superb view , on top of a steep hill but the buggy’s took you up to the room , infinity pool was really good and had a poolside restaurant and bar . receptionists weren’t the most helpful and initially lied about the hotel being fully booked when asking for a late check out .

This hotel was the best we have stayed in thailand. It was in the middle of the town yet quiet. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. Staff was friendly. Pool had an amazing view. Only bad thing the towels they give you to take to the pool are not real towels and are very thin. Other than that our stay at this place was worth every penny.

The room was old and worn and the bed was like concrete. We were so disappointed when we arrived. The infinity pool which was the best part of the hotel, it was lovely with great views, although it was up a very steep hill.

This property is located right at the heart of the town, with most places being within a level walk, such as the departure point for boats to Railay Beach, the night market and the many restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and informative. The infinity pool is amazing, with spectacular views out to the sea. It also has a pool bar. Be warned, it is a steep, albeit short, walk up to the infinity pool, but there is a free buggy service that you can use if the walk is not appealing. The gym is very basic, with some of the equipment not working and outdated. We had a few minor gripes, such as the cups in the room not being replaced following the daily clean and our patio door was very hard to close. However, in general terms, this hotel is a great choice for convenience, location and comfort.

Há carros de transporte para auxiliar os hospedes cujo apartamento é mais afastado da recepção. O quarto é amplo e limpo. A piscina com borda infinita tem uma bela vista. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis.

Stort pænt rent værelse med stor altan. Brusekabinen lugtede noget af kloak, men det er ikke usædvanligt i Thailand. Morgenmaden var udmærket med det udvalg der skal være, men for dyr, og det ville det være rart, hvis de brugte myggenet over frugten, da det naturligt tiltrak mange små fluer. Som mange har skrevet, så ligger hotellet op af en skråning, og vejen op til halvdelen af værelserne og infinity poolen er rigtig stejl. De blå stribede solhåndklæder kan ikke kaldes håndklæder, de var reelt lagner, vær sød at købe nogle rigtige solhåndklæder til gæsterne. Venligt personale. Despite being on the Ao Nang road it was set back from the road and was really quiet & we had a relaxing stay. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful, dining options were pricy compared to restaurants in the area, swimming pool and other facilities were fabulous - it would be great to have some in-house entertainment. Minimal gym equiptment but we still had a great workout!!

On the whole a very AGED resort but the gardens & surrounds are kept clean & tidy. The apartments were average & the towels etc definitely need to be replaced! The balcony was NOT cleaned the whole time we were there......

The grounds, infinitely pool and staff were outstanding! The room was…basic. We were provided two bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags. But honestly, for the price I didn’t expect much. I would say this though: the sheets seemed like they could use an upgrade, as there were some light stains and hairs found in the bed. But-amazing location, great pool and incredible staff out-weigh some of the minor things.

The property location is very good and it looks very nice from outside, however the room (I've booked a standard room) very smelly as there is lots of moisture and the air was not that pleased, hard to breathe in. Staff were very nice.

The stay was disappointing for the price. If you ask me, not worth the price at all. Room service was very inconsistent. They kept changing what was provided, and I only received some blue towels (apparently for pool use) after the second cleaning. If those are meant for guests, they should have been available from the start. Not a single time did I get refill on cotton swabs. It smells like sewage from the shower drain, and the sink drain is clogged, which causes soap residue to build up and makes it unpleasant to use. I’ve had to spend time letting the water drain little by little to avoid the residue sticking to the sink, which has been very annoying. The balcony door couldn’t be locked, which felt very uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. The shower has no handheld showerhead, only a fixed one in the ceiling. They do provide a shower cap, but that doesn’t solve the problem , your face still gets wet, which is annoying if you have makeup on and only want to wash your body. The pillows are extremely high and hard. I couldn’t sleep on them and even got ear pain. The pain you get if you’d slept on a table or any hard surface. If you like sleeping with you neck bent, these pillows are for you. There’s also a steep hill leading up to the room, which became quite tiring to walk every time. I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool, so I can’t comment on those, but overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

