Location quiet yet close to everything San Marco which is the center of Venice. The rooftop bar is lovely and a awesome view of the grand canal and the Rialto bridge. Loads of restaurant choices close by in all directions. Can’t go wrong with this hotel. It has its own dock so taxis can take u direct to the lobby. Alex at the rooftop bar was fabulous. Hope you get meet him and have his cocktails incredible.

Had a great stay here. Room was large. Ample closet space for two people. Cute outdoor garden area and small rooftop bar. And the location is a few steps from the sant angelo vaporetto line so you dont have to lug luggage around. Staff was very attentive and helped arrange an early AM airport water taxi. Our aircon worked fine and the hotel didnt feel dated.

Comfortable rooms in an excellent location with a water taxi stop right oputside on the grand canal. Quiet despite being on the grand canal. Very well located just 15 mins walk from St Marks Sq. and shops nearby. The shower bath is very high though so tricky to get in and out for anyone with mobility pproblems. I am fit and healthy 1.78m and I have trouble getting in! Excellent service! Roof top terrace is lovely but you need to reserve a table and buy a drink to see it.

Place was nice .- area has just ok dining - not as close to san marco square as I hoped . Breakfast crew really nice. Front desk so so . Rooftop bar not a scene but a great vantage . They refuse to make aperol spritz on roof and you are not allowed to take upstairs lol.

Location is very good, especially being next to the Saint Angelo water Taxi stop. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Pity you couldn’t just get a coffee in the morning without participating in the breakfast. Great view from the rooftop bar maybe it gets busier at other times but I thought there was a bit of overkill about the booking as the both times I went up there. I was the only person there also the wine for €15 was not very good I don’t mind paying that I understand for the view but The wine could’ve tasted a bit better. I would have had a second glass of it did. Room was very clean but basic I think it was expensive for what it was and being shoulder season. It would be great if you could have been able to stream your own shows and music on the tv. This is a comment across the board for Europe so that all nationality’s can watch and listen to their own thing. After a long day of exploring sometimes it is good to relax and watch a movie or listen to music These are minor issues overall a lovely hotel in a very convenient position and I love Venice

Beautiful hotel right on the Grand Canal. The vaporetto stop in 50 feet from the front door, easy walk to St. Marks and the Rialto. Great location, quiet and very clean. Updated rooms. It’s Venice so be prepared to pay a lot for everything in the city. There is a sweet terrace on the roof. We sat there for a cocktail at dusk, really lovely. Beautiful city, would definitely stay again at the Rialto. The wait staff, bar tender and concierge are top notch. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Ausführliches Frühstück im schönen und ruhigen Garten des Hotels. Das Hotel ist direkt am Wasser gelegen und hat einen eigenen Bootssteg. Wir waren im Zimmer 101 untergebracht mit einem großen Balkon direkt auf den Canal Grande.

We spent a few nights as part of our honeymoon, and this hotel was the first stop. We had a room with a view of Canale Grande! We hotel made us feel pampered. We can recommend this hotel for everyone which is having a special thing or occasion to celebrate and we can also recommend the rooftop bar (that needs to be booked since there are limited seats available. The breakfast was to our full satisfaction!

We traveled through Italy for 16 days, staying at 6 different places and unfortunately this place was our least favorite. The room had vinyl plank flooring that just looked cheap, the walls and baseboards were dirty with grime. The room had a small coffee maker that used pods which was nice but they did not replenish the pods after the first day and they charged you for the water that needed to go into the coffee maker. We accidentally spilled some coffee on our bedsheets and figured they would give us new sheets when the room was made up but nope - when we returned late in the evening to turn in we discovered they had made up the bed with the coffee stained sheet. This was on day three of our stay which was supposed to be the day they would automatically change out your sheets according to the information we were provided when we checked in. Very disappointed in this place.

Not what I expected for over $300 per night. I booked a room with a balcony, That was not accommodated. Had an upgrade option through my Expedia gold status that couldn’t be accommodated. Due to being fully booked but on Expedia they had options available during my stay. Interesting. Honestly don’t think I got why I paid for. Great view coming out of the hotel right on the canal. Many things walkable from this hotels location. But for the price not worth it. Feels like we got robbed lol. In the room the monstrous headboard and shelving blocks ac from getting to you, Ac sucks, room stays hot all day long not good enough to cool down in the night or overnight. Last stay on our trip, highly anticipated. Definitely let down. Wish we couldn’t gotten something back in return, but nothing.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately A/C was locked at 26°C (78°F) and we slept horribly / with no apologies or attempt from the hotel to move us, get us fans. Service people came on day 2, and we managed to get the air to 24°C (75°F) the 2nd night which is barely passable. By the time we checked out the A/C made it to 23°C (73°F) which is where it should have started. Location is great, room is clean but this premium of a hotel should have taken care of us.

