Melhor opção é usar People Mover p chegar lá, muito mais barato que o vaporeto.

Nice new hotel in Venice. Rooms and bathroom beautiful. Car parking was overly priced at 29 euro a night. The breakfast buffet area small when hotel busy in july. The breakfast was crowded both days i went. The breakfast spread was good for a Hampton Hilton Hotel. Water taxi close to hotel which was great and for 9 euro got u to San Marco.

I would like to start by saying that this property is at an excellent location if you want to stay in Venice (technically, Tronchetto). It is 5 min.walk from the Vaperetto station (where self serve machines are available 24 hours to buy tickets and the vaperettos run all night from this stop) to Venice city. It is also next to big carparks and has its own carpark with 100 car capacity(29euros/day-cheapest in the area) but don't expect to see any shops/restaurants near by except for a small snackbar/Tabacchi at Vaperetto station. What I didn't like was that even after booking a king room a month in advance, I was given a queen size room after some back and forth discussion with the staff. I found the room (we had big suitcases) and bed small for the 2 of us and the mattress uncomfortable, same as the pillows. All in all I will return once the hotel staff is accustomed to deal with the customers (the hotel opened on Tuesday and we checked in on Saturday).

Room very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good. Restaurant basically fast food, you have to order with phone, they deliver to table, limited menu. No other restaurants available. Close to water buses, to anywhere in Venice. In all a good stay.

Room was so clean. Breakfast was exceptional!! They had a wide variety for breakfast every day. They also offered lunch, dinner, drinks, and vending for all your needs! They have a great gym on the bottom floor and water bottle fillers on each floor. It is located right across the bridge so cars can pick you up/drop off from the airport. It is also a few minutes walk away from the people mover/ferry dock so you can get anywhere around venice very quickly. It also offers great sunset views nearby. Highly recommend!!

Modern hotel with well appointed rooms and convenient access to the vaporetto (water bus). Proximity to the train station was convenient and easily accessed after a 10-15 minute ride on the vaporetto. Hotel had a nice size lounge area with a bar and live music. Breakfast time was busy depending on the time you went and the wait for access to the coffee machine was long. Food selection was very good, high quality and fresh. Staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The area was so nice clean and easy to navigate. The staff went above and beyond when our room had a super strong odor. Not sure if the cleaning people used too much chemical on the toilet or if someone dropped something the carpet. They found us a new room and it was clean and very nice of them. The breakfast was super easy and I would start the day with that. Thank you.

We were staying in this hotel for a night in general it’s 6 out of 10. Bc of cleanness of the hotel. It’s looks pretty new place but they way how it’s cleaned terrible. You entering to the room and feel it like a motel. Walls are dirty, sink in the bathroom yellow looks like never been cleaned. Hair in a shower. Spotted linen. Lobby is fine and breakfast is ok even do no healthy choices.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to the water bus. This could do with some signage though as we walked for thirty minutes then realised we had completed a circle. The front of house reception staff scoring should be separated from the service staff as they deserve 6 stars. They were amazing. Unfortunately the room service staff are not very thurough. The bed wasn't made. It was just tidied a little and the used cups not cleaned or replaced just put next to the kettle with coffee still in the bottoms.

They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows.

The next, the meals we ordered came out completely different from what we expected. The situation was handled poorly by the waiter, and we ended up paying nearly 40 euros for dishes that my kids couldn’t even eat. Breakfast also varied significantly: great selection the first two days, but on the third, even basic items like eggs had run out. The location is also something to consider -it’s not in the main area of Venice. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get there by water bus. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends and will likely choose a different place next time I visit Venice.

A/C has very little control by guest and is 75 degrees at best, will not go any cooler even when outside temperature is cool. Water leak under sink soaked all of our towels. Limited assistance with either issue.

The AC did not work properly, during a summet stay and the room was hot. We contacted the front desk on 2 occasions regarding above issue and nothing was done. Although we booked at this hotel, mainly because of the Air Conditioned room, as noted in the booking ad. It was disappointing during the 3 night stay.