La vue est magnifique de la piscine ! Les chambres et l’hôtel sont vieilles. Les lits vraiment peu confortable pour le prix ce n’est qu’un matelas à ressort. Il donne une doudou supplémentaire mais qui ne fait pas grand chose. Proche de la plage

This was my second time in Krabi. This resort was perfectly located and we had an enjoyable time over all. Most of the staff was very pleasant, and for being in a foreign country and perfectly sufficient English skills (if you expect more, consider where you travel). The pool was beautiful, tons of loungers available and good bar staff. We had no issues with walking around the resort, and getting golf cart assistance when needed. The room service was delicious (though they were the only unpleasant staff members we encountered). I saw reviews mentioning flies and this and that, again, reconsider where you are traveling then. I take a few points away, largely because this is just not a 5 star resort and I don’t think they are trying to be. We did book the cheapest room available. It was clean mostly, the bathroom is mostly what feels dingy and out dated. Shower wasn’t super clean and the shower head (rain shower only, the worst!) was spewing in all different directions. The girls get it. My only, and largest complaint would be the wifi. Again, I know I SHOULD consider where I am traveling. But I have never had such issues in traveling Thailand. I am a remote worker, so it was a bit frustrating. Was hardly ever strong enough to watch any media, and with 2 of us in the room only 1 device would sort of work on it at a time (streaming/media) Overall, with my budget and love for travel I would honestly come back for the price and what we got.

The balcony door couldn’t be locked, which felt very uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. The shower has no handheld showerhead, only a fixed one in the ceiling. They do provide a shower cap, but that doesn’t solve the problem , your face still gets wet, which is annoying if you have makeup on and only want to wash your body. The pillows are extremely high and hard. I couldn’t sleep on them and even got ear pain. The pain you get if you’d slept on a table or any hard surface. If you like sleeping with you neck bent, these pillows are for you. There’s also a steep hill leading up to the room, which became quite tiring to walk every time. On arrival, wifi didn’t work and security box was broken. We were made to wait for an hour for repairs, which didn’t work out anyways. The facility and views are nice, but you have to rely on ground transport to and from your room every time going in or out—a bit of a pain. Best point: quiet away from the mayhem of Ao Nang walking street.

Well located property. Plenty of stairs and steep driveways, but the hotel has golf carts to assist customers. Check in was quite painful, as it took quite a long time (about 30 minutes) and we checked in at the nominated time. The room booking was also messed up and we had to return to reception to get sorted.

superb view , on top of a steep hill but the buggy’s took you up to the room , infinity pool was really good and had a poolside restaurant and bar . receptionists weren’t the most helpful and initially lied about the hotel being fully booked when asking for a late check out .

The hotel is well ubicated, but the service is terrible. We were 2 people and they give you only one key. When I asked an extra one for my grandson (19 years old) the told me that they only had one. The safe box did not work. We had to wait more than an hour to get it fixed. My friend bought another day to stay, and asked to stay in the same room. They accepted. No one came to clean the room. And in addition the power did not work, that means, no AC in an extreme hot weather. They sent people to fix it, no result. Do not waste your money in that place.

Reception staff and buggy drivers were very kind, efficient, and professional, despite their young age. Breakfast was good. I would though suggest an upgrade in the restaurant as it does not fit the hotel's atmosphere and style.

We stayed in the ocean view jacuzzi room which was excellent. The plug was missing but the maintenance team sorted that immediately. Being on the hill there is a golf kart which takes you up amd down which was easy to use. The view was amazing! Location was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet. The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful! Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

This property is located right at the heart of the town, with most places being within a level walk, such as the departure point for boats to Railay Beach, the night market and the many restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and informative. The infinity pool is amazing, with spectacular views out to the sea. It also has a pool bar. Be warned, it is a steep, albeit short, walk up to the infinity pool, but there is a free buggy service that you can use if the walk is not appealing. The gym is very basic, with some of the equipment not working and outdated. We had a few minor gripes, such as the cups in the room not being replaced following the daily clean and our patio door was very hard to close. However, in general terms, this hotel is a great choice for convenience, location and comfort.

