Fantastic place to stay. Convenient as it is right on the beach and within a 1min walk off the main road where all of the shops, restaurants and bars are. Coral pool is amazing with the backdrop to look at. Breakfast had plenty of options and the room was very comfortable with a huge bed, air con and plenty of storage for clothes. Added touches included umbrellas, dressing gowns and bottled water every day in the fridge. This is the place to stay in Krabi.

Loved our stay. Great location and friendly staff. The food was good. I loved the spa and went daily. The bed was very uncomfortable but I asked for extra padding and they fixed it right away. The beach was nice and close to so many great places. I would return.

Excellent hotel. On the beach front. All staff very friendly. Good facilities in room. We had a grand deluxe and you have tea facilities, water each day, robes, slippers. Breakfast was good and food in the bar which races the beach. Excellent for sunset. Would recommend and stay again.

What a wonderful town to have fun and relaxation. This hotel was amazing. We had a room with pool access from our patio. Fire show was spectacular every night.

The hotel staff while checking in were kind and attentive. Hotel is in a fantastic location and very clean. The only negatives I had were the gym was in a dungeon of the hotel and not a good selection of machines. Also while at pool there was no service, no bar tender was ever at the pool bar I always had to search for someone to order food or drinks.

Perfect position - front driveway opens onto the main street, while the rear opens onto the beach. The pool is massive, clean and has a nice view. We stayed in a deluxe pool room. It was spacious, well appointed and comfortable, except the pillows were a bit hard. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The whole site was very clean. Breakfast was good, but not great.

Super godt hotel/resort med gode værelser og virkelig søde mennesker - både personale og gæster. Deres massage / spa var uovertruffet og selvom der var ombygning i en del af hotellet havde vi et fantastisk dejligt ophold.

The hotel is under renovation, so lots of construction noise from 0700 to midnight. This also makes a lot of dust, so the room has a lot of fine dust on furniture and floor. This renovation was supposed to be finished two weeks before we arrived, otherwise we wouldn’t have booked it. The staff is super nice, but the service level is below what I expect. Random items aren’t restocked in the room, and you have to call the reception and ask for it. Example shower towels not being replaced after taking the dirty ones. The room itself does not provide much privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, so bring ear plugs unless you want to hear your partner use the toilet. Location wise it’s super beautiful and convenient, right by Ao Nang beach.

Overall good but there were bugs in the room. Pillow covers smelt. Staff was good!

The pool and the view were amazing. We had the best time lounging around the pool overlooking the gorgeous ocean. Our room was not very clean, and had a smell. the bed and bedding were not comfortable. The shower accommodations were poor. The outlets in the rooms didn’t work 100% of the time, the tv did not work, and I thought the breakfast was average at best

The staff at this property was very pleasant and friendly from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. They responded quickly to any concern. I was unhappy with the property because it is outdated. The room I stayed in had an electrical fire and as a result we were placed in the senators suite, which was probably not used as frequently. Water in the toilet, sink and shower were brown. Bedsheets were dusty. Breakfast choices were also very limited. The beachfront property is beautiful and close to many stores/eats on the main strip.

The beds were dirty with a couple of blood stains. The hotel towels were dirty. The location of the hotel was perfect. Night show was good. Near everything.

Our experience here in January was insanely spectacular! From the welcome at arrival to the beautiful clean room, to the fire show on the lawn to the restaurants and friendly staff, this place is hands down a wonderful and lovely experience. Perfect location!!!

The property is beautiful but was disappointed with the room. Counters broken. Whole room was worn out and old. Also disappointed that our room was not being cleaned properly. The dishes and garbage left from night before and only bed being made.

The grounds were good. Walking distances to everything. The staff was was great. The rooms need much updated very old. The worst part was the mattress has been one of the worst in a hotel.i have travel all over the world. The breakfast buffet needs much needed improvement.

This hotel is a great base. It’s not luxury but it does everything you need from a hotel. large rooms. Big comfy bed. Nice clean walk in shower and a great location right in the middle of Ao nang.