Check-in was adequate though we were early and the room was not quite ready so we went into Venice for excursions and dinner. When we returned there were only 2 personnel at the desk and it was slow to get our rooms and luggage that we had checked in earlier. The room was adequate but the bathroom flooded when I took a shower and the drain in the shower was partially plugged. Because I didn’t joy stayed the one night, it must have been plugged from before me. Other than that, the mattress was firm but despite that I had a good night of sleep. In the morning, breakfast was perfunctory and nothing special. Due to the location it was great for access to the people mover and the train station and buses.

The hotel is located directly across from the ACTV making it simple to travel into the Venice stops. I loved the location. It is also approx. 30 minutes to the Marco Polo Airport and the hotel offered to arrange our transportation in the early morning hours to the airport. I believe a credit should have been offered or should have been made if they could not deliver what I had reserved and paid in advance.
The hotel is located directly across from the ACTV making it simple to travel into the Venice stops. I loved the location. It is also approx. 30 minutes to the Marco Polo Airport and the hotel offered to arrange our transportation in the early morning hours to the airport. This is a new clean hotel however it is far from the center of Venice. We didn’t mind that but if you want to be in the middle of it all this hotel is a 15-20 minute water taxi away but the taxis are across the street.

The location of this hotel is quite out of the way of Venice, and there are no nearby amenities. It’s only really convenient for the port. There is a short monorail a couple of minutes walk from the hotel that takes you to the Venice Bus Station which is ideal for connecting bus services to the airport or a short walk from the train station for connecting trains elsewhere in Italy. Breakfast was ok, but it gets very busy and the selection and quality of food is nothing special. Same goes for the food if you have to eat in at lunchtime or of an evening, it’s quite basic, but the plus point is that it is reasonably priced compared to a lot of places in Venice.

We ordered dinner from the restaurant the night we arrived. We order at 6:32 p.m. and the food arrived an hour later. Breakfast was also unimpressive. There went many options for vegetarians unless you want cereal or toast. The mixed fruits tasted like it was fermenting like it had been canned. It really wasn't good. The staff were wonderful it is just the food that was a let down for me.

Einziger Mangel war für uns, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und die permanent 24 oder 24,5° hatten. Room was so clean. Breakfast was exceptional!! They had a wide variety for breakfast every day. They also offered lunch, dinner, drinks, and vending for all your needs! They have a great gym on the bottom floor and water bottle fillers on each floor. It is located right across the bridge so cars can pick you up/drop off from the airport. It is also a few minutes walk away from the people mover/ferry dock so you can get anywhere around venice very quickly. It also offers great sunset views nearby. Highly recommend!!

We were given two rooms and he described our views, as one water and one garden when we went to the floor it was wrong rooms. We had no views. Our first evening we went to the restaurant and our food arrived very late, other parties at our table received food order before others. Mine was incomplete when I finally received , atrocious. The server appeared to not be aware then a manager came and offered us pizza and a drink but couldn’t understand why so many tables around us were able to be served. Staff was fine, breakfast eggs definitely need to be improved very watery, I chose this hotel because I am a Hilton member and I was disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it

Great stay. It’s on the outskirts of the city so very quiet and it has very close links to boat bus and people mover so you can be in the centre of Venice in 20-30 mins. Food in the hotel is basic, including breakfast so recommend eating out for dinners. Waffles at breakfast are great but always a huge line for them so wake up early for breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel in general. Would stay here again

Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Nice bed, pillows, sheets for a great nights rest. Loved bed the air conditioning—perfect temp in room and completely quiet too. High ceilings, cool Venetian decor, great shower. Super close to public boat station. Free breakfast with plenty of choices. A few breakfast items were not good to eat, but tons of other choices to pick, so can’t complain. I’m overall A+ stay, very happy

The staff were very helpful especially in the end in getting us a cab in a timely manner so that we could make it to the airport. I have booked Hilton hotels for years now, I’ve never been a fan of Hampton, but I will give it a thumbs up. Would I choose them again in Venice? Not the next time, especially when I can get a hotel with a better view and price.
