Perfect for me and my dog. Chong was very accommodating and gave us a corner room with its own little "deck" near the guest laundry. Lots of space for dog walking (not to mention all the trails and beaches that dogs on leash are allowed). It's an old seaside motel but rooms have been updated and are very clean. On the south side of Fort Bragg just 1/4 mile from Hwy 20, it was quiet and the room was set back from the highway. Walking distance to Rolling Dough Bakery/Coffee open early in the morning. Sadly, the hot tub was closed, but overall Coast Inn was what I expected and good value compared with so many more expensive offerings.

This is an older property that needs some updating and TLC. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the owner is still using Covid as an excuse to keep the spa closed and there are signs around the property saying to keep a six foot distance.

They were very nice and accommodating, they checked on us to see how things were, definitely our new honeymoon/anniversary spot. I loved that they weren’t too over crowded, very confident location, the masseuse was great and the front desk lady was a complete delight. 110% recommend!!

The place was very well kept very well clean. Everything was in great working order. The location was perfect. Close to the coastline. I would recommend this place for anyone on a medium budget. It is a very nice place to go, I will be going there again when I go back thank you so much😎

This place smells terrible, its super dirty and is completely run down. My feet were black after walking barefoot and I think I got some lung infection from staying there. I want my money back.

Woke up early in the morning around 3:30am to Ants all over the room. They were covering all out belongings and had ant trails all over the room

The first thing we noticed was that the two steps to get into the room are angled downward whic made it difficult to get in and out of the room. The beds were very comfortable but the floor was filthy and in need of a mopping. There were spider webs both in the ceiling of the bathroom and bedroom.

Requested queen bed, no stairs. Not available so upgraded to king bed no stairs. Only complaint is that the a/c/ventilation is ancient and the room always seemed muggy & warmer than I wanted. Being limited mobility was thrilled to have a walk in shower w built in shower seat!!

This was a cool little spot, the staff was so kind, the rooms were quiet, e cellent tv choices, loved the little chairs on our porch and the beds were so co fortable. Ill stay again ne t im in the area.

The room was outdated and overpriced for the look. I rate it a 1-star motel not an Inn. I have stayed at 3 different places there over the past month all the same price as this and they all were better. musky mess left my door open most of the time.

My overall stay was good. The guests in room #121 was noisy the first night and kept me up. But the rest of the stay was enjoyable. It would be nice to stay again when the hot tub is working. Thank you!

The place was very well kept very well clean. Everything was in great working order. The location was perfect. Close to the coastline. I would recommend this place for anyone on a medium budget. It is a very nice place to go, I will be going there again when I go back thank you so much😎
