It is great for what you pay for and the pool area was great to lounge at and enjoy some drinks in the sun. Definitely satisfied with the service, as they allowed us to do a early check in without any issues.

We did not like anything about the property, rooms were filthy, holes in doors, mold hanging off the bathroom vent, bathroom door didn't lock, bird poop in the pool, smelled like someone had smoked in the rooms for 50 years. Told we could not take any pictures because we were on private property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Managers very helpful. Our room 106, had water leaks along one wall which they couldn't find the source of, but they mopped it up and once our one night stay was over they were going to open up the wall to see what was the pr9blem.

The property is a little older and could be updated - just see the other reviews. The ottoman was stained, the fridge smelled strongly of cheese, etc. but the important stuff was fine, and the price was appropriate. What REALLY needs to be updated, though, is there is no gym. I asked about the fitness room at check-in and the clerk looked at me like I was asking when the moon men were coming out to dance. Overall it is fine if you want a cheap place to sleep. The location is convenient to get to the beach/restaurants and there is ample parking. The bed and bathroom were nice and clean and I think that's the most important thing.

I have read the reviews for this property. And i can tell you that most of the reviews that are negatively talked about for this site are not true. I have been here over 10 days, there are no roaches,bedbugs!!! The room is clean the beds are very Comfortable not to mention the pillows 10/10. Everything works and is clean. Has BEAUTIFUL pool and is very well maintained. The staff here has been very accommodating. I have had absolutely no problems with the stff. I think people come here thinking about hotels and not realizing they are at a motel Not a hotel, there is a difference !

This property is in poor condition and the photos are WAY too nice. Let’s start with every door in the property doesn’t shot or open property, I could see daylight clearly around 3 edges of my entrance door. You had to use considerable force to open or shut it. The a key card lock mechanism is missing some pieces. Overl we did not feel the door was safe and if it wasn’t for a nice area, we would have left. We asked for a different room but was told they were sold out. Don’t understand how that was possible the parking lot was maybe 1/6th full and hardly any people on property. The room was filthy!!!! Brown stains on every towel, had to request a whole new set. Stains on the grey bed covers, we ripped those off the bed. The sheets has crumbs in them and one pillow has considerable stains. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly either. The bathroom floor was covered in dust and dirt. Used a towel to “sweep” and I was disgusted. I walked around the room for a few minutes barefoot prior to getting in the shower and my feet were black. We kept our shoes and socks on the rest of the stay. Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but a bottom 4 without a doubt. I WONT be back.

This property was disgusting. The floors were filthy, and the bathroom smelled of mold and mildew, we could not use it due to the overwhelming smell. Unpainted walls and too many water spots on the ceiling to count. Rust in the shower. How they have great ratings is astonishing! Literally call the health inspectors right away !!

Ended up not staying at the hotel due to the conditions of the hotel itself, and the room assigned to me. The front desk area was drab and dirty. The desk clerk was not friendly at all. The outside of my room door was littered with cigarette butts and empty beer cans. The inside of the room had roaches on the curtains, bed bugs, and filthy floors. I walked in, inspected it, and promptly left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

I saw multiple bed bugs in my bed after feeling them bite me and seeing something moving near my pillow. I took a video of one. I left at 1am and asked for a full refund. Extremely unsanitary and terrifying experience. I was crying and had an anxiety attack.

I stayed here as part of a visit with my son at the naval base near the Space Force base. It was definitely convenient to the cruise port and SF base, along with stores, the beach, and other amenities. The condition of the room was "well-worn" but I found the cleanliness and general comfort satisfactory. The general area seemed secure and I did not have a concern with my property/car being parked outside. I can sum it up by saying this was a conveniently-located, cheap and clean bed for a night or two.

We have stayed here many times. This time was not so good. Pretty sure our sheets were not fresh. The mattresses were horrible. But I have not stayed anywhere that has had good mattresses. Be careful because they might add a safe use charge. We will not be staying here again.

Older hotel that is not kept up very well. The refrigerator made so much noise that it was hard getting to sleep and stay asleep. The heating/air conditioning system was just as noisy. For what I had to pay, I expected something much better than what I got.

