Very clean room and we delt very safe. People were loud in the am but that isnt the facilities fault.

The room was nice, clean, updated, daily housekeeping. Beds comfortable. Checkin process was horrible. Took 45 minutes with multiple others also lined up. Computers down, needed reset along with credit card machines. Got 1 of 2 rooms checked in but then left without waiting for 2nd room check-in. Returning after dinner, check-in took about 10 minutes since another person (Al) was there. Al did a fantastic, friendly job and even then was able to get us checked into 1st floor room (which told first time unavailable). He also was able to transfer first room check-in to ground floor. Checkout was non existent as no one was at or appeared at the desk. Another associate staying there said he'd been waiting for 15 minutes with no one at the desk. We will stay here next year, and ask for a ground floor room. No elevators. We did not get breakfast.
