I stayed at Toor Hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed that there was no outdoor seating area to enjoy the sun. I also tried to sit on the terrace but was asked to leave because there was a private function happening. That really frustrated me, as I was looking forward to relaxing outside. So while the service and cleanliness were excellent, I wish there were better options for guests to enjoy outdoor spaces.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. A 5 minute walk to the Eaton Centre and 10 minute cab ride to Scotia Bank and Rogers Center. It offered the quality of the big hotels without the price tag. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were also so soft and comfortable. The roof top patio and fire tables were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or visit again!

The hotel was great for what we needed. It’s new, clean, had very comfortable beds, laundry and was conveniently located to walk to the mall, restaurants, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market, etc. The rooftop lounge on the 14th floor was an added bonus, nice place to hangout on a rainy afternoon. Only negative was that we were finally able to check in 2 hours after their check in time. Only offered free drinks in the restaurant/lounge while we waited another hour.

The staff were very friendly at this hotel, they have valet service and will park the vehicle underneath the hotel, to get belongings left in the car or to take your car out, it was very easy to request it from valet, (it may take up to 10 minutes) but they are relatively quick at getting the vehicle- you can also request it through your phone. The hotel didn’t offer many amenities. The rooms were clean, my view wasn’t the greatest, I could see into other peoples hotel rooms and into the balcony’s of people apartments, there was a military base across the street which was interesting to see. Unfortunately in Toronto it is hard to avoid unwanted company, and difficult to keep property fronts clean. It was close to the shopping and distillery district which was nice, and what I came to Toronto for, so everything was relatively close to my hotel. All my stops I needed to make were within 20 minutes of walking or taking an uber in Toronto traffic. The check in staff was friendly and bilingual which is nice for other guest.

The location is very shady, it is a close walk to many amenities and downtown but it is next to a park where a lot of homeless people hang out. Saw some sketchiness in our walks home. Reason we chose to stay downtown was for walking convenience but I would not feel safe walking late at night here. The rooms are nice but small, the view and access from the terrace was nice. The check in desk is small and they’re slow. Our room was not ready at check-in time we were asked to wait at the bar but the drinks were not complimentary. The blinds in the room did not work properly and were a pain to close at night. Coffee and water all provided and complimentary self-serve laundry available. No kettle or microwave in the room. Lots of little snacks/drinks for a price took over the counter space. The hotel itself lacks some accessibility with some of the buttons to open doors only available in one side of the hotel or from the inside. And some of the buttons in hard to reach places covered by a table. The accessibility button to open the terrace door did not work as well.

The lobby was very nice. Aesthetically it was very well decorated. My issues came with the room it felt not clean. I found hair in the bed. The floors were bare and they felt like they hadn't been mopped in a while. On my last night there I was on the 11th floor in my room was full of flies. Though it was a nice hotel I don't think I will be staying there again.

Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure

The floors were a little dirty and needed a more thorough vacuum/mop. The extra sheets for the pullout bed seemed like they had not been washed and were just shoved into the armoire by the previous guest. Some stains on the bedding. The room key stopped working at exactly 11am so I got stuck in the stairwell. The valet attendants, front desk staff, housekeeping were all very friendly and lovely!

La habitación está normal (instalación) la limpieza deja que desear. Habían cabellos por todos cama, cabecera, por todos lados hasta en el mini bar. Éramos 3 personas y un día al regresar de un día muy cansado y tomar un baño me di cuenta que solo me dejaron 2 toallas, éramos 3! Tuve que hablar y esperar la tercera toalla. Por ese precio hay muchos hoteles en el área.

The staff was absolutely lovely and the room was clean and modern. However, our air conditioning did not work which was disappointing in a new hotel. Also, south of the hotel down Jarvis was a little sketchy. Safe and easy walk to Dundas Yonge square though and very cheap Ubers to union station, Rogers stadium, etc. We did end up walking to Union Station down Church and felt totally safe. Would probably stay again but would hope for the AC to be fully up and running.

The hotel is in a good location just a short walk from many shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The only negative aspect about our room was the black out blinds which were electronic and adjusted via a control panel. The blinds had a tendency to move up and down of their own accord, sometimes in the middle of the night. We asked for a maintenance engineer to have a look, he did so and assured us that the problem was fixed but we continued to have problems with the blinds.