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The hotel location was great. Close to the water bus for transportation, close to restaurants and shopping area. I found the room to be very small. The beds were too close to the wall with a TV set which I bumped my arm in several times.

A beautiful within reasonable walk distance to everything. Lots of bridges to traverse giving lots of beautiful photo opportunities. Hotel was lovely. Only issue was our room was on main floor which being near to the lobby, got very noisy in the morning

In general, everything is good. Front staff were friendly & helpful. VIP & free welcome drink for Hotel.com were not recognized. One additional disappointed incident: ordered $10 mix of fruit drink (no alcohol). It became $19 at check out at front desk the day after. A hand written invoice of number 10, WITH the long "comma" attached by the end of the 0 became $19? I didn't ask for correction due to the fact that I am an solo elderly traveler. The $9 extra was not worth the confrontation especially in the foreign country. I hope & wish it was an honest mistake from the bar tender? Amen!

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and efficient staff. It is also very conveniently situated just a few steps away from the airport drop off and pick up point of San Angelo boat station. Elegant, but with all mod cons. We cannot recommend it more highly!

We enjoyed our stay. It is right beside the Waterbus and within walking distance of Piazzo Marco. The staff gave us poor directions to Murano and we wasted hours because they sent us to the wrong boat. But location was the most important because the water taxi dropped us right at the door to the hotel so there we didn’t have to drag luggage around the city like we saw so many people do. And we could get anywhere from this location very easily.

We actually enjoyed this hotel but found one of the front staff rude and dismissive at check in. And we had a very disturbing checkout experience that was not even acknowledged by staff. We were locked in the hotel as we had a very early morning water taxi waiting to take us to airport. The staff at front desk could not stand or communicate and could not unlock the automatic front sliding doors. It was very unsettling and uncomfortable. We were literally locked in and almost missed our transfer to airport. We found staff in the kitchen that came and was able to communicate with front desk worker to let us out. We left hotel to catch our flight and was contacted by hotel from a front desk manager while at airport who was laughing about the incident and accused us of leaving without paying. We could not have paid as the person at front desk was not in a coherent state to assist us or even communicate. They offered no apology for our experience or any type of compensation. Another gentleman came on the phone and was dismissive and said we were being insulting! They were aggressive and rude to deal with. We were just looking for some recognition of the distressing situation yet we were dismissed and ignored. Giorgio, Cosmo and lady in the bar (don’t know her name) were great. The rest of the staff were not accommodating or even pleasant to deal with. For what we paid for one night, would have expected more considerate service. Extremely disappointed would not stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived the hotel had a fantastic ambience. The door is right on the main canal and the local ferries drop at the stop just a few feet away. The hotel staff and manager greeted us upon our arrival and provided excellent information about the area and restaurants. I would 1000% stay here again.

Due to booking error, we had to make a last minute reservation. Reviews mentioned friendly courteous staff, etc. The staff were unfriendly, some down right rude. Only on our last evening, making arrangements for a water taxi did we meet a staff member who was helpful and polite. After spending ALOT of money to stay at this hotel, they charge extra for a mediocre breakfast buffet. The room they put us in was barely 10’ x10’, the shower flooded out the bathroom every day. The only thing it has going for it is the location, walking distance to everywhere.

Fantastic stay. The staff are kind and so helpful. Helped with transportation needs and gave wonderful recommendations. Easy to communicate with. Breakfast and wait staff made for a great start to the day. Definitely would love to return. Recommend using their taxi service to and from the airport/ train station for ease.

The front desk agent was absolutely amazing. She was the only female working I believe her name was Julia. She gave so many helpful tips and was extremely helpful . Everyone else on staff was great too. The hotel has a great location. Entrance is on the grand canal but you are also 10 min walking distance to the main square. The hotel was clean. They were also able to give us an early check in . Terrace on the roof top has beautiful sunset view.

The hotel is in a great location on the Grand Canal. The S. Angelo vaporetto stop is right in front of it. Quick walk to Campò Santo Stefano for some food choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. They also setup some of our reservations and recommendations on places to see and places to eat. Also they have an elevator so no hauling luggage up stairs. Very happy with stay and we would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. I’d stay there again. Comfortable room, great breakfast, great location. Easy walk to St Marco Sq and on the boat line for local/Grand Canal and airport. I dreaded getting to and from the train station and airport but it was very easy, Saint Angelo stop. There is a rooftop bar as well.