This hotel is right on the beach and very walkable to everything -long tail boats, food, massages, shopping etc. Krabi is loud and very touristy -we initially had a sea view room but switched to a garden room bc it was so loud beachfront. Also the sea view room was small and very old and the bathroom was in dire need of being renovated. The quietest and most picturesque area is around the back pool area. There are 2 pools -beachside and back. Usually you pay more to have a sea view but here it’s the back pool view rooms that are more. The breakfast was general buffet. Lots of options and juices/coffee. I was a little surprised at how touristy Krabi was -the bulk of restaurants served every type of food with picture menus (think Thai-Indian-Italian-American menu which in my experience that’s never good). This was a big change from being able to find great street food for much cheaper in other areas. We were able to find some not far from the hotel but compared to other places like Chaing Mai it didn’t compare. The staff at the hotel was amazing very kind and helpful. Tours were not more expensive booking it there vs on the street. Did a day tour to Hong island -unless you book a private long tail/boat you are in a mass tourism machine with hundreds of people coming and going all day so plan accordingly

The showers were terrible. The rooms were ok but are definitely in need of refurbishment.

Nice central place. Check in was a strict 3pm checkin so we had to wait a few hours to checkin which is always inconvenient with no flexibly which some hotels have. Staff were friendly. Food was good at normal hotel prices. We had a room overlooking the back pool and was really nice. Our friends upgraded to an ocean front pool and there room was not as nice and a damp smell and no hot water. I think the poolside rooms were better. It’s close to the shops and to hire the boats to go to the islands. To book these boats go directly to the beach as twice the price at the resort.

The bedrooms are looking tired and need updating. Excellent location, superb staff.

Garden view rooms are calm away from the street noise and traffic. Tour operators and activities available directly from hotel with pick up and return. Staff extremely friendly.

Perfect location for everything you need in Ao Nang. Pool access room was fantastic, food and drinks delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. The absolute star of this hotel has to be Tia, from the second he greeted us at the airport with the biggest smile to the second he waved goodbye to us after dropping us back to the airport he was the most friendly helpful man! He is a huge asset to the hotel!! He always stopped for a chat and made sure we had everything we needed, absolute legend!! Thank you :-)

Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are average and in need of some updates. Food at the restaurant was the worst Thai food we have had in the month we have been traveling. Wait staff were unfriendly and we had to wave down anytime we needed something. Alcoholic beverages we not cold.

Located in the best place in Krabi and its very nice facilities super recommended on the beach

The location of this hotel is perfect. Directly on the beach and a short walk away from the main street. The hotel is super clean and the staff can’t do enough for you - always friendly. You are at the opposite end (about a 30 minute walk) to the night market but we liked doing this. I would definitely go back and gave suggested it to lots of friends.

Hôtel en front de mer mais la vue est en partie masquée par des arbres. Sur la plage, il y a beaucoup de bateaux (long tail) très bruyants surtout le matin. Hôtel situé dans la zone touristique. Restaurant qui supporte difficilement la comparaison avec certains qui sont à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct. Piscine avec de nombreuses chaises longues. L'hôtel manque un peu d'entretien.

Het hotel zou niet mogen open zijn gedurende de renovatiewerkzaamheden. Aantal keer zonder elektriciteit, lift buiten werking, voordurend hinderlijk lawaai van werkzaamheden renovaties ( o.a. drilboor etc…) Kamer ruikt muf wegens vochtigheid, idem voor kleerkast… Te weinig plaats in de geïmproviseerde ontbijtruimte voor alle gasten, steeds hetzelfde aanbod, geen enkele variatie. Keuken bevindt zich buiten ( letterlijk buiten), dus eten wordt door weer en wind naar kamers gebracht…

Staff were very friendly, lovely culture and very hospitable. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety. The beach is on the doorstep.

Great family stay for 5 nights. Great buffet breakfast,with plenty of choices. Nice & c lose to everything you could ever want/need. Both pools very clean. Defo recommend
