Very nice basic room. Beds comfy and pillows fluffy! The front staff was excellent, Ryan was an absolute sweetheart. He was knowledgeable and gave us excellent dining suggestions. The toilet was very low to the ground and the tub very small. The shampoo dispenser had the same body wash in it as the body wash dispenser. TV was great! Fridge nice. Mostly quiet. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced!

All above average. No grass for pets nearby so had to walk across a busy street.

I was expecting to be somewhat disappointed due to the age of the hotel, but what a wonderful surprise it was. The staff is great, and despite the age of the hotel everything works! Every outlet, every light, and it is super clean. And they truly are pet friendly, both to dogs and cats. Wonderful experience! They are also right by the entrance to Yellowstone National Park, which makes it super convenient. Couldn’t be happier. :)

Convenient to Yellowstone’s West Entrance. The staff was extremely helpful This hotel is located within walking distance to many fantastic restaurants The hotel is very accommodating for families traveling with pets. Nice comfortable bed and a hot shower after a long day of traveling.

Good choice for West Yellowstone, good price, clean adequate rooms, wifi tv good, breakfast a bonus. 2 floors no elevator, good parking, close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff very friendly

Parking was non-existent. $250/night for a seemingly 1950 build motor lodge? No soundproofing between the floors. It sound as if our upstairs neighbors were having a line dance. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were not enough tables in the breakfast room.

We were heading into Yellowstone NP and this motel was blocks from the entrance, so very convenient. This is an older motel, no elevator to the second floor, the room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would recommend if you are planning a trip into Yellowstone!

Loved the location. The staff at reception were excellent. The breakfast area was quite nice with good options except for gluten free options ( even gf oatmeal pouches or alternative milks would have been nice.) and regular fruit unavailable like apples and bananas for those with food allergies. Only had high sugar canned peaches on hand the days we stayed. Rooms were great. Comfortable.

This is a wonderfully kept-up motel. It was so clean! The bathroom especially is what I noticed. That’s how you know if someone cleans well. You have time to look around when you’re in the restroom. Lol. The baseboards were spotless. The walls were spotless. Everything was spotless. Do not hesitate to rent this place! It’s in a wonderful location in West Yellowstone. Souvenir shops are in the next block over, along with great restaurants (Bullwinkle’s is great!). Staff was super friendly! The free breakfast is a big plus.

very old and rundown, dirty behind bathroom door, shower curtain rod was about to fall off, toilet was very low, floor squeaked when you walked on it, the beds are extremely hard. I will pay more and stay some place else next trip to Yellowstone.

Clean room great overnight

We paid almost $700.00 for a two-night stay. The nicest part of this hotel is the lobby, which is why it’s prominently featured as the main picture on their website. The lobby is not representative of their rooms; the rooms are dated & dirty. The bathroom had chunks of hair stuck to the floor & there were dead bugs every where! A huge black beetle was dead on the floor next to the toilet. My sister & her family stayed in the room next to ours & were also disgusted by the amount of bugs in their room- dead & alive. When my husband wasn’t killing & cleaning-up dead bugs, he was fixing the toilets in both of our rooms that struggled to work; they either didn’t flush or looked like they were going to overflow. We did like/appreciate the breakfast that was provided for hotel guests every morning. There was a good assortment of items (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, muffins, donuts, cereal, juices, coffee & milk) & the staff did a great job of replenishing the food throughout the morning. Overall, I would give our stay a two out of five stars. The rooms are very overpriced, but I guess that’s what you get in a tourist town conveniently located at the west entrance to Yellowstone! We would not stay here again.

There was a loud buzz that would start and stop over and over. It sounded like a compressor on plywood. Could not sleep well.

Carpet is dirty and old. You can heard next room flush toilet, shower and TV. The exhaust fan sounds like air plane engine. Room small there’s no room to walk around and seat. The staff has no emotion. They are like wood. Sorry to say that.

It was very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The only downside was when I wanted to eat something up in the room and found out there was no microwave. There was a refrigerator. The air conditioner heater was pretty loud

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The quality of the breakfast was disappointing and the outlets in the room were so worn out that they wouldn’t hold a plug which made charging devices difficult.

