The parking lot spaces were made for smart car size vehicles. If you get there late at night all the big trucks are taking up 2 spaces. So you are left with parking out on the street with the semi's. Also, we only get 19 hrs. Check in4pm, check out 11am, so why ate your housekeepers sweeping and banging around my room at 8:30 in the morning. Especially on a Sunday morning, I don’t think you are going to need those rooms that early.

Checked into our room and immediately was upset because given that it was June 28th, the heat had been on and blasting 87 degrees. We had got food to eat at our room but instead had to leave and find somewhere to go eat in our car while our room simply cooled down to a temperature that didn’t feel hotter than outside. Plumbing in the shower couldve been ripped out easily from the wall, loose screws and nothing caulked down. Carpet gave the “ick”. Pool there but not operational in prime summer months. No elevator and not handicap accessible. Stay at any of the other hotels near by, not this one.

Not recommended. It smells musty. There is no elevator so you have to carry luggage up and down stairs. The only ice machine is in the first floor lobby. The breakfast is not eatible, all prepackaged. The front desk people do double duty to clean rooms. I will not stay here again

They say they have a pool, but really they do but its not in use. So kids were disappointed as we only booked for pool. It was a good stay for the price. Breakfast is only until 9am and very basic. Our towels when we got to room were stained, and hair in bathtub still. It is very close to worlds and oceans of fun and has a gas station right down the road. The light above sink kept turning on in the night waking us up so we eventually had to just take the bulbs out at night. Id say it was a 6/10.

Clean place to crash for a night. No elevators was not a problem for me but maybe a problem for others. Continental breakfast was minimal at best. But overall a clean place to sleep for the night for the price.

It was pretty dirty. Especially the bathroom floor. Cigarette burn holes on blanket. Breakfast was cereal, juice, and breads. Pool was closed indefinitely. We only needed one night and it was right next to Worlds of Fun. Not bad enough that we refused to stay, but bad enough that we would not stay here again.

Our room was dirty. The towels had been used and refolded, there was red & yellow marks on the towels in the bathroom and the rags hadn’t even been folded. There was holes in our bathroom door like someone had punched it multiple times. The carpet had not been vacuumed in I don’t know how long. It was stickey and had fuzz balls/mud globs all over it. The stairs and entrances were filthy as well with dirty. The whole hotel smelled of old cigarette smoke. The lobby was clean and staff was very kind. Bedding was clean, seemingly.

The bed was fine, the staff was friendly, but the room smelled of mildew! We kept the air conditioner on all night simply to try to get the horrid smell out of the air. This made it difficult to sleep.

Place was nice inside and out. Whatever air freshener they use in the lobby smells absolutely amazing. Main issue we had was with the cleanliness of the room. There was boogers all over the walls, the towels were very worn, the chair in the room was broken, and the water lines on the faucet were backwards so cold was hot and vise Versa. I didn’t expect much as the rates were low. The room was decent for the price.

This hotel was terrible. It is advertised has having connecting rooms. It does not. That was the deciding factor on booking this hotel. I don't know if that is the hotels error or hotels.com. There was zero breakfast. Blood on the doors and sheets. The power went off several times in the morning. I would highly recommend looking else for a room.

The room was a bit noisy in that one could hear the upstairs guests walking, and the TV next door. When i arrived for my stay, the room temperature control was off and the room was quite cold. It did warm up by the time I returned from dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the drapes did a good job of blocking out exterior light. The price was right and I need to realize that I got what I paid for.

Had our reservations messed up (asked for 2 rooms with adjoing doors, didnt even have them on the same floor..even after calling to verify). Remote didn't work, got double beds not queen, smoke alarm went off when the heat was on, bathroom door didn't shut, no coffee pot in the room, breakfast cut off at 830am, picture above the bed loose and rattled.

It was a pretty good value. The room had recently been remodeled - not as well as I would have remodeled it myself, but okay. But I slept better the first night than in any other hotel room I've stayed in for years. One suggestion: The hotel needs to serve some type of eggs with their carb-loaded breakfast, and either bacon or sausage also. If these breakfast items had been present I would have give it a 5 star rating.

Bathroom door doesn’t close all the way , second floor had a lot of creaking and bed frames hitting the walls but place is cosy and staff is always friendly/helpful. Second time there will likely come back

We were there for the chiefs game and didn’t know what time we would be done so we checked with the hotel to see if it was ok that we check in after 11. They checked us in right away but obviously told us after 3. Super helpful checking in early.

first I called to let them know that I will be there around 10pm the person wasn't polite at all. Check in I wait for 15 minutes to be check in. Breakfast not good. When we check out to even by have a nice day.

They didn't clean the rooms had extra key cards in room and stuff in fridge. Cigarette hole in converter on bed in a smoke free room. When got there to check in I was in line behind a customer who had been waiting a while he got frustrated then left I'm still standing in line waiting Two more people showed up still no one at front desk. I had to call the hotel twice before someone showed up at the front. They other couple said they was wanting on a refund. Also the dinning room was dirty and piles of trash around the trash can and on counter. Just gross I will never go back!!!!

It was a nice affordable hotel across the interstate from Worlds of Fun theme park. Room was clean and in good condition. Lobby was nice. Only complaint was orange juice seemed watered down, but nothing that ruined my stay. If I come back to Worlds of Fun again, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast description needs to be changed. Noted a continental breakfast- that was not continental but more of a grab and go. There were a LOT of stairs and the layout was weird but staff was friendly, bed was great. Would stay again if passing through

This hotel was certainly decent for the money. There was nothing really spectacular about it, but I didn't have any problems at all either. The place was reasonably clean and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a little bit on the light side. But they do offer it.
