Had a great two week stay as we toured around Narita. Planning to stay again on a return visit. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would use a translating device when needed, which made communication easy. Parking is available nearby but with only one daily in/out privilege, we had to arrange our days accordingly. The room, a standard twin, gave us a bed to store our opened suitcases on, which helped as closet space was limited. We felt that Comfort Hotel Narita met all our needs at a reasonable price and getting around from there was most convenient, both on foot, by car or public transit.

this was a small room but as a Japanese hotel, I think standard. room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. complementary breakfast had lots of vegetables and healthy choices. staff are very friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage after checkout without a fee. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visit Narita.

Comfort Hotel Narita was close to the JR Narita Station and lots of restaurants around the area. Room service was provided daily. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods from eggs, breads, yogurt, fruits, salad and even smoothies. A welcome drink was a great touch along with loaner umbrellas for the rainy morning we experienced. We had a later than expected arrival but everything was in place for us and someone was at the front desk to take care of us too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed one night at Narita before our evening flight out the next day and would recommend. We got the room for a good price with breakfast included. The hotel is located a short walk from Keisei-Narita station, is an easy walk with elevator and lift access if you have baggage. Check in on machine was straight forward, they have a drink station open till midnight and a large seating area. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was basic and dated but clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a really good spread with many drink choices which was a nice surprise! We left bags at reception to check out the main walking street, which was really nice relaxing end to our trip. The strip had Kyoto vibes without the crowds, and on the weekend they block car access so really nice walk. At the end you'll reach the temple which is 100% worth a visit.

The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I also loved that it was completely smoke free, something you don’t always find in Japanese hotels. I would stay here again and try a bigger room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed on the 3rd floor which was pretty quiet, you couldn’t hear the busy street below. There was an ice machine and vending machine on our floor which was handy. There are lots of things within walking distance and if you wanted to go to the larger Aeon Narita Mall, the taxis are close by or there is a bus that will take you directly there. The station lockers are super handy if you have time to burn before heading off, as we did. The buffet breakfast was really tasty and lots of options. There is also free tea and a coffee machine available until late at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel & very good customer service. The customer service representative English wasn't very good but we understood each other fine. The bathroom was a little small but was engineered to utilize the space efficiently. The hotel was in walking distant of all of the restaurants and shopping. We will return next time when we visit Narita.

I loved my stay at the Comfort Hotel. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful: polite, efficient, always available. The breakfast buffet was far better than I had expected for a small Comfort Hotel: eggs, sausage, excellent rice, a full salad bar, and additional hot entree options. For the reasonable price, the Comfort Hotel is a great deal.

We spent our final night of a 2 week trip in Japan here. We choose this hotel because of its’ proximity to the airport and also to local restaurants and shops. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but there was also nothing great about it. I can also only compare it to the other places we stayed in Japan. However, the price was good, free breakfast was ok, location was good as it was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops away from Narita terminal, and the room was very big. The hotel seems old and needs sprucing up, and it was noisy and you can hear everything in the hallway.

Hotel is not fancy new but with reasonable rate. Just 1 train stop from Narita Airport. Steps away from Keisei-Narita station. We booked a 2-bed room and it was very spacious. Clean and quite. Staff were very friendly and able to communicate with English. Breakfast was included but not too much of variety. Hotel is 15 minutes walk to Naritasan Omote Sando, worth to spend couple hours there. Would stay again for the next trip.

部屋からバスルームへの段差が30センチ程あり、出入りが困難でした。通路、部屋の照明も寒色で外気共に寒いかんじがしました。改修がある時は暖色の照明に切り替えた方が良いかもしれません。あと、バスタオルに洗剤か柔軟剤の匂いがついていて気になりました。朝食は結構美味しかったです

Quaint place, just a room to sleep with buffet breakfast. Good place to stay it you have a long layover for a day or 2. Lots to see within walking distance, lots of food places, and the main street "Omotesando" that is a must to visit is near by.
