Lovely hotel set in lovely gardens. Set on a hill so expect lots of steps. Nice large rooms. This hotel is a. Oasis in Krabi, very close to the main strip, but quiet. Breakfast is good. Evening menu a little expensive. Great pool and comfortable sunbeds.

The pool was great. Did not realize it was roof top before our trip. Breakfast was amazing. Try to make your own orange juice it tastes amazing. Our room was spacious and updated, just be aware we had to climb 70 stairs everyday to get to our building. It was very nice and quiet, but a hike to get to building 4. They call it eco-trekking. Just outside the hotel are all restaurants and shopping you can imagine. Location is great and still quiet to sleep.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, big variety of fruits, pastries and dishes. A saltwater pool and a small fitness room is also very nice. But unfortunately we had little ants in our room. It was like a whole colony and they’re living in the walls. Couldn’t leave food open on the table. But on the fourth day they were almost gone so idk. But if you are not afraid of small neighbours it’s all right. There is jungle around the hotel so prepare for insects. So only 4/5 Stars, but all in one a very nice and eco friendly hotel.

Vi hadde et strålende opphold på Pakasai Resort. Det som gjorde oppholdet vårt så bra var det vennlige personalet som tok godt vare på oss og vår 10 måneder gamle baby. Jeg ønsker å spesielt takke kjøkkenpersonalet og de i lobbyen som gjorde at vi ble veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Frokosten var god, rommene hadde en god størrelse og basseng-området er veldig fint. Av kommentarer til oppholdet kan jeg påpeke at det var noe oppussing som pågikk i noen av rommene mens vi bodde, og det var litt langt å gå, med mange trapper, opp til rommet hvor vi bodde.

It was an enjoyable pleasant stay. Ideal legal in Ao Nang and a comfortable hotel. I would say the only downside was the gym is a little tired (but who goes to Krabi for a gym) and at breakfast, the fruit was surrounded by flies. Hey ho

Bon hôtel, le cadre est sympathique et le personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. L’hôtel mériterai un rafraîchissement car il est un peu vieillissant. Les photos ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité au niveau des chambres et la salle de bain. Au niveau du ménage il faudrait qu’il soit plus accentué car il y a une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. La piscine est le point très positif avec une belle vue et la présence d’un bar et d’un long Happy hour ! Globalement c’est un assez bon hôtel mais il mérite une rénovation pour mérité les 4 étoiles !

Very beautiful reception, rooftop pool, garden and breakfast area. We had dinner in restaurant Gaia which was absolutely delicious. The look of the restaurant was also beautiful. As was the food I ordered from roomservice. We liked the look of our room but it was extremely noisy. You could hear all of the traffic passing by (which goes on for a long time after midnight and starts again early in the morning). There were also ants in our room for the first few days (this was thankfully fixed after we told the receptionist). The shower and toilet share the same sliding door with a wall separating the two areas which makes it a bit awkward (and smelly…) if someone needs to do a #2. It also wouldn’t stay closed when taking a shower. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of the noise and because I think the room we had could use a little maintenance/renewal.

We booked this hotel based on the description of the room “garden view, 1st or 2nd floor”. We were put in the back alley on the ground floor, staring at a wall. We asked to move room but we were still given a room at the back, starring onto a car park with big containers. Baby cot was old and dirty when we got it, hotel is old and with cracks in the walls that let aunts through. The photos aren’t the reality. We even found old blood stains on our sheets. Staff was obviously exasperated by our request. The garden in the centre was gorgeous and it is very well placed. Rooms are a good size and the breakfast is nice.

Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, allerdings war das Zimmer bereits in die Jahre gekommen, muffig und dreckig. Besonders war das Waschbecken bereits beschädigt, sowie die Spülung der Toilette und der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und das mehrmals. Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön grün und direkt im Zentrum von der Stadt. Viele Restaurant und Shops waren fussläufig zu erreichen.

