This is a beautiful property, and the lobby, and fitness area with pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub, as well as two more indoor hot tubs are great. The location of the pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna offer a great view of the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The hotel is relatively new, and is beautifully appointed throughout. Our room (Grand Junior Suite with Matterhorn View) was spacious, elegantly furnished, with a beautiful bathroom, and 2 balconies with splendid views of the Matterhorn and Zermatt. All amenities in the room were top quality. We were very surprised and pleased to find that the hotel had placed a dog bed and feeding bowls for our dog. Also of note, each room comes with a private heated locker for ski equipment. Rental gear is delivered right to the locker the day before, and is picked up automatically at the end. The spa and gym were excellent. The heated outdoor pool was a wonderful way to cap off a long day of skiing. Last but not least, wonderful staff throughout.

Its a terrific place to stay, my only wish is that they had a better gym...I had to go to another hotel to workout because they don't have a good fitness facility.

What an amazing place to stay in Zermatt! This was my 6th visit to this beautiful Alpine village and I can say that this hotel is by FAR my favorite. The staff is friendly, the food (breakfast buffet) is vast, and the facilities are top notch. I can highly recommend the outdoor heated pool with unmatched views of the Matterhorn!

Location: The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and you can tell! It’s beautifully done. Sat further up Zermatt the views are brilliant, but still within easy walking distance to the main stations; Zermatt Train station, Sunnegga Funicular, Gornergrat Station (our fav!) and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Room: We stayed in a Double Room Matterhorn View (room number 601) - although no balcony the windows are plenty big enough to get a fantastic view. Definitely recommend upgrading to a view room if you can. Big bathroom with fab shower, and everything you could need, hair dryer, slippers, gowns, shampoo etc. Food: On our first night we had fondue in the Witch’eeese Fondue Hut - this was a great experience. The fondue was good, but what made it was the private setting, in a cozy, clean and warm hut. Breakfast was also great, with lots to choose from including made to order eggs. Spa: Even if you aren’t a ‘spa person’ (like me!) I guarantee you’ll enjoy this. It was so peaceful when we stayed, with plenty of places to sit / lay - most times we had all the pools to ourselves. The heated outside pool, is a cosy 30c with fab views of the Matterhorn. Ski Service: If you’re hiring skis while in Zermatt, remember to check with concierge. We got 15% off of ski, boot, helmet and poll hire. Not only that, your hire is delivered straight to a locker in the ski store (level -1 of the hotel) which you can access using your key card. The whole service was brilliant.

It may seem a little expensive, but you get your moneys worth here. The outdoor hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in a very beautiful part of the world. We had a wonderful stay at the BeauSite Hotel Zermatt to celebrate our special occasions. From the very beginning, the transport pickup and check-in process were seamless. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the majestic Matterhorn—truly unforgettable. On our first night, we dined at The Grill and were thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop. Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice! The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance. As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!

Super tolles Hotel, sehr gepflegt und überall sehr sauber. Der Wellness Bereich ist fantastisch und wunderschön, tolle Hotelbar und ein sensationelles Frühstück. Was noch on Top kommt ist das professionelle und sehr zuvorkommende Personal, man fühlt sich ab der ersten Sekunde willkommen. War alles super und das Hotel kann ich nur weiteremfpehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. Lastly, be sure to take advantage of their breakfast- you’ll thank me later!

We had a one night stop over in Zermatt. This was an amazing hotel. We called ahead from Tasch and the electric taxi was waiting as our connection train arrived. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Our case and rucksack were stored as we spent the rest of the afternoon on the Gornergrat mountain railroad. One problem was had was the room, with underfloor heating, was far too hot. As we first opened the door, it was uncomfortably hot. Even opening the door to the balcony was ineffective. That aside the room was perfect. Beds and bedding comfortable, welcome cakes, towelling robes and lush toiletries all made it luxurious but the icing on the cake was definitely the magnificent view of the mighty Matterhorn. Sunset and sunrise were spectacular. We had a dip in the outside pool. Beautifully warm and again looking over the big M. A silent nights sleep followed by a breakfast of kings with plenty of quality choices. The electric taxi back to the station ended our short but very successful stay. Do not overlook this amazing place.

Sunset and sunrise were spectacular. We had a dip in the outside pool. Beautifully warm and again looking over the big M. A silent nights sleep followed by a breakfast of kings with plenty of quality choices. The electric taxi back to the station ended our short but very successful stay. Do not overlook this amazing place.

