The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, kitchen fridge and microwave were clean. Faucets were old, hallways were in need of vacuuming, floors in room needed dusting. Breakfast was only packets of instant oatmeal! No hangers at all! Needed to ask for even basic, cheap dishes! Bring your own kitchen items and breakfast food. Location is covenient to highways, restaurants. Have mixed feelings - overall was fine, but no hangers, etc., was a surprise!

I paid 114 for a room with two double beds. The size was adequate but there were many problems. I wish we had tried sleeping in a parking lot in our car. The air system in the bathroom was filthy and open a hole in the wall. It did not operate. The tub drain was disgusting. The drawer on the stand between the beds was nasty. There was gum matted in the carpets. There was a hole in one of the electrical outlets just big enough to stick your finger into. The staff did not care. We did not have a bell cart so I had to climb twenty flights of steps total to pack our car. Never again. I wish I could post the photos. Y’all nasty af!!!!

The outside was very appealing. The inside was not so great. I stayed in the double bed with pull out couch room. Everything was super outdated. We had a kitchenette with no utensils, no plates, paper towels etc. we booked the room for 5 people and we had 3 towels in the room. When we called for more, they told us we would have to come get them. The pull out bed did not have sheets, blankets or pillows. The regular beds were ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. There was someone in the room above us and i don’t know what they were doing but we could hear them walking and thudding all night even they have a “quiet time” from 10pm to 8am. I am not impressed and will not stay here again.

Nothing special. Chrome in the tub was gross and old. Stain on the tile in the tub area. Had to search for the trash cans. Only one cart and the cleaning person needed it during check out time, that he also chose to mop the reception area floors.

The facility and room are clean, bed comfortable. My only negatives are lack of an ice machine and the "breakfast" was coffee, oatmeal packet, and some packaged muffins. No fruit or juice, let alone any hot items. You also have to ask for dishes, utensils, cookware As I was here only 1 night, that was not an issue. The area is quiet with many restaurants nearby.

The room had holes in the carpet, bathroom was disgusting including the tub caulking was missing in areas in and around the tub. The front desk did inform of the shower pull drain being broken however the entire room was very unclean. The room was on the 3rd floor and when you got off the elevator the heat hit you in the face. Terrible stay

The rooms were stink to high heaven. I had to choose between three the beds are full-size. I don’t know how they say. Four people can fit in a room with a full-size bed and a full-size pullout. They were just awful and the smell was just atrocious.

I will never go back or book with this hotel. The room was dirty with linens full of blood, dust behind the tv stand with stinky socks. The sofa bed has Cheerios and cookies in the bed. The best part is the pillows unclean , full of dark spots.

Room was filthy. Other people’s shaving hairs all over the sink, used towels behind the door. Floors made our feet black in 20 min. Said complimentary breakfast, which ended up being packet oatmeal for your room.

The bedroom door was wide open when we arrived. The reason was probably due to the wet dog smell that permeated the room. This smell did not go away and made for a quick retreat in the morning.

You get what you pay for, it’s not a 5star hotel but the place is a bit run down. Stayed for 2nights and I gotta say that both nights of our stay we all woke up in the middle of the night due to people (a man and woman) shouting/arguing in the hallway. Our room was okay, like I said a bit run down but you get what you pay for.

Initially had a non pet room our booking was for a ground floor pet room and we checked twice beforehand to make sure we were set. When we arrived they assigned us to a third floor non pet room and they told us we couldn’t stay !!! Finally after much discussion and time they allowed us to stay in a non pet room and transferred us after three days. They charged a $250 pet fee verses the$150 max per stay as stated on hotels.com page . We will dispute this.

The hotel called and cancelled our reservation, saying our room was flooded. They tried to tell us to go to a hotel 30 minutes away. We reserved at that specific location for a family event. We did not agree to go to the second hotel, and ended up staying at a hotel near the original one, at double the price.

Front desk service was great. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast but it’s a nice morning snack. Rooms were dirty, trash under beds. Room was small. Hot water sucked. Bed was harder than a bag of rocks.