Prinzipiell tolle Anlage. Schön grün mit vielen Pflanzen und Wasser. Liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich wie im Regenwald. Dies bringt leider auch Insekten in die Anlage und in die Zimmer. Unbedingt Moskitomittel verwenden. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Schön etabliertes umweltfreundliches Konzept. Frühstück gut und abwechslungsreich. Leider, wie so häufig, nur geschmacksneutrales Brot und Toast und ab 09:00 Uhr deutlich eingeschränkte Platzkapazitäten. Eine 2. Kaffeemaschine wäre von Vorteil. Man muss teils lange anstehen… Das Mobiliar der Zimmer ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Was mir wirklich unangenehm aufgestoßen ist - deshalb auch die eher mittelklassische Gesamtbewertung - ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Sehr muffiger und abgestandenerGeruch und leider schlecht gereinigt. Die Ecken sind Rund und unterm Bett tummelte sich der Staub von sicher längerer Zeit. Unterm Strich gerne wieder.

Punti a favore della struttura: Bella struttura inserita in un giardino talmente rigoglioso da sembrare una giungla ricca di alberi e fiori. Ottima la metratura delle camere. Ottima la colazione. Gentilissimo il personale. Ottimi i cocktail al bar della piscina. Punti a sfavore: Il giardino rigoglioso è bellissimo ma impedisce alla luce di entrare nelle camere, risultandone piuttosto buie. L'arredamento delle camere andrebbero rinnovato. La pulizia delle camere può essere decisamente migliorata. Il piatto doccia non è mai stato pulito e presentava sempre la sabbia del giorno prima. I mobili non venivano mai spolverati. Le lenzuola e i teli bagno presentavano molte macchie. I cuscini di decorazione andrebbero lavati. La struttura della piccola SPA è molto bella ma il servizio lascia a desiderare. Considerando il prezzo doppio richiesto rispetto ai vari negozi di massaggi, ci si aspetta un tè di benvenuto e magari anche una musichetta di sottofondo. La cucina del ristorante è ottima ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Ti affacci al ristorante per la cena e i tavoli non sono allestiti. Non una tovaglietta, non un centro tavola, niente che possa invogliare a sedersi. Nel contesto, la struttura è bella ma la qualità dei servizi non è certo di un 4 stelle.

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilette hat massiv gestunken und auch im ganzen Zimmer war es muffig. Die Zimmer sind leider zudem unfassbar hellhörig. Hier aber zu beachten, dass man wirklich Mitten im Trubel ist. Grundsätzlich alles eher dreckig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer bemüht. Der Room Service hat einfach einmal unsere Tür offen gelassen und zudem auch noch alte Handtücher vergessen… aber die Tür auflassen geht wirklich garnicht, wenn man bedenkt, dass unser Safe nicht funktionierte. Dieser wurde auch am zweiten Tag nicht repariert und zu Beginn hatten wir auch keinen Föhn. Der Standort war gut, wenn man viel drumherum haben möchte. Man ist Mitten im Geschehen. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier an falscher Stelle. Die Liegen am Pool und alles war nicht wirklich gepflegt und auch hier einfach schlecht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Fitnessraum ist seines Namens nicht würdig. Schade.

I'd stay here for 9 nights. The location, reception and restaurant staffs, foods and environment are good!! There're lots of greens. If you're okay to stay with lots of animals, insects and lizards, you can enjoy this hotel with great nature. However, the housekeeping is the worst I've ever experienced. At first she didn't provide us new towels and just hang the old one. Therefore we gave her 100THB of tip everyday. From next day she changed towels everyday. However, She didn't change bed sheets and pillow covers till we asked. It was just once in 10days. She did clean the toilet and bathroom once as well. If you expect cleanness for the hotel, I can't recommend you to stay with them

The Pakasai resort was beautiful. It was in a great location. Just a short walk to Ao Nang and close to all the shops and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you could ask for and they even had room service. The only complaint was that there were no elevators. There were steps on steps on steps. Which was the case for many of the Hotels in Thailand. If you have orthopedic issues just ask for a room on the ground floor. You will love the resort.

