Place is ok expensive for how run down it is. Pool was pretty chilly, never enough towels in the pool area. Paint chips hanging from the ceiling? Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was the best part good food at a reasonable price. Staff in the restaurant were amazing friendly and hardworking!!! Spoke good English which is nice when you’re not bilingual. Rooms were simple and pretty clean. Did not like the double doors which didn’t lock to the bathroom which also had a 1/2” space making it so you could see someone on the toilet. I expected it to be in better shape for the price. Cheers!!

Unfortunately we over paid for our stay, but Jaz was very helpful. Other staff were not as friendly. Especially the guy in night shift. Jacuzzi wasn’t working during our 4 day stay. There was always something wrong and also pool was very very cold. Overall, restaurant Expedia was ok, the lady who served us Elena or Helen, was very nice.

Sheets and pillows had stains on them, the washroom clearly had been used by someone before me and wasn’t cleaned between guests. There was hair on the toilet seat and the floor. My first impression of the hotel was the rude employee who checked me in. No smile, very stern, and was not welcoming at all.

This is the only hotel I stay at when in Montreal. Great for business travelers. I held back a star because the hot water in the shower was intermittent and somewhat annoying. But otherwise my stay was quiet and comfortable. And the staff were excellent. If you're driving, the hotel is perfectly located off the 40 and close to the 13.

The hotel looks good from outside and when you first get in but at the room, everything looks basic, I did not like the room , the bathroom I hate it I’m sorry this is my honest opinion. The bed was making noise, the views from the outside was good, the tv we couldn’t watch much nothing serious, just regular channels, anyway the price I pay for was ok so i guest if you want better you have to pay the price. And the staff was good btw i just rate the hotel overall.

Nice stay at this hotel. All staff members very friendly and helpful but I will say we were on the 4th floor and the internet was VERY slow so if you need to work I suggest you go to the conference room where the internet is REALLY fast. Not much to do around the hotel so you need a car to get around

We only stayed one night, but the front desk staff member was super helpful! Check in was super easy, as was check-out, and I felt very welcome. The location near the airport is very convenient and the room itself was super clean and up to date. I appreciated the friendliness of staff--I asked for some creamer to make tea with and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice, he gave me several creamer packages and even let me choose from the variety of teas he had behind the desk! I really appreciated this extra touch of hospitality.

This is not an airport Hotel. Don’t let the name fool you. It’s not near the Airport Terminal and DOES NOT have a shuttle. Depending on the time of day an Uber ride to the hotel from the airport can cost between $27 and $45. If you’re looking for a convenient airport hotel for a short stay and early departure, this is NOT it.

We did not have breakfast,hotel is very reasonable with excellent friendly and professional staff.Location is in rather comertial part of the city close to the airport but far from downtown or shopping and not many restaurants in the area so car rental is a must Also if you’re staying more than 1 day you’ll have to ask for room cleaning and towels replacement daily

This property is at least 15m drive from the airport and located in an industrial/companies/labs area close to all highways. It was perfect for me with a rental car, to access everywhere I needed to go (Laval with the 13, the 40, Pointe Claire). No underground parking, but lots of space to park (self park). There’s a small pool, hot tub and a small gym which I used every day and although needs upgrades as there was no shower or change room only a bathroom, it was part of my daily routine and enjoyed all the facilities. I guess people change in their rooms???? Not very convenient. As far as the room is concerned, I enjoyed the large room and big windows…bed was very comfortable and bathroom had a large shower stall. The kettle and mini fridge was very useful. The property needs and overall deep cleaning, it was fine for me for a short visit. But walls should be cleaned more often in the room. I will be using this property again in the future for its proximity to where I need to go in Montreal and location near all highways. The staff was excellent, check in and check out were seamless.

The place was great once we got there, I was disappointed with the distance we had to go and the expensive taxi rides to and from the airport, I wouldn't consider it again for a layover when passing through waiting for next day's flight home or to a destination.

The hotel has a front gate which gave some feeling of security. The hotel is very noisy with kids using the pool area screaming when we arrived in the evening. The front attendant was helpful however we booked two rooms, one had to be changed 3 times due the shower backing up and both reserved rooms were dirty. We were told the bar was open until 11pm and kitchen served to 10pm. Our first night the bar attendant was rude and irritated when we arrive at 9:45pm asking for food and was rude, I was embarrassed by the treatment we received. Worst experience I have ever had at this hotel or hotel any ever. The next night we went down for a late drink and was told the bar closes early if business is slow. Frankly it should not be advertised as having amenities the hotel cannot service. I thought possibly the poor experience maybe because I used Expedia to book and other previous bookings were made directly with the hotel. That being said i felt it was inexcusable and that the means of booking cannot explain the poor customer experience. This used to be my hotel of choice when in Montreal and recommending to others.
