Stayed 4 nights

Worst part was the pool was freezing cold all 5 days we were there. Heater to it was broken. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't lock or even click together. It had been semi jerry rigged to try to keep it partly closed. Also, the lobby trashcan (inside & out) overflowed on the weekend. The lobby rug wasn't vacuumed when we left the hotel & was still like that when we returned hours later. They were short-staffed on cleaners so they hadn't cleaned rooms for 4 days. We didn't want ours done. But another guest was very upset about it. Exact same small breakfast served every single morning AND it wasn't complimentary. No bacon or regular breakfast sausage--kielbasa was the only meat every morning. The breakfast lady was wonderful as were the front desk staff and we liked the outdoor patio for our granddaughter & dog; but, we'll be staying somewhere else next time.

Stayed 3 nights

There was a daily charge for parking which I've never had for a suburban property with surface parking. Kind of absurd, really. There was never any maid service provided even though I stayed for 3 nights. The exercise facility was closed throughout my entire stay due to construction. If I would have known I would have stayed at another property. On balance, it was a disappointing experience.

Stayed 2 nights

The hotel overall was not cleaned well. Bedside table dirty, bathroom just ok but I tried not to look real hard. Ice machine broke on our floor. TV went out and reloading every 5-10 secs unless you were on local channels like 3 or 5. Friends of ours had the same experience as above. On the second night key card wouldn’t work. Had to go back down to have it re-scanned. In the lobby there was a dead fly on the couch. If you didn’t look too close, it was OK. I would not stay there again.