I took a "primer suite" and a "primer room", both options were bad since they were at the first building which either is close to the road that is noisy or viewing a back rood and a workshop which is not a nice view to look at. 1. the primer suite is on the ground flood on a back road that doesn't have any view whatsoever. 2. the primer room is also on the main building but its either close to the road or viewing the back road and the workshop. I suggest getting other options from the rooms they have. pillows aren't comfortable and the ACs are usually not working fine or too noisy. breakfast is decent and the pool is nice, The hotel's location is good and the staff is helpful.

We had a great stay at Pakasai resort. The breakfast was delicious!! The room was clean. We love the location near a 7 eleven and Kodham restaurant which was delicious and very cheap. My wife hated the thousand stairs but I think it’s great for loosing all the calories from the great food we ate.

Stayed in a garden view villa. Room is huge and balcony is huge and fairly private. Booked one night and ended up booking a second night. AC works well. Bed is super comfy. Towels at the pool are the best I’ve ever seen. Lots of free water. Very sound proof walls. Farther from the beach than I thought, but close to beach equals close to noise. Gardens are pretty. Quite a few steps to get to some of the rooms. Breakfast was decent - not the same level of cleanliness as in Canada, but pretty darn good for Thailand. Overall good and worth it.

Beautiful surroundings, nice, spacious rooms. Our room was at the top of the property up many many stairs. We are a young, fit couple but even we struggled getting up there every time. Despite that though, sometimes we would see the monkeys playing in the trees above our room. Service was great, pool was great. Breakfast had a good variety, but it was pretty similar each day. My wifi wouldn't work properly which made receiving confirmation for activities difficult, but my partner's worked fine. All in all, really enjoyed our stay.

Great resort! Very beautiful and individual hotel which gives you jungle vibes with a lots of nature. It’s located close to the beach (5-10 min walk) surrounded by many diverse restaurants. The employees and the service are great! Everyone was very welcoming, open and sincere. We felt very comfortable! Also the breakfast as well as their own restaurant provided delicious food. I can definitely recommend this resort if you would like to have a natural and calmer place to stay in the middle of Ao Nang.

Booked a three night stay at premier room. Service staff was cordial and helpful my late arrival. Unfortunately the reception area was a makeshift due renovations. On my last day of my stay, I ate BF at hotel cafe.. Unfortunately i had a bad bout of diarrhoea - suspected food poisoning.. Had to run off to a nearby pharmacy to ask for prescription. Went back to room and requested for a slightly late checkout at 1pm, explaining to the reception that i needed rest. And she reluctantly agreed for 1230pm However at 1210pm, the bell boy knocked at the door but i refused to open. Later at around 1220pm, I decided to asked for help to carry luggage out for checkout. While at the recep, i vomited and showered my displeasure at the inconsideration. If not for this experience, it would have been a nice stay with all the shops, restaurants and nice beaches Andrew

Fantastisk hotel, en lille oase nær Ao Nang centrum og strand. Aftenlivet i byen kan høres, men bort set fra det, er det virkelig dejlige omgivelser på hotellet, en god og børnevenlig pool og personalet er meget venlige, smilende og imødekommende. Jeg håber meget på at kunne vende tilbage hertil.

This hotel was perfect for our requirements, it was well located for the beaches, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to help you. The restaurant for breakfast was located overlooking a small pond, food was good and had a resonable selection for all taste. Lovely pool with sufficient comfortable seating. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, with a tropical feel to them (they are often visited by monkeys). Our room was located to the rear of the resort, while the room was lovely it was quite high and took significant effort to reach (over 100 steps and steep ramps). Would highly recommend this hotel but if you have mobility issues or trouble with steps, make sure you contact the hotel for a room at low level.

