The hotel on the outside seem to look presentable. However, we went to our rooms and when we opened the door, there was a strong putrid smell mixed with cigarette smoke. The AC was off in the room, and it was very hot, humid, and uncomfortable. It took two hours for the entire room to cool off. The room had two full sized beds, a thick sofa like chair, and an office chair. The furniture hair had dried semen on it. It was disgusting. I placed a plastic bag over it. I was too tired from driving to go to the front office to get our room changed. To be honest, I’m sure the other rooms were the same like that one. Both beds were on top of a tin platform. When you sat on the bed, you heard the tin crumble. The noise was horrible. The bathroom door did not close all the way. It seemed off the hinges a little because as you closed the door it dragged on the floor until it couldn’t close at that point. Th sink was stopped up when used. When you used the sink the water pooled into it. The drain wasn’t working. They had all kinds of people hanging out by our rooms last night making a lot of noise. It was like that was the hang out place. It seemed like people lived there. I will never stay at that hotel again. I bought kids there and they looked at me like it was my fault I bought them there. They were very unhappy and disappointed. So, was I.

I’am writing to formally report severe privacy violations and unacceptable sanitary conditions during my recent stay…. At check-in, I observed guests' licenses publicly posted on a board. When I questioned the requirement for a copy of my own ID, the clerk told me to I can just leave and this was a managers policy which is an envision of privacy. I felt pressured to stay as my room was already paid for…. The first room assigned was unsanitary and poorly maintained. It smelled strongly of mold, the bedding and pillows were stained, a shell was left on the bed, the tub was stained, the shower curtain was missing, and the shower head was heavily corroded. Additionally, there was black mold on the lampshade, the towel bar was missing, and the faucet handle fell off…. The second room was equally problematic. The air conditioning unit was rusted, missing its top panel, and non-functional. The main light fixture's power cord was cut, the telephone was dirty, the coffee tray was rusted, and the bathroom ceiling vent was broken and hanging. Moved to a third room….Given these extreme cleanliness issues, non-functional amenities, and privacy violations, I request that this matter be reviewed and addressed immediately.

Never again...This was by far the most disgusting, unprofessional, and infested hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. The rooms looked nothing like the photos and smelled even worse. My family and I had to switch rooms four different times because the hotel refused to give us a refund, and since we were out of town, most other hotels were fully booked. Room #1: The air conditioning did not work. Room #2: Water was seeping through the floor, the room smelled like mildew, and there were large cockroaches. Room #3: We found bed bugs. We woke up around 4:00 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. We asked to speak with the manager, but we were told the manager was asleep and that the only option was to switch rooms again. We returned around 8:00 a.m. hoping to speak with the manager and request a refund. We didn’t even sleep in the new room because, at that point, we no longer felt safe staying there. While waiting, the staff showed us yet another room. Before we could even consider it, there was another bed bug sitting on the bed. This was one of the most horrifying hotel experiences my family has ever had. Between the bed bugs, cockroaches, mildew, leaking floors, broken air conditioning, and the lack of professionalism from management, this stay was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risk do not stay here. I would give this hotel 0/10 and will never return.

The room was hot and I askied to be switched to a new room I got the new room went in walked in it seems to be fine I turned on the air and I left for almost an hour to grab food clothes and items from Walmart . When I arrived the room was still hot and I figured I had the door open no the room got hotter then temperature didn’t change . My kids was sweating and so was I. To the point we needed up checking out! I asked for a refund and was declined!! My son is 7months old and due to the heat it triggered his asthma we needed up in the hospital .