Despite being on the Ao Nang road it was set back from the road and was really quiet & we had a relaxing stay. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful, dining options were pricy compared to restaurants in the area, swimming pool and other facilities were fabulous - it would be great to have some in-house entertainment. Minimal gym equiptment but we still had a great workout!!

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains and the ocean. It's located very centrally in Ao Nang, but yet it's private and quiet. We never tried the restaurant as it was quite expensive and never had any guests (bad sign). There were so many great places to eat nearby, so that was not an issue for us. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job cleaning the room. We did ask the reception for advice on how to get around and they couldn't help us which we found a bit strange. All in all an okay place to stay. The place has great potential but could use a bit of maintenance.

We werden goed ontvangen en personeel was heel vriendelijk. De infintity pool geeft een prachtig uitzicht ook. Hygiënisch was het in orde en de prijs die wij betaalden in mei was echt een koopje. Enkele minpuntjes: het resort heeft met haar leeftijd wel al haar beste jaren achter zich. Zo deed ook de wifi het vaak niet en de prijs van het ontbijt (400 baht per persoon per ochtend) is wel echt enorm. Ter vergelijking, een hoofdgerecht op restaurant kost 200-300 baht.

Bathroom and shower were very nice too. Pool and beach towels were thin bits of cloth. Only 2 pillows on the huge bed. Needed 4 . Balcony was not private at all. Day bed has no cover on it and mattress had some stains on it.

Stort pænt rent værelse med stor altan. Brusekabinen lugtede noget af kloak, men det er ikke usædvanligt i Thailand. Morgenmaden var udmærket med det udvalg der skal være, men for dyr, og det ville det være rart, hvis de brugte myggenet over frugten, da det naturligt tiltrak mange små fluer. Som mange har skrevet, så ligger hotellet op af en skråning, og vejen op til halvdelen af værelserne og infinity poolen er rigtig stejl. The bar staff didn't seem to want to give us towels and when we asked for them were given pieces of cloth instead. I was asked to give the wet "towel" back before leaving the area so I had to go back to my room in wet bathers. The breakfast wasn't very good but there's a nice cafe to the right when exiting the resort that opens at 8am. We ate there every morning. There's a backpackers across the road and we went to the bar which was fun. Our cleaner was lovely and very good. Some of the other staff weren't friendly. The property is very steep and unless you like walking up steep hills you will need to wait for a cart to take you up to your room. We had a nice room at the base of the hill. Would stay there again and ask for a room at the bottom. Stayed 6 nights.

The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful! Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

The infinity pool and view from our room was unmatched. The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast and the set up was not great, as too many bees around the spreads was a put off, a few changes would make a big difference to this experience. Overall I would stay here again.

The resort was in a great location and very well equipped and had everything we needed. The infinity pool was a bit of a climb to get to but was nice and refreshing and also had a pool bar. Would stay here again if I was in the area. The only negative was the beds were hard but since we have been in Thailand, we haven't had a great bed yet.

The location is great. The top infinity pool is great, super clean and the pool bar is a great addition. However, we found the rooms so be very basic, they need something on the walls, we had a horrid smell from the drains in our room and as the bathroom door is just a rolling door you couldn’t shut the smell out properly. The biggest let down of this resort is the fact if your room is in the 800’s you have a fantastic view but it takes a long time to get a buggy to get you up or down. It’s very steep, we’re fit 30 year olds and we struggled getting up there in the heat. There needs to be more buggies and they need to be more frequent - staff used them a lot to transport linen ect which meant they weren’t available for guests. We also found the reception staff not that helpful about anything. We were never given a map of the resort or the WiFi password, so make sure you ask for it when you arrive.

We were a couple staying in our room but the hotel would only give us a single key. This single key also energizes the room aka main power switch to all the lights and AC. If my GF was napping and I wanted to leave the room I could not take the single key because that would kill all the power to the room. Therefore I was forced to wake her up just to let me back into the room. If she was in the shower I would just have to wait until she could hear me knocking on the door.