This was a great stay! Was visiting in Yellowstone and read good reviews about this place they were right! Room was clean, staff was friendly, very convenient and close to restaurants and shops, breakfast was nice. Only thing I would say is wish there was a microwave inside room but overall great stay!

Very clean, updated motel. It is the older style with outside entry doors to rooms. Well maintained. Excellent breakfast with nice but smaller dining area. Nice lobby with coffee bar. We could hear the people in the room above us walking and making various sounds. Did not hear talking though. Overall, very nice stay.

This is right outside the West entrance to Yellowstone. While convenient, I would not stay there again. The beds and pillows were awful for both me and my daughter. The breakfast was not very good. The people were nice but I ended the stay wishing I'd found another place.

Located on main street. Older property needs upgrade. Needs better soundproofing. Can hear everything from next rooms. Very loud whenever someone opens a tap of flushes.

Decent place overall but somewhat dated. The morning we were leaving we tried to go to breakfast but no one was there to open it up. We talked to the young lady at the desk and she was sorry for the problem but said she would give us a credit since we had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast but that never happened so I have a bitter experience with this place. I hate when a business promises something (in this case a credit for missed breakfast) and does not follow thru. Makes me think the business is not professional and probably cant be trusted in any aspect of how they treat their customers at all. For these reasons I would not stay , or recommend any one else to stay

Comfy beds and pillows, nice cool room during the summer and walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants. Check in staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the breakfast, the young girls working at the door kind of just stared at us and turned around, no one really knew if they had to show their ticket or just walk in.

The only problem we had was they tried to close breakfast 30 mins early due to running out of food because of a bus load staying at the resort. After getting ugly, demanding food, they finally restocked the food in which 8 more people were able to eat.

Great stay, clean, tidy, quiet and the reception staff we spoke to were really friendly. Great location for walking around West Yellowstone for bars, restaurants and easy access to Yellowstone National park too!

Staff was very helpful! They had lots of helpful information about West Yellowstone and the Park. I really appreciated that! The building is older but rooms are nicely updated. I think because building is older the walls are more solid so rooms are quieter. I forgot my cell phone charger, when we drove back through a couple days later the staff found it for me!!! Great customer service!

This is the best choice when you travel to Yellowstone with a limit budget. This place is only five minute drive from the west gate of yellow stone. Furthermore, you can walk to every good restaurants in the town within 5 minute walk. The facility is good and the staff is hospitable.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the western entrance to Yellowstone and close to the downtown of the city. The hotel offers a decent hot breakfast; there’s something for everyone. Parking is tight and barely adequate. Overall, a decent stay for one night.

Pros: Convenient, located right in town and few minutes away from the West Yellowstone entrance. Cons: Thin walls and limited hot breakfast items. The breakfast room would at times be completely full with no open tables left.

I know that you generally pay a premium for desirable areas/dates but this seemed excessive. The room was a very plain and dated 2 Queen bed with a fridge that didn’t get cold and had no microwave. Beds were pretty hard and I could feel the springs. The breakfast in the morning was not up to expectations either. Watery, rubbery instant eggs, pale, frozen potato cubes, cereal, dry bread for toast, and gluey gravy for gummy biscuits. Overall, a place to crash for the night but not a whole lot more than that. The location was the best thing since it’s mere seconds to the West Gate of Yellowstone.

The room was clean but needed updating. The breakfast and coffee was terrible. Had to go elsewhwere to find an acceptable breakfast. Mattress was comfortable.

Feels like a Motel where you can hear people in the other room loud and clear. Not a wise choice if you’re going with the kids. Terrible breakfast service - says breakfast till 9:30 but by 9 am all the hot serving are finished and they won’t refill.

Breakfast was a disappointing experience. The seating was limited. If you arrived at a time when 12 other people were present, you had no seating. No big deal if you were allowed to take food back to the. But that was discouraged. For the 400+ rooms, they lacked parking. An employee had to give up her spot so we could park. Room was clean. Bed had firm edge, hole in middle and was on a metal base that squeaked when you moved. The room was clean. That was the positive.

We booked this hotel the evening we arrived in Yellowstone. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was an excellent selection for breakfast.

The breakfast area is too small. Only 50% of the guests could find a table and chairs.