Overall a pretty good place to stay in Ao Nang Areas. For us Malaysian, one of their staff can even communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and really impressed me. Location wise Pakasai Resort get a big thumbs up due to the convenience location walking to Night Market next to the resort and most importantly, 7-11 just opposite of the resort's lobby. Good stay and highly recommend.

Lage ist sehr gut, nah an einer Hauptstraße aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Shops fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück gut, aber wie auch in anderen Hotels wenig abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei der Ankunft wolle man uns (2 Familien) zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstür geben, quasi ein Familienzimmer, wo alles von nebenan zu hören war.. Wir hatte aber zwei separate Zimmer gebucht. Nach einigen Diskussionen hat man uns dann andere Zimmer gegeben, die zwar kleiner waren, aber o.k. Parkplatz war fast immer belegt (durch Angestellte des Hotels),so das es teilweise sehr eng war und kompliziert einzuparken.

Great resort! Very beautiful and individual hotel which gives you jungle vibes with a lots of nature. It’s located close to the beach (5-10 min walk) surrounded by many diverse restaurants. The employees and the service are great! Everyone was very welcoming, open and sincere. We felt very comfortable! Also the breakfast as well as their own restaurant provided delicious food. I can definitely recommend this resort if you would like to have a natural and calmer place to stay in the middle of Ao Nang.

The hotel surrounding is very peaceful and tranquil. The room clean and spacious (stayed in the honeymoon chalet). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (halal👍👍)but not enough tables as after 9.00am some guests had no where to seat. Location wise very convenient...nicer end of Ao Nang beach...no rowdy bars...lots of restaurants and shops..beach is just close by.

Vi hadde et strålende opphold på Pakasai Resort. Det som gjorde oppholdet vårt så bra var det vennlige personalet som tok godt vare på oss og vår 10 måneder gamle baby. Jeg ønsker å spesielt takke kjøkkenpersonalet og de i lobbyen som gjorde at vi ble veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Frokosten var god, rommene hadde en god størrelse og basseng-området er veldig fint. Av kommentarer til oppholdet kan jeg påpeke at det var noe oppussing som pågikk i noen av rommene mens vi bodde, og det var litt langt å gå, med mange trapper, opp til rommet hvor vi bodde.

It was an enjoyable pleasant stay. Ideal legal in Ao Nang and a comfortable hotel. I would say the only downside was the gym is a little tired (but who goes to Krabi for a gym) and at breakfast, the fruit was surrounded by flies. Hey ho

Very beautiful reception, rooftop pool, garden and breakfast area. We had dinner in restaurant Gaia which was absolutely delicious. The look of the restaurant was also beautiful. As was the food I ordered from roomservice. We liked the look of our room but it was extremely noisy. You could hear all of the traffic passing by (which goes on for a long time after midnight and starts again early in the morning). There were also ants in our room for the first few days (this was thankfully fixed after we told the receptionist). The shower and toilet share the same sliding door with a wall separating the two areas which makes it a bit awkward (and smelly…) if someone needs to do a #2. It also wouldn’t stay closed when taking a shower. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of the noise and because I think the room we had could use a little maintenance/renewal.

Hotel resort en pleno centro de Ao Nang, muy cercano a la playa, a los comercios y a los restaurantes. También está cerca de los sitios de salida de las excursiones a las islas, por lo que los transfer no son muy largos. La comida en el hotel es muy buena, con un desayuno variado y abundante. Los precios de la carta para cenar son muy razonables. La piscina muy buena, con servicio de bar y hora feliz de 2x1 en cócteles todos los días. El entorno del hotel es magnífico, con muchísima vegetación e incluso con monos de cola larga que de tanto en tanto se acercan a las zonas más concurridas. Repetiríamos sin duda. El personal muy amable y hospitalario.

Lack of seating at breakfast. Big queues for coffee machine every single morning.Room service was around 3.30 - 4.00pm most days. Needs to be earlier or rotated. Good location and nice grounds