Hotel was dirty and disgusting. Man at checkin was rude and acted like he hated everyone he was checking in. Room was rundown and disgusting. Old soap left in shower, mold on shower curtain, broken electric plate in bathroom, filth around toilet and fan in bathroom, holes in wall in bedroom, broken luggage rack. Coffee pot was filthy inside. Total waste of money and time. Arrived too late at night to find someone else. This was room 124. Gross!

My experience at Econo Lodge at Cocoa Beach has the worst ever for the following reason; dirty bad smell mold and and I saw small bedbugs. I am waiting for my refund. I checked the unhealthy condition and we left with my family. Customer service unwilling to listen to my concerns.

The lady at the front desk was rude and unpleasant cuz I have a New Jersey id also they had pieces of fencing all over the place and a piece missing so my 4 year old could run into the road also had a no smoking sign but had no place to smoke course there was no ashtray anywhere was also told that it was a pay at the property and anytime I have had that my card was never ran till I got there and they ran my credit card for an extra day leaving me with no money and when I confronted the lady at the desk about it she said it was part of it but when do you have a pay at the property option all in all it was the worse hotel I have ever been to here in Florida and I lived in hotels for 2 years when I first got here and my money still hasn’t been refunded to me while I was checking out I was told that I was being put on the list of not allowed back all becouse I said I was goin to write a bad review I had the worse time here and wish I never spent my money on the dirty floor that was never mopped

It was disappointing to see the room dirty with yellow spots on sheets, grease on the headboards and black mold on the window ledge my sister room had bedbugs on the table once showed video to front desk lady was denying our concerns. I am waiting for my full refund. We left to another hotel.

When we arrived the room was poorly maintained and had a musty moldy odor. It was so bad my wife wouldnt stay and we went down the street to the Hilton beach front for anout $60 more. The manager at The Econo Losge refused to issue a refund when we told them we were unsatisfied with the condition of the room. And did not want to stay. We told them within minutes of arriving and inspecting the room. Expedia customer service called them also and they refused to authorize a refund. Despite them refusing the refund we didnt stay. The room was that bad. And we paid again at the Hilton down the street. The Hilton for $60 more was 5 star, beach front, resurants, tiki bar and gril 10,000 percent better for a little more. Had they issued a refund when we told them we weren't satisfied with the room and didnt want to stay i would not even bothered to write this review. So its not just about the room condition its about the staffs customer service as well.

I stayed here as part of a visit with my son at the naval base near the Space Force base. It was definitely convenient to the cruise port and SF base, along with stores, the beach, and other amenities. The condition of the room was "well-worn" but I found the cleanliness and general comfort satisfactory. The general area seemed secure and I did not have a concern with my property/car being parked outside. I can sum it up by saying this was a conveniently-located, cheap and clean bed for a night or two.

Great location, reasonable price. Property could use some patch and paint, especially on sidewalks outside rooms; a can of white rustoleum wouldn't go amiss in the shower. Rooms are generous, very clean, desk is convenient, armchair was comfortable. Cold fridge, good tv,...i would stay again.

Staff were nice. We walked to restaurants. The staff let us check in early after our cruise finished. The bed in room 108 was a little uncomfortable. But for the price it was a good experience.

It was exactly what we expected. Last minute, great price in the right spot. Pool was warm and clear. They let us check out late and use the pool. Walking distance to everything.

2 nights $600.00. 1st night room had roaches (I filmed them/night). Toilet seat paint was chipped. Had to ask for iron/board, iron stopped working asked for another one. No dining, only 7 11. I felt unsafe, no chain on door. Too far from the airport. I paid $167.00 for a cab from airport. No shuttle for airport nor cruise port. 2nd night, toilet seat had urine stains inbeded in the seat, bedspead had stains on it. NOT RECOMMENDED!

There was a terrible odor in the room and worse in the office!! I had to go buy febreeze to spray in the room. I will not be back there. Was supposed to get breakfast with the room but did not. I probably would of not eaten since the odor was horrible down there. I know for what I paid for the room it was not worth it.