This is my second time staying here and won’t be the last! Definitely a feel good hotel from the large opulent rooms to the spa area. Breakfast buffet is top notch, with so many options on offer. Make sure to get the ‘Matterhorn view’ room. One thing to note is that none of the rooms are air conditioned. Not a criticism but something to keep in mind. We had a bit of a heat spell when we were there requiring the windows to be left opened at night. Definitely a highlight stay after completing the Haute Route track.

This hotel is very nice. The Grill had amazing food. We had an amazing server named Sophia. Our food was top notch. The hot tub overlooking the city was really cool and I enjoyed the saunas and steam room. I liked our room but I was disappointed because I had paid top dollar for a grand junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn but realized after my first night that the hotel had given me the worst possible room of that category. It did not match the photo on Expedia. You had to walk out on the balcony in order to view the Matterhorn and there were two windows that showed a view of construction across the street. When I talked with the manager, he was very nice and comped our dinner but his hands were tied since I booked and paid through Expedia. I would just be aware that you may not get the room you booked.

Location: The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and you can tell! It’s beautifully done. Sat further up Zermatt the views are brilliant, but still within easy walking distance to the main stations; Zermatt Train station, Sunnegga Funicular, Gornergrat Station (our fav!) and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Room: We stayed in a Double Room Matterhorn View (room number 601) - although no balcony the windows are plenty big enough to get a fantastic view. Definitely recommend upgrading to a view room if you can. Big bathroom with fab shower, and everything you could need, hair dryer, slippers, gowns, shampoo etc. Food: On our first night we had fondue in the Witch’eeese Fondue Hut - this was a great experience. The fondue was good, but what made it was the private setting, in a cozy, clean and warm hut. Breakfast was also great, with lots to choose from including made to order eggs. Spa: Even if you aren’t a ‘spa person’ (like me!) I guarantee you’ll enjoy this. It was so peaceful when we stayed, with plenty of places to sit / lay - most times we had all the pools to ourselves. The heated outside pool, is a cosy 30c with fab views of the Matterhorn. Ski Service: If you’re hiring skis while in Zermatt, remember to check with concierge. We had a wonderful stay at the Beau Site! The hotel is stunning, every detail is perfection. The area is quiet and picturesque and close to the centre of town. The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon.

The property is beautiful, the spa was amazing and the views are jaw dropping. The staff is awful, condescending, and disrespectful. There was an older heavy set man who was so rude. I was in the lobby and eating a dessert i purchsed at Zermatt Kitchen and he told me "you cant do a picnic here." He walked away and went to tell another staff member to come tell me the same thing. Frankly i would never stay there in the future due to the such horrendous service. There was only one staff member who was responsive and kind who worked in the day time. Otherwise i would not pay a discounted rate to stay here again.

We had a direct view of the Matterhorn and it was stunning. Probably the best in zermatt. Breakfast was included. It was excellent, with fresh foods, an omelette station and great service. Staff speaks multiple languages and is beyond helpful.

The spa area along with the Matterhorn view are what make the property special. The breakfast is also good along with the front desk staff. Did not like the concierge Thomas; he was condescending and quite rude. He put a bad taste of Swiss people in our mouths. We had just arrived from Austria and he insulted Austria along with Canadian skiing (skiing in both places was better than Zermatt so it was cringe). All of the hotel staff in Austria treated us like family, this concierge talked to us rudely. We heard other people in the hotel talking about how he treated them.

We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. It was great staying at Beausite! The location was slightly further away from the main town area, but it had great views of the Matterhorn. The heated pool and hay sauna was the best to relax after a day of hiking. The room was spacious and toilet felt luxurious.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We even received a tour upon arrival. We had two nights of room service, and it was quick and extremely tasty! The spa and pool ares were nice as well. Don’t skip out on breakfast!

Amazing property. The Grill served my family the best meal we enjoyed during our two weeks in Europe. Kudos to Kim, our server, who was professional and knowledgeable. Our Matterhorn suite was fabulous and large enough for my family - including two teenaged girls. Loved it and will gladly refer friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Beausite. The hotel is exceptional, the nicest in zermatt in my opinion. The only 2 issues were: - the restaurants closing very early - the massage was dreadful. Both my partner and myself have more aches after the massage than we did before
