체르마트 역에서 캐리어 끌고 가기에는 조금 먼 거리였습니다. 하지만 숙소의 환대나 서비스는 좋았습니다. 숙소의 시설도 나름 깨끗하고 수납공간도 많아 좁지만 유용하게 사용했습니다. 조식도 과일과 빵, 견과류 등 종류가 다양해서 좋구요. 다만 엘리베이트가 좁고 무서워요. 그래도 없는 것 보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 그리고 옥상 정원에서 별구경할 수 있어요. 연박하면서 청소를 안해도 된다고 했더니 숙소 바에서 음료나 주류 등을 먹을 수 있는 쿠폰을 인원수만큼 주더군요. 물론 미리 지불한 청소비에 포함 되었겠지만요.

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind recht klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man eine herrliche Aussicht genießen - Blick aufs Matterhorn includiert. Toll fanden wir, dass wir wählen konnten, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll oder nicht. Und wenn nicht, dann haben wir als Ausgleich einen Gutschein für ein Freigetränk erhalten, das wir dann abends noch auf der Dachterrasse genossen haben. Das Personal, insbesondere der Herr an der Rezeption, ist supernett und total hilfsbereit. Mein Mann hatte einen runden Geburtstag. Ich hatte eine kleine Tischdeko mitgebracht und die Chefin hat dann morgens den Tisch total liebevoll gedeckt und Piccolos zum Frühstück spendiert. Der Herr an der Rezeption nimmt die Wünsche der Gäste wahr, ist gut drauf und hat immer ein Späßchen auf Lager. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmals an die Mitarbeiter/innen des Hotels für die total freundliche Unterstützung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Man wird als Gast wahrgenommen. Auch das Frühstück war gut und es fehlte an nichts.

The place is perfect for seeing Zermatt if you don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your hotel room. Room was clean and big enough to live in for one or two people. The biggest downside was the major construction happening right in front of the rooftop view of the Matterhorn which was not advertised in the booking.

The rooftop terrace is open 24hr and offers a nice view of Matterhorn when it's not cloudy. Breakfast was great! Furniture was a bit older but very rustic. Luggage storage is convenient. Prepare to drag your luggages uphill or through cobble stone streets

The room is very cute and quaint. The staff was amazing. Location was not too bad. It’s a very small hotel. It’s in the name lol. The only thing is the smell of mildew and there was a plug-in air freshener that made me really sick so I had to wrap it in a towel and hide it in the bathroom, but I guess that was to cover up the mildew smell. I get it, It’s a older inn. The drink vouchers was awesome treat ! I guess the two things that were an issue, but not too much, was their air freshener and the fact there was construction right in front of my window. So I didn’t sleep very well. I wish the hotel would’ve notified via email that there would be construction right behind. Oh, and there rooftop has an amazing view of the Matterhorn when the weather is clear!! Thanks !

Very polite and helpful staff. Wide selection for breakfast, and good quality. Bar prices are very reasonable. A good option of 1 drink per person for each day ypu dont require your room to be be made up. Staff are very knowledgeable of local walks etc.

A great little hotel, comfortable, good value and well located in the quieter part of town but only a few mins walk from everywhere. Nice modern bathrooms and a lovely included breakfast, we even had a view of the Matterhorn from our room, just! The open roof terrace is a great place to relax and there is a beer vending machine and free hot water in reception for making drinks. The staff are all lovely, kind and cheerful, highly recommended for a good value option in beautiful but otherwise expensive Zermatt! Recommended!

For the price and a one night stay it is very doable. Rooms are tiny and the stairs are scary but there is a small elevator which helps a lot! Breakfast very limited but does the job to start the day!

Nice antique hotel similar to the ones we stayed in switzerland. The room is small, the stairwell is winding and narrow, the lift can carry two people. There is a rooftop terrace that provides a nice view of the city. The sign of the hotel is different from the name used in Expedia, it took us a while to find the entrance. 10 mins walk from the train station and very close to the town center. The last stretch to the hotel is a climbing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in our stay and the food is good.

