Great property, on the same street as train station. Great little bar with the best ambience of Zetmatt. We travel a lot and this is a very good hotel to stay at! Super impressed, nothing was too much to ask. The FOC breakfast and wellness centre an absolute delight!

Located on the main street in Zermatt, within minutes from the train station. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable..the breakfast was superb too. We used the sauna rooms in the wellness centre which is free for use. They were in tip top condition.

Came for four days with brother and teenage son. Perfect location at cosy main street, 4 min walk from trainstation. Extremely friendly staff, fresh breakfast and clean rooms. Enjoyed evenings in front of the fireplace in the hotel bar. Spa with sauna newly renovated.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

We left our luggage pre check in so that we could explore Zermatt, and by the time we got back our room was ready (before the checkin time) and our luggage had already been delivered to our room. We loved the use of real keys instead of key cards, it sounds silly but it was a really fun touch to the whole experience. The room was super clean and very comfortable and our view of the Matterhorn was exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so kind! Our favorite part, however, was the sauna. We stayed during their fall shoulder season and had the space to ourselves for the entire time. They have four different saunas (herbal, Finnish, salt, and steam) and they were very well maintained and clean. We loved the option for a cold shock post sauna with the showers as well. It is also located perfectly All in all, a fabulous experience.

The staff were so friendly from the second we arrived, the room was spotless and they even took our luggage up for us as we had arrived early and left our bags at reception. It had a warm, cosy atmosphere with a log fire going in the evenings, and felt really welcoming.

Loved the hotel and the staff. The breakfast was great with lots of options. But ask for a hotel room away from the street. Our room was facing the street and the tourists were loud up till 2:00 am and the early morning work in the town started at 6:00 am. So basically, we just could not sleep at night. I loved the hotel but unfortunately had a bad experience.

The Pollux boutique hotel is right on the Main Street so walking distance from the train station and all the shops. Our room has a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh made juices and lots of food choices. We enjoyed our time and definitely would stay here again next time.

We loved our stay at The Pollux, beautiful rooms, great location. A wonderful breakfast was included. We had dinner one night at their downstairs restaurant, delicious traditional Swiss fair. The room was a little warm and the location a little noisy to have the windows open. We would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is great, with a very convenient location close to the train station. The hotel is pretty and comfortable, with its own restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was on the top floor and had a glass ceiling to see the mountains. The only downside was that it was very noisy at night because it was right on the Main Street and people were out late.

Fantastic Staff. Friendly and helpfull. Pack your breakfast if you need to take an early train. Even help us to celebrate our birthday by giving us a birthday cakes and card. Very convenient . Walking distance to the train station.

We stayed at the Pullox for three nights. The hotel is incredibly charming and the staff extremely friendly. It’s centrally located on the main shopping street in Zermatt, making it a quick 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the Matterhorn lift.

Fabulous hotel. Perfectly situated, with a choice of restaurants within and more within walking distance. Easy to reach from the train station and ideal for a visit to the Matterhorn. We had a fabulous meal in the Pinte restaurant and enjoyed drinks on the outside terrace. Great view from our room and the room was amazing. Had everything I needed and was super modern. Staff were really friendly and accommodating too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I am so lucky.
