PLUSES: 1. Spacious room in very good condition 2. Shuttle from/to train station arrival and departure 3. Very good price 4. Nice spa MINUSES: 1. Buffet breakfast was not tasty 2. Breakfast staff was loud, inattentive and impolite 3. Front desk staff also mediocre — efficient but not welcoming or friendly.

An amazing property that did not disappoint. Unrestricted mountain view, wonderful facilities and very attentive staff. Location is easy walking distance to most amenities and was quiet and cosy.

Super amazing stay. Fantastic location, place and especially the panaromic room that oversee the Matterhorn! You will be able to see the golden flow on the Matterhorn at sunrise. Will be back to stay more nights in the hopefully near future! Staff was polite and nice from the driver to the counter to the breakfast to the pub! Fantastic!