Lovely, quiet B&B close to the centre of Zermatt, just over 10 minutes walk from both the train stations and the Matterhorn lifts. Room was quiet, warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful! Evening drinks available too (free voucher if you skip room cleaning) - the night porter was especially chatty and friendly! Would def stay again.

It’s an inexpensive choice and the rooms are clean. There is a school nearby - hope you like waking up early! Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. First thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of sewer gas.

The staff were lovely...they were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The bed and pillow were the best we have stayed in these last 3 weeks. We have travelled ftom Andalusia and all through Switzerland and this was the most comfortable. The breakfast was second to none....sooooooo much to choose from. Only one issue was a smell coming from the shower drain. Oh well!!!

Hotel was great. Staff was excellent . Only issues that I had was they had a super strong air freshener but i think it was to cover the musty water smell. I unplugged it so was fine. But I was a little upset that they didn’t let me know there was construction work literally behind my window at 7 am. Thankfully noting on weekend. A little note to let me know before hand would of been great . But all in all , I would still recommend this hotel. I would come back !

Classic alpine B&B in the heart of Zermatt. Small rooms but everything you need is available and the cleaning service is good. Location is good, I especially liked how it was close to the gondola. Breakfast was nothing fancy but got the job done. Staff were cold and did not seem friendly in the slightest. If you’re solo or a couple on a budget, this is a good option. If you’re a family or care about customer service, avoid this place.

Considering the cost of most hotels in this area, Le Petit was a good value. It is an older hotel, and the elevator is extremely tiny. The hill to walk up to get to the hotel is fairly steep, and one member of our family had some difficulty getting up the hill. The room is very small and could use renovation. The staff was excellent in explaining the facilities and where to go for the best views in town. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very good value and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, located just off the main street in Zermatt. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. My room was small and a bit old (could do with a refresh), but it was good value for Zermatt where hotel prices are high.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the construction next door made it impossible to sleep past 7am or to have a daytime nap, and windows had to be closed to keep out the dust. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. When the construction is finished it will be nicer to stay there.

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind recht klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man eine herrliche Aussicht genießen - Blick aufs Matterhorn includiert. Toll fanden wir, dass wir wählen konnten, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll oder nicht. Und wenn nicht, dann haben wir als Ausgleich einen Gutschein für ein Freigetränk erhalten, das wir dann abends noch auf der Dachterrasse genossen haben. Das Personal, insbesondere der Herr an der Rezeption, ist supernett und total hilfsbereit. Mein Mann hatte einen runden Geburtstag. Ich hatte eine kleine Tischdeko mitgebracht und die Chefin hat dann morgens den Tisch total liebevoll gedeckt und Piccolos zum Frühstück spendiert. Der Herr an der Rezeption nimmt die Wünsche der Gäste wahr, ist gut drauf und hat immer ein Späßchen auf Lager. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmals an die Mitarbeiter/innen des Hotels für die total freundliche Unterstützung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Man wird als Gast wahrgenommen. Auch das Frühstück war gut und es fehlte an nichts.

Classic alpine B&B in the heart of Zermatt. Small rooms but everything you need is available and the cleaning service is good. Location is good, I especially liked how it was close to the gondola. Breakfast was nothing fancy but got the job done. Staff were cold and did not seem friendly in the slightest. If you’re solo or a couple on a budget, this is a good option. If you’re a family or care about customer service, avoid this place.

All the staff to the hotel was amazing! They were all very helpful, kind and went out their way to help with any other inquiries. There seemed to be some construction around the area, which was loud but that's not the property's fault.

La Petite Charme Inn is a cozy and unique hotel that cares about its visitors. We received a called from the owner checking on us when we had not arrived as previously planned. This was the second time we chose the Inn while visiting Zermatt and we will return. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The inn itself is comfortable and brings the simple days of Switzerland to life.

