1.When we got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom there were ants all over the counter sink and wall. We did not call the front desk as we were very tired. Just killed as many as we could and went back to bed. 2. The vending/drink selection left much to be desired.

Easy to find, easy to check in. Place was empty, yet we were out up on the 3rd floor down the hall. The elevator was so rickety we were scared going up. Got to the room and it looked pretty good. Seemed like it was maybe newly redecorated? But then we realized it was like putting make up on a pig. The air conditioner never gave cold air, it was humid cool air, but we made it. The bathroom literally had blood spatter on the wall and mirror. I kid you not. Kind of freaked me out. But I didn’t see it until the next morning when I got up to pee around 3. My daughter couldn’t sleep, she swore she heard water running through the night, I kept checking and found nothing. I have to say the bed was clean, towels were clean, but there was nothing extra. Just curious how blood spattered up the wall and on the mirror, my husband suggested someone popped a zit, I call BS it was way too much and a bad direction.

The hotel itself was fine but obviously you get what you pay for. When I stepped on the elevator it was completely pitch black which is unsafe. The water pressure is very minimal on the 3rd floor so the toilet took a long time to fill back up. You had to turn the shower to hot to get hardly any water pressure. When I expressed my concerns I was given a plunger as they did not have housekeeping on staff. People were slamming doors all night so hardly slept. The hotel was in a good location but probably will not be back.

$250 security deposit was insane! When checking in I was told my card was declined. I had to call my bank to figure out why while the front desk reassured me all the info was entered correctly. Turns out it wasn’t being entered correctly. The room was decent. The AC unit was dirty. The elevator was in bad shape. Had to take the stairs for fear of getting stuck in it. Not a bad room but for price and deposit I would skip it.

The only complaint I have with this hotel is the parking area is limited. Everything else was great. Friendly staff, clean accommodations & the free breakfast was better than most places I have stayed. I would definitely recommend this property

There was food and drink left over from the previous guest still in the refridgerator. The bathroom outlet did not work, could not use hairdryer. There was no other mirror/outlet combo in the room. There were hairs on the bathroom wall, one of the towels were dirty.

From the outside it looks fairly generic but the room was updated and exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice. The lobby area and elevator are not great but hey, the shower and bed and the whole room was great-and looked like a much higher end hotel. So, would I stay again? You bet-it was a great deal.

On Friday 8/18 room 117 so damp sheets and carpet were wet At midnight moved to 115 that room stunk of urine, cigarette and curry fridge door would shut. Room 307 in am has no cold water in shower. I would sleep in my car before staying here again

We booked this hotel in order to stay close to Crossroads for a concert. Upon check-in we discovered there was no soap in the room. I asked the front desk and they said they were out of stock. Phone signal was low so we jumped on the WI-FI. It connected but said no internet and wouldn’t allow us access to the web. After the concert we returned to the room, we discovered a mouse running around the room. At this point we checked out and got the heck out of there at midnight. Drug addicts were also around the hotel area on Broadway. This was all unacceptable. We were able to get a full refund from the hotel after about 10 days.

The pictures of this building is very misleading. This property is in below average condition. The elevator looks to be from the 1950s. My room had an unusual smell to it; the window ac unit was loud and didn’t cool the room (felt very humid); you can hear people from across the hall. Just overall very disappointed with this hotel. And the hotel is in midtown, which is still under development, some areas look sketchy.

The gal who checked us in was friendly. Carpet in halls coming up at seams and dirty. Elevator old and janky. Room smelled musty. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfy. The Comfort Inn is a good location, about 10 minutes drive to Westport and The Plaza. It’s also close to Power & Light. For the area, the price was reasonable. It’s clean and the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The place has been remodeled and the rooms are comfortable.

Not happy with our stay. At 10 PM we found that the bed had two dirty socks under the sheets that were not ours. The manager would not take a phone call to resolve the issue. I attempted to have her contact me multiple times. They gave us a different room that was clean. 50 percent reimbursement for one night was the only offer made to try to fix it. The front desk person stated that the manager said it was the only offer that she was going to make so she was not going to talk with me. This is not acceptable and I will not be paying for this room. Still have not heard from a manager and this was 3 days ago.

The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and offered a variety of items. I left something in the room and the manager shipped it to me. The only thing that was slightly less than desirable was that the parking lot was a little small, but we were able to park our long bed truck safely in a well lit space.

I booked this as we were going to go to concert down the street. I saw the pictures, I knew it wasn’t the nicest hotel but for what we were needing it for, I thought it would be okay! I was wrong. The pictures are NOT this hotel. It is in an unsafe part of town, the air conditioning was not working and when we went to our room, the door was propped open. When we went in, we shut the door and it said “for your safety, keep deadbolt locked at all times”. Yikes. No more than 2 minutes later someone tried to come in our room. Forgot to mention I could see the hallway as our door was not properly fitted. That was the end of that, we stayed for maybe 8 minutes and we left. Be very aware IF you take the chance to stay here. Seriously.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay. The property was very clean and fresh. The beds and bedding were great. Breakfast had great variety of hot and cold choices. The breakfast room was very clean and well attended. The only negative was the vending machine would only 1$ bills. The note on the machine said to get change at the front desk but the ckerk did not have change. Free parking was also a plus.

The room was very clean with a pleasant smell, staff was friendly. However, the elevator was very small, had no working button lights and seemed to be in need of cosmetic upgrades. My room in particular had a clogged sink and non-working hair dryer. Hot breakfast with eggs and waffles which were nice, coffee service not great ( came out of a dispenser)
