Great location. Pretty good rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of white woodwork shows all the dirt. Needs more attention. Bar and restaurant were closed on our visit which was disappointing and should have been clear at time of booking.

The location of the Kennebunkport Inn is perfect. Parking is free and although not ample, we never had an issue. The room we got was cozy but totally fine for a couple. It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room.

Beautiful Inn right in the center of Kennebunkport, with shops and restaurants practically right next door. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the voucher for kayaking! Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kennebunkport Inn! The rooms were nice-cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We dined one evening at the Burleigh and the food was delicious. The crab dip was so good! At the bar one night, our server Kayla was so spunky and enthusiastic-recommending an off the menu drink: The Last Word, which was so good. We loved the location of the Inn. It was close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The free use of cruiser bikes were a nice surprise and we used them to ride down to the harbor and beach. We’d definitely recommend Kennebunkport Inn to friends visiting the area.

We had a great time at the Kennebunkport Inn! Great location, friendly service, free parking, continental breakfast included but with good coffee, oj, bagels and yogurt! Properly has been nicely updated with comfy beds, new bathrooms and classic New England decor! You can tell the building is old but I would totally recommend and come back!

The outside of this hotel is beautiful and the inside is suppose to resemble the original building I believe. It was old and some of the rooms were in better shape than the others. In one of the rooms the heat worked but In the other it didn’t. We reported it to front desk but they couldn’t do much about it and just said talk to manager in the morning so we froze all night. But it’s ok because we got a whole 27 dollars off one room. The remote was dusty and dirty, the windows were dusty and dirty and so were the blinds. Again, I reported it to front desk and took pictures but I don’t think they cared. Breakfast is very basic and processed food. The tv is cable tv not smart tv and no phone in the rooms. I like that they offered two bottles of water and the hallways and dining rooms were nicely decorated for the holidays.

The carpet in the room didn’t seem very clean, the bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning and fridge were very noisy during the night, didn’t have black out curtain and daylight made it hard to sleep until late

Property was charming. Unfortunately, there was a might or two in my bed and I’m not sure the sheets or robes were ever cleaned before my stay. I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail surrounding room cleanliness.

Great location, you step out the front door to the entire town of Kennebunkport, and for that reason alone is enough for me to stay again! Our room was clean & the window AC unit worked very well at keeping the room chilled. The tv on demand situation is awful, but we came to see the town not watch tv so that wasn’t a huge deal. There was a weird noise that I couldn't place that kept waking me up at night, like a tapping of some kind. We stayed in room 225. Customer service was great! The Inn is so beautiful & matches the appeal & beauty of Kennebunkport!

The location was terrific. The room had a strong moldy odor. There are water spots on the ceilings. The bathroom is very outdated and had water damage. The lamps were broken. Everything seems worn out in the room. The blinds are broken and the curtains haven't been cleaned in a long time. The staff was nice.

The property its self was nice. Lobby was nice and restaurant area was nice. Our room not so nice. There was black mold all the way around the top of the shower and on the ceiling. The room smelt old and the sheets made us itch. They seemed to spend a lot of money making it nice in the common areas but slacked on the rooms. Or at least the one we stayed in. I hope we don’t get sick from the mold.

The inn is charming and well kept. The availability of dining on-site is a nice plus. It is easy walking distance to shops and other places to eat. The room air conditioner is a through-the-wall unit and is loud and hard to regulate.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay. It's a historical hotel with many upgrades that made our stay enjoyable. The rooms are small but quaint, clean and updated to be modern including the bathrooms. I would rate the hotel as a 9 food as a 7.5.

This is a very convenient location for the cute town of Kennebunkport. Walkable to shops and food. Bed not very comfortable in my opinion. Also room very bright. Need to invest in blackout blinds. Other than that, it’s a really great place to stay.

First time to. Kennebunkport and really enjoyed the town and the Inn, The Inn is very nice and has an amazing restaurant. The staff are nice and we enjoyed talking to Romeo who helped with the luggage. There were many spots around the Inn that you could sit and people watch or just read. I highly recommend the blueberry muffins at the morning breakfast!

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Such a lovely building in a nice setting, gorgeous furnishings and decor, beautifully decorated for the season....... Great service.....I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!! We will definitely try to return some day.

Beautiful Inn right in the center of Kennebunkport, with shops and restaurants practically right next door. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the voucher for kayaking! Would stay here again!

Had a great experience last year but this year was very different. Not warmly welcomed and didn’t have the same charm. The continental breakfast items and coffee were empty only an hour into breakfast hours and nobody was on property to replenish until about 30 minutes later. The hotel worker was very nice but she was covering 4 properties. Great location and complimentary parking. Beware of the added resort and hotel fees.

Front desk staff was not helpful. Could not answer simple questions about transportation, room location, breakfast, or check-in. Property is charming but room wasn't the cleanest and there are a fair amount of steps to lug luggage up and down on.

Great location, you step out the front door to the entire town of Kennebunkport, and for that reason alone is enough for me to stay again! Our room was clean & the window AC unit worked very well at keeping the room chilled. The tv on demand situation is awful, but we came to see the town not watch tv so that wasn’t a huge deal. There was a weird noise that I couldn't place that kept waking me up at night, like a tapping of some kind. We stayed in room 225. Customer service was great! The Inn is so beautiful & matches the appeal & beauty of Kennebunkport!

We loved our time here! It is the perfect location. Right in town off the Main Street. The food at the restaurant was very good! I wish the breakfast had more options besides breads and pastries but it wasn’t a big deal. Can’t wait to come back!

The crab dip was so good! At the bar one night, our server Kayla was so spunky and enthusiastic-recommending an off the menu drink: The Last Word, which was so good. We loved the location of the Inn. It was close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The free use of cruiser bikes were a nice surprise and we used them to ride down to the harbor and beach. We’d definitely recommend Kennebunkport Inn to friends visiting the area.

The room we stayed in was in need of updates and refurbishment which is typical of New England stays. Frugal owners, I think. Still, you cannot beat the location of this Inn. You can walk to everything. The people who work there are very nice. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast as there were no hot breakfast options. The coffee was just OK.

We had a great time at the Kennebunkport Inn! Great location, friendly service, free parking, continental breakfast included but with good coffee, oj, bagels and yogurt! Properly has been nicely updated with comfy beds, new bathrooms and classic New England decor! You can tell the building is old but I would totally recommend and come back!

Not nearly as wonderful as the hotel thinks it is. Needs some updating, certainly. Bar close at 9, sharp. Not a fun place to visit unless you’re in your eighties. Breakfast is lousy. Time to step it up, folks. It’s a brand new world.

Great location. Pretty good rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of white woodwork shows all the dirt. Needs more attention. Bar and restaurant were closed on our visit which was disappointing and should have been clear at time of booking.

Awesome trip. There is a great bar and restaurant right in the hotel. Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent. Staff was top notch. Our room was very comfortable. Summer is even better as you can dine outdoors but it was just warm enough that my wife and I and several other guests had our cocktails outdoors. It’s a beautiful view.

Staff is phenomenal, breakfast was great. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean but tiny. My only complaint is the lack of air-conditioning, the room was pretty warm. There was a window unit, but it didn’t seem to help much. Also, if you have stair limitations, make sure to request a room on the lower floor with no stairs as there is not an elevator.