This was a perfect budget hotel for a solo traveler in Zermatt. Very easy to find, about a 10min walk from the train station and right off the main street. I was able to drop off my luggage at the front desk in the morning and then had no problems checking in in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My night also included breakfast, which I was not aware of when booking, but a very nice surprise (fresh fruit, bread, cheese and deli meats, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice). My room was a perfect size: full bed with a desk and wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and tub. Facilities were clean and very homey. I had no issues with noise. My only notes for future travelers are that the street is a little dark if you are walking by yourself at night, and the road is also very steep if you need somewhere accessible! 5/5 from me; I would definitely come back, and I would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. 対応、そしてサービス、施設共に非常に不快な思いをした最悪なホテルでした。 まずはシャワーの排水口が詰まっていて水が溢れ出てき、部屋の床中が一瞬にしてびしょびしょになった。排水口が詰まっているせいでシャワーも浴びることもできなかった。 また、ドライヤーが二つあったうちの一つ(壁に備え付けられているもの)が使用もしていないのに火花が出て、煙がでてき、非常に危なかった。二つドライヤーがあったのは恐らくホテル側がドライヤーがショートしているのを知っていたから別のドライヤーを置いていた体と思われる。 ドライヤーからの火花がでていたのが発覚したのはフロントが閉まった21時過ぎであった為、電話をしたが21時まである為、明日の朝対応すると言われた。 ショートしているドライヤーがある中で寝るということなんてできないし 人命に関わることに繋がりかねない問題が起こっている中でそのような対応をされたのは非常に不快であった。 再度電話をするとスタッフの方2名が来てくださり、別のホテルの部屋へ移動するか、このままこの部屋で寝るかの二択を選択させられ、別のバタフライホテルへ移動することへなった。この時点で23時過ぎ。 別のホテルのフロントへつくと、フロントスタッフ(女性の年配の方)が対応してくれたが、私のシフトは23時までなのに対応している。あなたの名前で三件の予約が入っている。(実際は1件しか予約を入れていない、エクスペディアの予約番号を伝えても適当にあしらわれ、三件あなたの名前で予約があると押し通された。) 翌日、金髪の女性スタッフにあなたは三件予約があり、その2件は支払われていないから2件分の料金を支払ってくださいと言われた。何度も私の予約は一つしかないと主張したにも関わらず何度も三件あると言われ、支払ってくださいと言われた。 しかし、実際予約を確認すると一件のみ。謝罪はして頂けましたが非常に不快な気分でした。 そして、朝は電気のブレーカーが落とされており携帯の充電もできず、準備もできなかった。 電気が使えないと困るのでフロントへ行くと勤務時間外であったスタッフがおり、7時まで待ってください。と言われた。 再度伝えると対応してくださり、電気をつけて下さったが不服そうな顔をしながら対応さ非常に不快だった。 施設側での問題で夜中遅くに外を出てまでルームチェンジを行った挙句、対応も遅く、シャワーも浴びれない。 朝は電気も使えず非常に最低な宿泊でした。 スタッフの人を見下した態度にもあまりにも驚愕でした。 宿泊施設でこんなにも不快な思いをしたのは初めてです。返金対応もなかったです。 ショートしたドライヤーがあるのをわかっていながら修理もせずに置いてあるなんて火事になったらどうするんでしょうか、、 人の命を軽く見過ぎです。

For the price and a one night stay it is very doable. Rooms are tiny and the stairs are scary but there is a small elevator which helps a lot! Breakfast very limited but does the job to start the day!

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the construction next door made it impossible to sleep past 7am or to have a daytime nap, and windows had to be closed to keep out the dust. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. When the construction is finished it will be nicer to stay there.

Very small double room, smallest of our Europe holiday rooms. Comfortable room and decent breakfast but hardly any room to move in our unit. Reasonable location.