Actual hotel was nice along with the room. Area is a bit rougher but nothing crazy for a big city. My only real issue was with check in they gave us a room that was already occupied and we walked in on someone in their room. They put us in a same room with no upgrade after the incident. They were very apologetic and kind but it made me feel very uneasy knowing that this could happen to us during our stay.

Steph was extremely accommodating to my needs. Traveling as a handicapped person is never easy and they made it extremely easy by going out and getting a handicap shower chair for me. I truly appreciate the effort

1 hour late to my reservations, because they didnt have my room ready when check in time came around. staff was insanely rude and wouldnt consider finding me parking or credit me after i had to park and pay for my truck 3 blocks down and walk back with my pregnant fiance

The hotel staff seemed confused on many levels and not fully able to solve issues as well as properly inform on various questions. More importantly there is a bad air circulation issue. I had to request a room change as I was woken in the morning by nausea and migraine brought on my a deep smell of gasoline in my room. The elevator also had this intense smell. I decided to check out a day early as I could no longer handle it.

I didn't get the chance to visit the hotel because they told me there was a problem with my room when i was already at the reception for check-in, they had to move me to an other hotel in the area. We didn't get any information on why they couldn't take us anymore, but they did cover the difference for the booking in the other hotel since it was more expensive.

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were provided with a room upgrade when they found out I was celebrating my birthday. A bottle of wine was set up as well. Thank you again! Room was terrific, love the hard wood floors. Only concern was the neighborhood, did more Ubering than walking. Thanks again for a great stay.

The front desk and valet parking staff absolutely awesome to deal with, super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was doing the valet and door service simply would not hear of me leaving in the rain without an umbrella. How kind!!!

Incredibly modern and beautifully decorated hotel within easy reach of the Eaton Centre and a large selection of restaurants. The terrace was a really nice feature and we sat up there each morning with a Tim Horton’s coffee. We went to two Maple Leafs games and we were able to walk to the Paths really easily from the hotel in a short time. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly and helpful and recommended a tour company to use for a trip to Niagra Falls which was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious and the floor to ceilings windows gave us a great view…and with there being black out roller blinds and curtains it turned the room pitch black which really helped us get good nights sleep every day. The only criticism I have is that the wardrobe was small and there was little draw space so it was slightly cramped for two people’s worth of clothes but we managed. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a large shower and the complimentary toiletries were really nice quality.

I’d give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10 for its amenities, services, and food. The only bummer is the location. It’s close to all the hot tourist spots, but being near a hospice and park can make it feel a bit unsafe with homeless folks around. If you’re used to that kind of environment, you probably won’t mind it. But if not, you might want to think twice. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. Thanks!

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado ya que está en pleno centro de la ciudad, instalaciones impecables y nuevas, habitaciones muy cómodas. El único inconveniente que no es del hotel, pero sí del área alrededor es que hay una casa de asistencia para personas sin hogar lo que hace sentir inseguras las cuadras aledañas por la cantidad de personas en la calle consumiendo droga.

Staff always eager to provide good service. Good restaurant menu and service. Better information about menu options and order follow ups would be great for breakfast. Information about using the card to operate the elevator would be helpful for first time guests. Better marking of hotel entrance would be helpful to avoid confusion with the suites entrance. Would be great if flies and fruit fries could be excluded esp. from eating areas.

The hotel is new and vey modern but some of the modern features are quirky - like the controls to raise and lower the blinds. We had booked an upper floor room but were offered a lower floor room that was larger for no additional cost. The extra space and small couch were very nice to have as extras. This too was on the 3 floor and had windows in the sitting area overlooking the street. The street is noisy at night especially because there is a hospital nearby. The terrace on the 14th floor ii really lovely and and a very nice amenity. We had some time to relax and that was a lovely place to do that. The fitness centre is also very nice - well equipped and with nice big windows looking out over the city. The hotel restaurant menu looks great but they don't do lunch - Just breakfast and dinner. The breakfast we had was excellent. Great food, generous portions and excellent service.

Brand new hotel staff was friendly & courteous. Location was fine for us but there is nothing much around the hotel as far as restaurants go. The restaurant in the hotel was good but the menu was limited & once was probably enough over a couple of days. Although the ceasar salad was exceptional!

Excelente staff, excelente restaurante, cena y desayuno muy rico. 10 minutos caminando al eaton center (mall) , 10 minutos en uber del distillery ditrict y del cn tower / central station / ferry a las islas. Opciones oara conwr cercanas, se escucha el sonido de carros ruidosos sin embargo en general es un hotel callado.
