I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Very clean room, nice staff, pool is very pretty and clean. The bar is a fun place to hang out. We were lucky enough that they had live music the night that we stayed. I would go back to the Bali Hai. The amount I paid for the night was the same as Expedia advertised unlike some other hotels

No esta mal. Pero como estacionan los autos al lado de las habitaciones hay mucho ruido a todas horas y NO CUENTAN con agua caliente en la regadera.Tampoco cuentan con guarda equipaje.

Alberca de adultos no funcionaba, el bsño en malas condiciones y también habia fuga de agua en regadera y taza. Renté 2 habitaciones y solo me dejaron 1 control de aire acondicionado para ambas habitaciones.

First night in room 217. I was bitten by bed bugs, reported this to hotel staff and I was told that there is no issues with chinches but my legs a living proof and a couple of bites on my arm. When I was being moved rooms I watch a team of fumigators leave walking past me. I was then put into room 116 which was bug free as far as I know but it’s hard to distinguish between bites because there is so many. The room however, pretty much the same layout with a no smoking sign beside the door… However this room absolutely stunk - think of an old man’s house who sits in his chair all day smoking cigarettes. We used the air conditioning to air the room better and opens the door to try and make it more liveable. We survived to the morning and just like when I checked in the staff were great, friendly and happy. Let me reiterate the staff are great, the pool area ideal for children and close to many local amenities, the people here are genuinely friends and it is heavily policed with the Policia, Guardia Nacional and Marinas all patrolling the streets.

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Very clean room, nice staff, pool is very pretty and clean. The bar is a fun place to hang out. El trato del personal es muy bueno, más por parte de Salvador el Bartender es una persona muy amable, lo único malo es que la habitación donde nos hospedamos el primer día estuvo bien pero el segundo la cama está llena de chinches y terminamos mi pareja y yo llenos de ronchas, quizás las sábanas que colocaron las tienen en algún lugar donde pudiera estar infestado, si recomiendo antes de que les entreguen la habitación se cercioren y de igual manera sugerencia al hotel hacer constantes fumigaciones, por todo lo demás agradecido de la estancia pues el personal reitero es muy amable y muy amable y el restaurante 10/10

Me pareció un hotel casi excelente, una ubicación estupenda, hacen limpieza todos los días. Las instalaciones son buenas, la televisión contaba con cable y con diferentes canales, el aire acondicionado funcionando al cien, las sábanas y almohadas limpias. Los 2 contras que le pondría es que no hay refrigerador, por lo que es imposible comprar bebidas o comida para guardar, la seguridad me pareció inexistente ya que cualquier persona fácilmente podría acceder sin reservación alguna.

Me pareció un hotel casi excelente, una ubicación estupenda, hacen limpieza todos los días. Las instalaciones son buenas, la televisión contaba con cable y con diferentes canales, el aire acondicionado funcionando al cien, las sábanas y almohadas limpias. Los 2 contras que le pondría es que no hay refrigerador, por lo que es imposible comprar bebidas o comida para guardar, la seguridad me pareció inexistente ya que cualquier persona fácilmente podría acceder sin reservación alguna.

Me asignaron el cuarto 236, parte superior de la edificación, ingresé aproximadamente a las 15:00 hs. Solo deje mi escaso equipaje y salí de inmediato , regrese por la noche y estuve dos horas soportando el ruido de las calderas, baje a la administración y pedí una explicación, el recepcionista se comunicó con un trabajador y solicitó apagaran el equipo, tardo' aproximadamente 40 minutos en apagar el ruido, de tal mala suerte que a la media noche pude conciliar el sueño, mala experiencia deje el hotel a las 5:45 , antes de amanecer.

Lo que no fue de nuestro agrado es que las habitaciones no enfriaba bien el aire acondicionado, ademas la television se batallaba para poder programarla y son televisores muy pequeños para el cuarto de 2 camas

Inmejorable ubicación cerca de todo. La Sra encargada de la mañana siempre con mala cara y de malas. En la tarde excelente. Ridículo que no dan control remoto del A/C ni dejando el depósito, hay que llamar a recepción para subir o bajar la temperatura y tardan horas en llegar.

las habitaciones no estaban disponibles a la hora de mi llegada que fue a las 6 pm y ni así las tenían, las regaderas con muy poca agua, sobre todo que fue una muy mala experiencia para la familia que era su primer visita en este hotel, ahora si me dejaron mucho que desear con el mal servicio creo yo que al contratar por medio de ustedes el trato que nos dan es diferente, porque ellos prefieren que sea directo en el hotel

I did not like how you reserve a room ahead of time and it’s not ready when you get there. What’s the point of the reservation if you get there and they don’t have rooms? Then they said they would get right on it to clean them, waited an hour and the room still was not started on. Went and complained and got other rooms.

Excelente hotel, el personal muy amable. Estaba cerca de restaurantes y bares, todo a la mano. Muy seguro por la ubicación del hotel. Me volveré a hospedar sin duda alguna.

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Very clean room, nice staff, pool is very pretty and clean. The bar is a fun place to hang out. We were lucky enough that they had live music the night that we stayed. I would go back to the Bali Hai. The amount I paid for the night was the same as Expedia advertised unlike some other hotels

El trato del personal es muy bueno, más por parte de Salvador el Bartender es una persona muy amable, lo único malo es que la habitación donde nos hospedamos el primer día estuvo bien pero el segundo la cama está llena de chinches y terminamos mi pareja y yo llenos de ronchas, quizás las sábanas que colocaron las tienen en algún lugar donde pudiera estar infestado, si recomiendo antes de que les entreguen la habitación se cercioren y de igual manera sugerencia al hotel hacer constantes fumigaciones, por todo lo demás agradecido de la estancia pues el personal reitero es muy amable y muy amable y el restaurante 10/10

Las toallas estás muy feas, el servicio en la recepción por parte del personal muy malo..... Y los depósitos que te piden por cada toalla es muy caro. No aceptan tarjeta de crédito ni en el propio bar ...todo es en efectivo. No hay agua caliente.

Es un hotel que no esta cuidado , las habitaciones expuestas porque puede entrar cualquier persona al bar, eso si las piñas coladas y los cocteles super ricos , caros porque so en vaso de vidrio menos de un cuarto, el barman muy amable , pero querian limpiar el cuarto estando uno ahi, y te tenias que salir

First night in room 217. I was bitten by bed bugs, reported this to hotel staff and I was told that there is no issues with chinches but my legs a living proof and a couple of bites on my arm. When I was being moved rooms I watch a team of fumigators leave walking past me. I was then put into room 116 which was bug free as far as I know but it’s hard to distinguish between bites because there is so many. The room however, pretty much the same layout with a no smoking sign beside the door… However this room absolutely stunk - think of an old man’s house who sits in his chair all day smoking cigarettes. We used the air conditioning to air the room better and opens the door to try and make it more liveable. We survived to the morning and just like when I checked in the staff were great, friendly and happy. Let me reiterate the staff are great, the pool area ideal for children and close to many local amenities, the people here are genuinely friends and it is heavily policed with the Policia, Guardia Nacional and Marinas all patrolling the streets.
