hour early check in as I was driving in from out of state and needed to freshen up for a funeral one hour before the normal check in time of 3:00. The staff not only made it happen, they asked if they could help in any other ways and offered sincere condolences. Very impressive customer service, so beyond. Thank you for making it possible for me to make that part of a very difficult day so much better.

One bad situation was the hotel returned a package stating that I wasn’t staying there the same day it arrived instead of holding it. This was horrible because I never received my package it made my opinion of the staff bad. Why not just hold it for 2/3 days then return it?

Allen at the front desk was wonderful, very welcoming and recommended a restaurant for dinner. He checked in by text multiple times and stopped by our breakfast table this morning when we were eating and he was leaving from his shift. What a great asset Allen is to your company.

While I had to leave the property late at night, because they could not resolve the fire alarm going off in my room, I knew there was something off right away when the clerk would not give me water when I asked for it, saying he would give it to me when he was done checking me in. I went to the water fountains and they were not working. I once again asked for water, and he said he would give me bottles when he was done. And that was the end of that. I was given a room that was for wheelchair access, and I had many suitcases so when I saw the button that said open for handicap access. I push the button and the fire alarm went off. The clerk supposedly called the engineer and the manager. However, after 45 minutes I finally booked another place. Not a great hotel for Customer service.

We had neighbors on both sides that were either partying or arguing. We called down around 1:30 am and Allen working nights came up and knocked on door and told them to turn down the music and they did one notch. Around 2:45 we called again and he came and knocked and they wouldn’t answer him so he left. We got to sleep around 4:00am

I love it! Jonay from night shift I believe h the says her name with the glasses. She gave me a water and fruit bars. Thank you. Zach morning shift was awesome as well. He looks like common the actress/ r&b overall thebstay was nice !! The breakfast OMG the grits was so good biscuits and gravy are crazy!!! The food was HOT !! I love it. I am staying tonight again. I would like to work here too! lol
