I found the way some of the female staff at the front desk spoke to me intimidating. From the balcony of my second-floor room, I could see the Matterhorn from only the edge of the balcony, as the trees partially overlapped the mountain.

Wonderful breakfast! Rooms were nice, but one of the reasons we booked here with the higher prices was the spa. It was not very extensive and is open only limited hours, where it doesn’t leave you much time to get a bit to eat after check in, and then use the spa. Disappointed in the hours of the spa. Open until at least 9pm would be helpful

It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights.

Our stay at Europe Hotel and Spa was beyond our expectations. All do the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bar area downstairs was also very cozy and the drinks were great!
