My stay was okay. I just think that considering the amount of reservations they had the hotel could have been staff a little more efficient. They only seem to have 2 working staff for Valet and bell man. I had to wait for over an hour for my vehicle. The manager did comp me one night. The breakfast buffet did not have much of a variety for the cost. I have stayed in better hotels in New Orleans. I give it a 3-4 star because of staffing.

Large and clean room with friendly staff. I would have preferred an ice maker on our floor (2nd) rather than have to call and wait for staff to bring some, but they were usually prompt. Used the valet service. The gentlemen handling our cars were friendly, but had to "look for them" several times to get our car in the morning. Be prepared to wait 10-20 min for your car when it's not busy. Convenient location.

Very pretty lobby area, however what they fail to mention when you book the room is they charge your card $150 deposit for incidentals! Not a huge problem for some but for others it could be very inconvenient to have that money unavailable for you to use. They say it will be returned to you at check out but we are still waiting!!!!!! Rooms were spacious however you can tell they tried to update on a budget and corners were cut and the water does not get hot in the shower. It served its purpose for a place to sleep but not much else. They do not offer a continental breakfast but like every thing else you can pay even more money to eat there, their own staff discouraged us from eating in the on site restaurant!
