For a short city trip i like this hotel as staff is friendly and highlight of each stay as always the rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast was good, even always the same, but with the big variety you can always find something different. Only thing should be improved are the beds as mats are too soft and also the pillows.

Staff very good/accommodating. Restaurant upstairs was very nice. We booked a deluxe sea view room which was ok, but minimal seaview. Poor parking accommodations offsite- be prepared. No real unloading zone for luggage.

Τα θετικά. Πρωινό πολύ καλό και δωρεάν Πάρκιγκ. Αλλα το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο, δεν είχε καν σαμπουάν και όταν το επισημάναμε πάλι δεν έβαλαν. Το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο όπου τα δύο μεγάλα μηχαναημτα air condition και η ελλιπέστατη ηχομόνωση σου έδιναν την εντύπωση ότι ήσουν σε αεροπλάνο με τουρμπίνες. Εξυπηρέτηση κάτω του μετρίου εκτός του πρωινού.

It was ok for one night stay. The place feels shabbier in reality than on the pictures. The lobby had a strange odor and the bed was rather a small double bed (1.40m) and the room smaller than expected. Nevertheless, it was ok for one night stay, good location, 24 hours reception, good breakfast (much better than what we've expected), and quite clean. We paid a very good price so it was a very good value for money for this stay.

Check in was really good, two staff members were very helpful, cheery and smiled. Rooms are very clean, beds are amazing, lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent and great to be able to take breakfast at 7am before leaving for Port. Staff helpful with travel questions and arranging taxi. Also helped with laundry cleaning and providing the service for cheap €12. Amazing staff member on check out, same as check in, greeted with a smile and very helpful arranging a taxi to Port.

L’accueil et le restaurant sont vraiment super, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, le ménage laisse à désirer et mériterait d’être revu : lit fait très rapidement, poussière visible au sol, miroir de la salle de bain pas entièrement nettoyé… L’entretien général est malheureusement médiocre, ce qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel. Je comprends qu’il puisse y avoir beaucoup de chambres à gérer ou un manque de personnel, mais cela ne devrait pas impacter la qualité de service pour le client.

Personal und Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Doch das Bett hat sehr stark geknarrt, und das Bettlaken ist ständig verrutscht. Die Wände waren extrem hellhörig, sodass die Dusche im Nachbarzimmer lauter zu hören war als die eigene Dusche im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, wodurch wir alle Menschen, die vorbeigingen und sich unterhielten, deutlich hören konnten. Das Türschloss mit dem Chip ist kaputtgegangen, und wir konnten nicht ins Zimmer gelangen. Ein Mitarbeiter hat es jedoch freundlich und schnell repariert. Von der Fassade des Hotels fiel ein großes Stück Putz mit einem lauten Knall herunter und beschädigte ein darunter geparktes Auto. Die Umgebung in diesem Viertel erschien uns als Frauen nicht sicher, weshalb wir abends nicht empfehlen würden, draußen auf den Straßen zu gehen.

Das Hotel sieht deutlich schlechter als auf den Fotos aus. In den 90ern wäre es als „landestypisch“ 3 Sterne bezeichnet worden. Restaurant ist schön, Staff nett - Gegend naja. Laut. Zimmer abgewohnt.

Breakfast had lots of choice and was tasty. Unfortunately no lunch. Surroundings are in many places old and photogenic, the Venetian wall something special

I enjoyed the breakfast. After that it was downhill. There was an extremely noisy party going on of 50 teenagers plus another of 25 young adults. Slamming doors, loud laughter in the halls. Knocks on my door, pounding on the walls… They were on all floors. Bed is not good Shower floods. But mostly… I asked three different people if I could keep excess luggage in their storage until my return on Friday from Rhodes and I was told that both Linda and I could do it with no problem. Yet, after packing for the four days in Rhodes carefully in other cases, I was told by the clerk at the desk that 5am morning of departure,I could not. Why was t I told before? Earlier? It was terribly upsetting having to completely repack moments befor getting into my cab.

Tres Bon hôtel moderne mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles en ce qui concerne les équipements de la chambre. Large choix au petit déjeuner mais les aliments ne sont pas exceptionnels. Pour finir personnel de la réception très professionnel et situation de l’hôtel aux portes de la vieille ville.
