Cute motel, clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our favorite feature were the poolside cabanas. It was too cool to swim but we relaxed with a book in the cabanas and closed the curtains on one side to cut down on the cool breeze. So relaxing!

Stayed here with my grandsons on a quick trip to KPT to visit friends on Goose Rocks. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, grounds and room were clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Short drive to Goose Rocks and even shorter to the Port. Very reasonable rates in an area that can be quite pricey! Would definitely stay again.

Great location!! The rooms and bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the assortment of options for breakfast. We also spent time at the pool and towels were provided along with cabana sun loungers in case you wanted to block the sun. Will stay again :)

This is a great spot not very close to downtown or beaches but that's reflected in the rates. The staff could not have been nicer the facility is older but clean. No elevator so heavy bags on the stairs for older folks a challenge. I would recommend this hotel if your on a budget for lodging or just want a jump off spot for touring by auto.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice size. Clean. Bed comfortable. Great pillows! Easy shower to get into. Nice large shower head. Plenty of parking spaces. Quiet and safe area. Would have liked a microwave in room. Toilet needed a few flushes before things went down. Alot of ants around pool area. Not deal breakers. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The staff was super friendly. They provide a small buffet breakfast. Toast, yogurt, coffee, hard boiled eggs. The room had wall to wall soiled carpet. The bed covers were stained. There was no tissues in the room. A bottle of water in the room was $7. But the beds were comfortable. And they provided plenty of towels. They have satellite TV which we found difficult to navigate. Parking was great! Pull right up to your room motel style.

The lodge was very neat and clean. The king bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff (Sophie) was extremely friendly and gave many wonderful recommendations for local things to do and places to eat in the area. I would definitely stay again!

The room was the most comfortable of six major Marriott Hotels that we had stayed in on this trip. The pillows were fluffy and full and that sheets were comfortable. The front desk staff morning and evening were delightful and informative of Kennebunkport and went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed an extra night because of the comfort of this room.

It’s a hidden gem for the price. Check in is simple and painless compared to some of the higher end hotels we have stayed in. The place is clean, safe, and very quiet so if your looking to just relax by there pool salt water heated this would be my recommendation. Just want to say Sophie the front desk manager is by far the best I have ever come across in my travels she gets a five star plus she was able to send my husband and myself to places that we would of never even consider to go to. So if you do book this hotel you will get to meet Sophie the best by far. Thank you Sophie for making our stay that more special. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay there again.

The property was nice , quiet far enough from town and traffic but yet very walkable . We had a great time ,Sophie was awesome great recommendations on things to do places to eat.I recommend this hotel . We had to leave one night early because of an issue at home.Will definatley be back

Very friendly. Owner, Sophie, even helped us get restaurant reservations. Very clean, pool delightful. Close to center of Kennebunkport. Short drive to almost everything. Really enjoyed. Quick to solve any issue, always someone available!!!

Relaxing property nestled in the woods, just a few minutes drive from Kennebunkport. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Everything was incredibly clean, the room and bathroom were larger than I expected, and relatively quiet with a small number of rooms. Multiple outdoor seating areas, not a heavily trafficked road. The woman working the check in was so sweet and lovely to chat with. Gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. Would absolutely stay here again for the comfort.

It was a convenient location. Room clean and bed comfortable. Free breakfast very basic choices. coffee, tea, juice. Our room was very loud in evening as room above had small child running and jumping in room. Staff very nice and helpful. TVs are older and do not allow streaming.
